Abstract

The purpose of this research is: 1. To determine the description of advertising, sales promotion of purchasing consumer decisions online shopping Lazada (study case on the college student for management program bachelor semester 6th). 2. To determine the influence of advertising and sales promotion of the purchasing costumer decision online shopping Lazada (study case on the college student for management program bachelor semester 6th at STIE Sultan Agung).The result of this study can be summarized a follows: 1. Ads are good, sales promotion are high and the decision is good. 2. The result of multiple linear regression analysis show that there is a positive influence between advertising and sales promotion on purchasing consumer decision. 3. The result of the analysis of the correlation coefficients obtain are high and positive relationship between advertising and sales promotion to consumer purchasing decision. Then viewed from the coefficient of determination shows whether or not a consumer purchase decision can be explained by advertising and sales promotion while the rest is influenced by other variables.4. Hypothesis test result stated Ho rejected means advertising and sales promotion have a positive and significant impact on purchasing consumer decisions both simultaneously and partially. Keyword: Advertisement, Sales Promotion and Purchasing Consumer Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine changes in the company's financial performance before and after the case merger in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Measurement of financial performance is carried out using four ratios. The population in this study were all banking companies that carried out the merger. The sample used was five banking companies that conducted mergers in 2010 to 2019. The technique used in sampling was purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis to test the differences in financial performance ratios with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The hypothesis in this study is that there are significant differences in financial performance between before and after the acquisition. Return on Assets (0.014), Return on Equity (0.000) and Financial Leverage Multiplier (0.000) have a p number smaller than 0.05, so they have changes in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between before and after the merger. Meanwhile, the Net Profit Margin ratio (0.831) which has a p value greater than 0.05 has no change in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between before and after the merger.

Abstract

Brand awareness, perceived quality and electronic word of mouth can be a company marketing strategy over a product and forming a relationship between producers and concumers. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of factor effecting purchase intention of brand Man Man Tang in Batam. By using purposive sampling obtained 130 respondents. Using multiple linear regression to data analysis and validity, reliability and classical assumption tests. this study proves that brand awareness perceived quality and electronic word of mouth affect purchase intentions both partially and simultaneously. From this study, it is expected that companies pay more attention to product quality and consumer reviews to increase purchase intention.

Abstract

The sale and purchase binding agreement in the pre project selling system, is implemented with the aim of protecting the interests of the parties from default or breach of contract. The sale and purchase binding agreements in the pre project selling system are often identical to the standard agreement model whose contents have been determined unilaterally. In its development development to meet the flexibility and economic value of a condition in this pre project selling system, the sale and purchase binding agreement in addiction to being in the form of authentic deed, are also often made privately in the form of privately made deed. This study aims to find out how the legal standing of the sale and purchase binding agreement on the pre project selling system and the legal force of the sale and purchase binding agreement in the event that the parties default on the pre project selling system. The type of research used is normative research method, with the study process to find the rule of law to answer the issues.

Abstract

Dalam proses kegiatan penyelenggaraan pelestarian Kawasan Cagar Budaya dan Bangunan Gedung Cagar Budaya (dalam hal ini termasuk situs, kawasan, bangunan dan struktur Cagar Budaya), dimana dalam alur pelaksanaan proyek pekerjaan, kegiatan perencanaan teknis merupakan tahapan penting yang menjadi dasar dan tolak ukur dalam proses penyelenggaraan selanjutnya, yaitu tahap pelaksanaan konstruksi dan pemanfaatan berkelanjutan. Penyusunan dokumen rencana teknis pada penyelenggaraan pelestarian, tentu berbeda dengan rencana teknis pada proyek penyelenggaraan konstruksi biasa.  Masalah yang sering terjadi terkait perencanaan teknis dalam proses penyelenggaraan yang tidak sesuai dengan kaidah pelestarian, diantaranya: banyak melakukan perubahan atau penambahan elemen baru, tidak berupaya mempertahankan keaslian, tidak dilakukan dengan hati-hati dan bertanggungjawab, tidak didasari kajian identifikasi dan studi kelayakan serta pendokumentasian, tidak dilengkapi dengan syarat-syarat pekerjaan konstruksi sesuai kaidah pelestarian, tidak disertai kajian/rencana teknis pemanfaatan, serta tidak dilaksanakan oleh tenaga ahli pelestarian yang memperhatikan etika pelestarian.  Tim penyelenggara pelestarian, terutama dalam hal ini tim konsultan perencana, sering tidak memahami proses penyelenggaraan pelestarian yang benar.  Hal ini terjadi karena kurang didukung oleh tenaga ahli pelestarian yang terampil, sering menghadapi kondisi yang tidak ideal diantaranya: keterbatasan waktu, sumber daya termasuk biaya. Perencanaan teknis pada proses penyelenggaraan pelestarian Kawasan Cagar Budaya dan Bangunan Gedung Cagar Budaya, dengan contoh penanganan diantaranya: kegiatan pemeliharaan, pemugaran, revitalisasi, rehabilitasi dan kegiatan pelestarian lainnya), adalah perencanaan teknis yang dokumennya perlu dipersiapkan dengan baik, karena sekaligus sebagai bagian dalam proses persetujuan (perizinan). Oleh karena itu, arsitek yang memiliki peran sebagai perencana dalam penyusunan dokumen ini, perlu dilengkapi dengan pemahaman pelestarian dan alur proses penyelenggaraan pelestarian yang baik, sehingga tidak ada pelanggaran/kesalahan dalam penanganan pekerjaan pelestarian.

Abstract

Background: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by 4 (four) dengue virus serotypes (DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN-3, DEN-4) and has clinical manifestations such as fever, headache. ,muscle ache and joints with leukopenia, lymphadenopathy, thrombocytopenia, bleeding and plasma seepage associated with hemoconcentration (increased hematocrit) or accumulation of fluid in the body cavity. Objective: To see the relationship between age and decreased platelets with dengue hemorrhagic fever. Method: This type of research is a cross sectional study design with sampling using accidental sampling obtained 82 respondents. Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between p-value for age 0.015, and there was no relationship between p-value for platelet reduction of 0.073 with the incidence of dengue disease. Suggestion: input looks for factors associated with the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever but with different variables. Keywords: Age, Decreased Platelets, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara konsep Just in Time (JIT) dengan karakteristik Generasi Z dalam meningkatkan kinerja di dunia kerja modern. Generasi Z, yang lahir antara tahun 1997–2012, dikenal memiliki karakteristik fleksibel, melek teknologi, dan multitasking, yang sejalan dengan prinsip efisiensi dalam JIT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden Generasi Z yang bekerja. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, dan uji multikolinearitas. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas (penggunaan JIT, kepuasan kerja, karakteristik Gen Z, dan dunia kerja modern) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja Generasi Z. Variabel karakteristik Gen Z memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kinerja, diikuti oleh dunia kerja modern dan penggunaan JIT. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi organisasi dalam mengintegrasikan sistem JIT dengan pendekatan manajemen yang sesuai dengan preferensi Gen Z.

Abstract

Anxiety in public speaking is often experienced by people aged 18 to 25 years. On the other hand, self-compassion is considered a form of defense to reduce anxiety. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-compassion and anxiety in public speaking in undergraduate students. The method used is a non-experimental quantitative with a correlational approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and finally obtained 396 student respondents aged 18–25 years. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires using Google Forms to students who have had public speaking experience within 1 year. The correlation test used is the nonparametric Spearman Rank test. The results of the analysis show a positive relationship between self-compassion and anxiety in public speaking in undergraduate students, evidenced by sig. <0.001 (sig. <0.05). The negative correlation coefficient (–0.447) indicates that higher levels of self-compassion are associated with lower scores of public speaking anxiety. On the other hand, the higher the anxiety in public speaking, the lower the self- compassion in students. The results of this study also found that students who are busy with social activities can reduce the risk of anxiety in public speaking. ABSTRAK Kecemasan dalam public speaking sering kali dialami oleh orang dengan rentang usia 18 hingga 25 tahun. Di sisi lain, self-compassion dianggap sebagai bentuk pertahanan untuk meredakan kecemasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara self-compassion dengan kecemasan dalam public speaking pada mahasiswa S1. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif non eksperimen dengan pendekatan korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan akhirnya didapatkan 396 responden mahasiswa berusia 18–25 tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan Google Form kepada mahasiswa yang pernah memiliki pengalaman public speaking dalam 1 tahun. Adapun uji korelasi yang digunakan adalah uji nonparametrik Spearman Rank. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara self-compassion dengan kecemasan dalam public speaking pada mahasiswa S1, dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. <0,001 (sig. < 0,05). Korelasi yang bernilai negatif (-0,447) dapat diartikan semakin tinggi self-compassion, maka hal tersebut akan menurunkan skor kecemasan dalam public speaking. Sebaliknya semakin tinggi kecemasan dalam public speaking maka semakin rendah self-compassion pada mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa mahasiswa yang memiliki kesibukan/ kegiatan sosial lebih dapat menurunkan risiko kecemasan dalam public speaking.
