Abstract

The expected research and development objectives in “this study are to reduce the anxiety of speaking in front of the class of class XI learners at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro” and testing the effectiveness of classical guidance services with the circle technique (round) that researchers develop. The type of research is experimentation, which is research using quantitative data. Quantitative data obtained based on the results of the student response assessment score and anxiety questionnaires speaking in front of the class that researchers give to learners.This development research was conducted using classical guidance research method with circle technique (round) using game media so that students When carrying out services do not feel bored. The results of the research conducted are : 1) The effectiveness of classical guidance services with the circle (round) technique to reduce anxiety of speaking in front of a class of learners class XI at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro who managend to get results with the category of “high and medium” which can be seen as follows : a) the average pretest score results get a score 0f 77,08 with the “high” category, b) the average postest score gets a score of 63,08 with the “low” category, c) The results of the hypothesis also show that the results of the thitung large than of sigtificans 0,10 thus H0 rejected and accepted. This means that in this study there is a significant influence between variables independent of dependent variables so that there is an influence on reducing anxiety of speaking in front of the class on students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro well.

Abstract

The purpose of the development of this research is to produce a product in the form of a sexual education book for grade VI students at SD Negeri 1 Telogorejo by developing several aspects including development procedures, book feasibility, book attractiveness and book effectiveness. The type of research used is research and development with the ADDIE development model. The instruments used in this study were a sexual education knowledge questionnaire, expert validation sheets (material, media and language), product practicality sheets by students. The results obtained from this study are (1) the development procedure using the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The researchers used these stages for the development of sexual education books so that they could produce appropriate products. (2) The media of sexual education books is included in the very appropriate category for use. This was obtained by the researchers based on an average feasibility of 86.2% obtained from the assessment of experts and students. (3) The media of sexual education books is able to provide an attraction so that students are enthusiastic in following the learning process and actively participate in learning activities. This the researcher knows based on the observations that the researcher made during the process of learning activities. (4) Based on the test results, the sexual education book media has good quality from the visual aspect, the content and the language applied is feasible to use.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the internal obstacles in the process of completing the thesis of students with married status as well as knowing the external obstacles to the process of completing student thesis with married status in the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at Muhammadiyah Metro University. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were students who were married in the guidance and counseling study program. The data obtained by researchers was through interview data and observations of married students in the guidance and counseling study program as research subjects. Data analysis uses the miles model, namely collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing can be done by triangulating data sources.

Abstract

The research this study are to "know the effectiveness of group guidance with modeling techniques to increase the learning motivation of orphaned students at Bakti Darma Punggur Junior High School" and to test the effectiveness of group guidance services using the modeling technique that the researchers developed. The results of the research carried out are: 1) The effectiveness of group guidance services with modeling techniques for orphaned students at Bakti Darma Punggur Junior High School in the 2023/2024 academic year, 2) Increased learning motivation for orphaned students of Bakti Darma Punggur Junior High School who managed to get results with the category " very high”.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the ABA method applied in SLB Insan Madanı Metro. This research is a qualitative design with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques consist of interviews and observations. The results of the study can be concluded, (1) At the planning stage of the ABA method in developing the self-development ability of Autism Spectrum Disorder children, namely conducting a need assessment then establishing a diagnosis and providing a special program, namely ABA, (2) At the stage of implementing the Applied Behavior Analysis method in developing children's self-development abilities Autism Spectrum Disorser (ASD) ABA therapy using techniques, namely DTT from instructions, prompt feedback and reinforcement, (3) The results of the implementation of the ABA method, namely the ABA method, are effective in helping ASD children develop self-development skills, this is evidenced by O. K. H and D children's independence in fostering self is good Evaluation carried out by psychologists is carried out once every three months based on notes from the teacher then synchronized with a special program, namely ABA.Keywords: self development

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide students with a full understanding of how the characteristics of ghasab behavior and the factors that cause it and also how to prevent this ghasab behavior. The type of research used is a case study and the data obtained by the researcher is through direct subject interviews and observation at the research site. The data subjects used were Ustadz of the Kesantrian section, students who had ghasab behavior, and students who were victims of ghasab behavior. The data analysis used in this study adopted the Miles and Huberman Models, Furthermore, checking the validity of the findings is carried out using source triangulation, namely the data produced is the same as from different sources. The result of this activity is that the students' efforts to prevent ghasab behavior, improvement to regulations of Islamic boarding school, asatidz control, Islamic boarding school supervision of the behavior of students in the Islamic boarding school, and imposing sanctions on students who violate it.

Abstract

This study stems from the issue of adolescents living in the era of social media, where various information flows in without strict filtering. The research aims to examine the effect of group guidance services on the self-concept of Generation Z students at State of high school 5 in Metro city. The research problem is formulated as follows: Does the implementation of group guidance services affect the self-concept of Generation Z students. The study employed an experimental research method with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The research sample consisted of 10 students categorized as Generation Z at State of high school 5 in Metro city. Data were collected using a self-concept scale comprising 30 items. The data were analyzed using a different test technique. The results showed a significant difference in the self-concept of Generation Z students before and after receiving group guidance services. Based on these findings, it is concluded that the implementation of group guidance has an effect on the self-concept of Generation Z students at State of high school 5 in Metro city

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan potensi selfharm siswa putra dan putri SMAN 1 Sendang Agung tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 27 siswa SMAN 1 Sendang Agung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian komparatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Self Harm Inventory (SHI). Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif tipe komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai mean selfharm pada siswa laki-laki sebesar 7,3333 dan siswa perempuan sebesar 9,6667. Diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata selfharm siswa perempuan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata selfharm siswa laki-laki, dan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan potensi selfharm antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan, hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil yang diperoleh. perhitungan analisis menggunakan uji T yang menunjukkan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,236 > 2,060) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Dengan demikian berarti terdapat perbedaan potensi menyakiti diri sendiri antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Artinya potensi menyakiti diri sendiri yang dilakukan siswa perempuan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan potensi menyakiti diri sendiri yang dilakukan siswa laki-laki SMA Negeri 1 Sendang Agung.
