Abstract

Tujuan penelitian“dan pengembangan“yang“diharapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitaslayanan bimbingan klasikal dengan teknik lingkaran (round) untuk mengurangi kecemasan berbicara di depankelas peserta didik kelas XI di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro” dan menguji efektivitas layanan bimbinganklasikal dengan teknik lingkaran (round) yang peneliti kembangkan. Jenis penelitian ialah eksperimen yaitupenelitian menggunakan data kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh berdasarkan hasil skor penilaian responpeserta didik serta angket kecemasan berbicara di depan kelas yang peneliti berikan kepada peserta didik.Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian bimbingan klasikal dengan tekniklingkaran (round) dengan menggunakan media permainan agar peserta didik saat melaksanakan layanan tidakmerasa bosan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan adalah : 1) Efektivitas layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan tekniklingkaran (round) untuk mengurangi kecemasan berbicara di depan kelas peserta didik kelas XI di SMKMuhammadiyah 1 Metro yang berhasil mendapatkan hasil dengan kategori “tinggi dan sedang” yang dapatdilihat sebagai berikut: a) hasil skor pretest yang rata rata mendapatkan skor 77,08 dengan kategori “Tinggi”, b)skor postest yang rata rata mendapatkan skor 63,08 dengan kategori “Rendah”, c) hasil pengujain hipotesis jugamenunjukan“ dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima Artinya pada penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yangsignifikan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sehingga terdapat pengaruh penurunankecemasan berbicara di depan kelas pada peserta didik di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro dengan baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan bimbingan dan konseling di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Luar Biasa, pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Luar Biasa, dan evaluasi pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Luar Biasa Negeri Lampung Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek data adalah guru bimbingan dan konseling dan guru kelas. Data yang diperoleh peneliti melalui metode wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan model miles yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Pengujian keabsahan dapat dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi sumber.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) perencanaan guru bimbingan dan konseling melakukan persiapan dan perencanaan seperti melakukan asesment kebutuhan yang dibuat sendiri sesuai dengan aspek-aspek aktivitas kegiatan sehari-hari dan keempat bidang layan terdiri dari pribadi sosial, belajar, karir pada anak berkebutuhan khusus, hasil asesmen dianalisis, penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan layanan, penyusunan program. (2) pelaksanaan layanan guru bimbingan dan konseling melaksanakan layanan informasi secara kelas besar dengan metode ceramah dan layanan konseling individu (3) pelaksanaan evaluasi guru bimbingan dan konseling melakukan pengukuran kinerja dengan menilai dan menindaklanjuti metode dan strategi yang digunakan, penyusunan laporan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling, dilaporkan kepada kepala sekolah. The purpose of this study was to determine how the planning and the evaluation of the implementation of guidance and counseling services in Special Public Junior High School, East Lampung in Academic Year 2019/2020. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. The data subjects are guidance and counseling teachers and homeroom teachers. The data obtained by researchers through interviews and observation. The data analysis used the Miles model; collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity testing was done by triangulating sources. The conclusions in this study are (1) teachers' planning in guidance and counseling and preparation such as conducting self-assessment needs according to aspects of daily activities and the four service areas consisting of social personal, learning, a career in children with special needs, results of the analysis are analyzed, preparation of service implementation plans, preparation of programs. (2) the teachers' implementation of guidance and counseling services such as implementing information services in a large class with lecture methods and individual counseling services (3) the evaluation implementation of guidance and counseling teachers in performance measurements by assessing and following up on the methods and strategies used, preparation of guidance and counseling service reports and reported to the school principal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Layanan konseling kelompok menggunakan media gambar kartun terhadap kecemasan belajar peserta didik SMK Ma’arif 05 Kotagajah Lampung Tengah tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif eksperimen dengan one Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 35 peserta didik. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 7 peserta didik dengan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. Instrument dalam pengambilan data menggunakan metode kuesioner model skala Bogardus. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji t. Hasil perhitungan data adalah thitung = 13,951> ttabel = 1,894 dari signifikasi 0,05, selain itu diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan skor pre-test sebesar 30,2 dan post-test sebesar 17,1 sehingga terjadi penurunan skor sebanyak 13,1. Hal itu menunjukan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok menggunakan media gambar kartun berpengaruh positif terhadap kecemasan belajar peserta didik SMK Ma’arif 05 Kotagajah Lampung Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the positive effect of group counseling services using cartoon media on the learning anxiety in SMK Ma'arif 05 Kotagajah, Central Lampung in Academic Year 2019/2020. This study used a quantitative experimental design with one Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study population was 35 students. The research sample consisted of 7 students using purposive sampling techniques. The instrument in data collection used the Bogardus scale model questionnaire method. Analysis of the data used is the t test. The results of the calculation of the data are tvalue = 13.951>ttable = 1.894 from the significance of 0.05, in addition it is known that an increase in pre-test scores of 30.2 and post-test of 17.1 resulting in a decrease in scores of 13.1. It shows that group counseling services using cartoon media have a positive effect on student learning anxiety in SMK Ma'arif 05 Kotagajah, Central Lampung in Academic Year 2019/2020

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan informasi menggunakan teknik sosiodrama terhadap peran sosial peserta didik SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif eksperimen dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 159 dengan total peran sosial rendah sebanyak 19 peserta didik. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 19 peserta didik total dari populasi. Instrumen dalam pengambilan data menggunakan metode kuesioner model skala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji t. Hasil perhitungan data adalah diperoleh thitung= 59983 > 1,729 dari signifikasi 0,05, selain itu diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan skor pre-test sebesar 88,9 dan post-test sebesar 115,8 sehingga terjadi kenaikan skor sebanyak 22,2. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa layanan informasi menggunakan teknik sosiodrama berpengaruh terhadap peran sosial peserta didik.Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh pemberian layanan informasi menggunakan teknik sosiodrama terhadap peran sosial peserta didik SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro Tahun Pelajaran 2029/2020. Saran sebaiknya kegiatan layanan bimbingan dan konseling guru BK sering memberikan layanan dalam pemahaman peran sosial peserta didik, agar lebih paham dengan peran yang dijalankan, memberikan layanan informasi terkait peran sosial kepada peserta didik agar mengetahui informasi tentang peran sosial dan menerapkan peran yang dijalankan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information services using sociodrama techniques on the social role of students of Muhammadiyah High School1 of Metro Academic Year in 2019/2020.This study uses a quantitative experimental design with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study population was 159 with a total low social role of 19 students. The study sample numbered 19 students in total from the population. The instrument in data collection used a Likert scale model questionnaire method. Analysis of the data used is the t test. The results of the calculation of the data is obtained t-count = 59983 > 1,729 from the significance of 0.05, in addition it is known that an increase in pre-test scores of 88.9 and post-test of 115.8 resulting in an increase in scores of 22.2. It shows that information services using sociodrama techniques affect the social role of students.The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of providing information services using sociodrama techniques on the social role of students of Muhammadiyah High School 1 of Metro in Academic Year 2019/2020. Suggestions should guidance and counseling service activities given by counseling teacher often provide services in understanding the social role of students, so that they are more familiar with the roles being carried out, providing information services related to social roles to students in order to know information about social roles and implement the roles played.

Abstract

The aims of this reseach are: (1) to determine the role of supervision in planning counseling services at SMA Negeri 4 Metro. (2) to determine the role of supervision in BK supervision activities at SMA Negeri 4 Metro and (3) to determine the role of supervision of Guidance and Counseling in the evaluation of guidance and counseling services by guidance and counseling teachers at SMA Negeri 4 Metro.This research method uses qualitative research with descriptive research type. The presence of researchers as research data collectors as well as analyze data. The instrument in this study used interview sheets, observations, and documentation. Data analysis used inductive descriptive data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the role of guidance and counseling supervision in the planning aspect of guidance and counseling services to improve service quality is to examine, assess, and guide teachers in preparing service tools, questionnaires on student needs, helps provide input on how to identify student problems, examines programs guidance and provide eligibility for programs and RPL that have been made by the teacher. The role of guidance and counseling supervision in the implementation aspect of guidance and counseling services is to monitor, guide, and direct teachers in the implementation of services to comply with established assessment standards. The role of guidance and counseling supervision in the service evaluation aspect is to provide assistance to teachers in assessing and making service follow-up processes, providing suggestions and input to guidance and counseling teachers to always carry out evaluations immediately after carrying out service activities.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to determine the value of mutual assistance which is internalized in the implementation of individual counseling for students at SMA Negeri 4 Metro. To find out the value of the community that is internalized in the implementation of individual counseling for students at SMA Negeri 4 Metro. To find out the value of the pillars that are internalized in the implementation of individual counseling for students at SMA Negeri 4 Metro. To find out the value of character (Tepa Selira) which is internalized in the implementation of individual counseling for students at SMA Negeri 4 Metro. To find out the value of courtesy (upload ungguh) which is internalized in the implementation of individual counseling for students at SMA Negeri 4 Metro. This research method uses qualitative research with descriptive research typeThe instrument in this study used interview sheets, observations, and documentation. Data analysis used inductive descriptive data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the form of mutual cooperation values ​​instilled in students includes group work. The form of community values ​​that are instilled in students are in the form of togetherness and brotherhood among school components. The form of the value of internalized harmony is in the form of mutual care and respect, avoiding misunderstandings that cause conflict. The form of tepa selira values ​​that are instilled in students include the teacher having to understand the situation and condition of the students. The forms of uploading values ​​that are instilled in students include attitudes, character, morals, and respect for others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine emotional support, appreciation support, instrumental support and informative support in improving Adolescent Social Adjustment at the MetroBudi Utomo Muhammadiyah Orphanage. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data subjects in this study were Orphanage Caregivers and Foster Children. Data obtained through interview and observation methods. Data analysis uses the miles model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validity testing can be done by means of triangulation of sources. The conclusions in this study are (1) emotional support of caregivers in improving the social adjustment of adolescents at the Metro Budi Utomo Muhammadiyah Orphanage, namely by having a close relationship between caregivers and foster children, having sympathy and empathy and having a sense of concern. (2) the support of awards given by caregivers such as encouragement in the form of appreciation awards and motivation so that foster children are more enthusiastic in carrying out all their activities. (3) instrumental support provided by caregivers, namely assistance involving other people in the form of assistance and provision of facilities such as clothing, food and shelter. (4) informative support of caregivers in guiding or providing direction in the form of mental and spiritual development activities and instructions in solving problems experienced by foster children.

Abstract

This study intends to ascertain how group guidance services and group discussion technique at SMP Negeri 1 Kotagajah affect social loafing. This study used a single group pre-test/post-test experimental quantitative research methodology. The sample for this study consisted of 7 eighth-grade students from SMP Negeri 1 Kotagajah. A social loafing questionnaire is used as the data gathering method. The findings of the study have an impact on students both before and after the introduction of group assistance services using discussion approaches. Average pre-test scores were 68.86, while post-test scores were 103.57. The average post-test score is greater than the pre-test score on average, demonstrating the impact of group guidance services and group discussion approaches on students' social loafing. The t test calculation findings, which indicate tcount> ttable (6.078> 1.94318) with a significant level of 0.05, support this. Based on the findings of the t test analysis, it is possible to draw the conclusion that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This suggests that group guidance services combined with group discussion approaches have an impact on social loafing at SMP Negeri 1 Kotagajah in the academic year 2022/2023.

Abstract

Motivation to finishing thesis of students living in boarding houses and at home. Data collected from 51 guidance and counseling students. 15 of the students live in boarding houses, and 36 at home. Sampling using saturated sample technique. The variable that is measured is the motivation to complete the thesis using a questionnaire given to 51 students. Data analysis was carried out using a comparative quantitative approach. The average value of student’ motivation to finishing their thesis living in boarding houses is 86,73 and students living at home 94,61. It is known that the average value of the motivation to complete the thesis of students living at home is higher, and indicates that there are differences in motivation to finishing thesis between students live in boarding houses and at home. This is reinforced by the results of analysis calculations using the T test which shows that thitung > ttabel. (2,275 >2,00958 ) with a significance taeaf of 5%.That thus it is concluded hat Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Which means that there are differences in student motivation in finishing their thesis between students live at home for guidance and counseling students at Muhammadiyah University of Metro class of 2019 seen from their residence status.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the planning of the school literacy movement is, how the implementation of the school literacy movement is, how to evaluate the school literacy movement and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the literacy movement. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were one class teacher, the principal, and one student. The researcher acted as observer and data collector. Data were obtained by using direct interview method with research subjects. The results of this study conclude that the first is planning the literacy movement planning literacy needs through interviews and observations made by teachers to students.
