Abstract

There are some factors which is retard and encourage to get the success in cooperation, likebusiness environment and build the members participation. The aim of this research is to know theinfluence and how much the influence of members participation and business environment towards thesuccess of “KPRI Kapas” Banjarnegara. The participation of members and business environmentbecome a free variable, meanwhile the success of “KPRI Kapas” become a bounded variable. Based onthe result the percentage descriptive analysis, we got 69% for the members participation and 74,07% forbusiness environment and we conclude that is was be good category, meanwhile we got 67,44% for thesuccess of “KPRI Kapas” and we conclude good enough category. The percentage of influencemembers participation and business environment toward the successful of “KPRI Kapas” was 58,5%,meanwhile the rest was 41,5% influenced by the other factors. To be more success this cooperationneed relationship whit the other business optimally and need education and training for the members.Keywords: members participation, business environment, success of KPRI Kapas

Abstract

TheKKNTematik PBA(illiteracy eradication field program) is a collaborativeprogram between provincial governments and universities to irradicate illiteracy inCentral Java. Semarang State University was one of the universities taking a part inthe program. The program was conducted among other in Bandar Batang.participants' responses and their achievement in basicmath, reading, and writing. The subject of the study was the implementation of themodels the program in Bandar Batang in 2008. The models consisted of three: private,small group, and large group. The population (226 people) was selected through adisproportionate stratified random sampling of 5 villages. The variables of theresearch were participants' responses and their achievement. The data were collectedwith a questionnaire and document analysis. The data were analyzed with descriptiveanalysis of the percentage and chi-square analysis. It was revealed that the response ofthe participants fell under good category. The achievement of the participants in basicmath, reading, and writing fell under low category.kata kunci: KKNtematik, buta aksara, warga belajar

Abstract

The study aims to known  what motivation which underlie the business founder to choose  social entrepreneurship in establishing Koperasi Wanita (Kopwan) Srikandi, how the implementation of social entrepreneurship implemented on the activities of Kopwan Srikandi, and the impact appeared of the implementation social entrepreneurship in Kopwan Srikandi. The study was used qualitative approach with case study design. The techniques of collecting data used in this study are observations, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques used in this study was by collecting data, data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The result of this research show that in the establishment of Kopwan Srikandi, it underlie by the consciousness of the founder in seeing and identifying the social problems in society, then implemented in a business entity that is a cooperative with a social mission which is expected to solve the problems. Kopwan Srikandi have two business units, there are saving and loan unit and production unit in which both of them implement the social entrepreneurship. It can be seen from the existence of cooperative entrepreneurs and type of activities that contain a social values. The impacts of social entrepreneurship appeared in Kopwan Srikandi are the improvement of human resources, the development of local natural resources and the improvement of the economic activities of the community.

Abstract

The aims of this study to determine the direct and indirect effect of independent learning on critical thinking skills with learning motivation as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. This type of research is ex-post facto, with the sampling process using simple random sampling. The method of analysis used the normality test, linearity test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, path analysis, and descriptive analysis. The results showed that independent learning has a positive and significant direvt effect on learning motivation by 78,3 %. Learning motivation has a positive and significant direct effect on critical thinking skills by 61%. Learning independence has a positive and significant effect directly on the ability to think critically by 28,9%. Learning independence has a positive and significant indirect effect on critical thinking skills with learning motivation as an intervening variable of 47,8%. This shows that the good independent learning of students and good motivation to learn, it is able to improve the critical thinking skills of good students.

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu guru harus menjadi perhatian serius perguruan tinggi dengan melaksanakan reformasi perguruan tinggi yang menghasilkan calon guru yang memiliki kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi calon guru profesional mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi universitas negeri semarang.Sampel penelitian sebanyak 81 mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekomomi Angkatan 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa angket. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi calon guru dilihat dari kompetensi Dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi sudah menguasai dengan baik kompetensi guru dilihat dari kompetensi profesional, pedagogik, kepribadian, dan sosial mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi di Universitas Negeri Semarang berada dalam kriteria baik. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa telah siap menjadi guru yang berkompeten. The improving of teachers’ quality should be a serious concern for universities by implementing reformation of university that develops prospective teachers who have competences. This research aims to describe professional competence of prospective teachers in economic education students at Universitas Negeri Semarang.The sample of the research was 81 students of Economic Education batch 2013. This research used quantitative approach with inquiry method for collecting the data. Analysis method used descriptive statistics analysis. The results of the research show that professional competence of prospective teachers in economic education seen by professional was 64%, pedagogic competence was 74%, personality competence was 60%, social competence was 75%.Based on the results, it can be concluded that prospective teachers had understood the teacher competence seen by professional, pedagogic, personality, and social competence of Economic Education students at Universitas Negeri Semarang that was in good category. It shows that students had been ready to be competent teachers.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumtif menjelaskan tentang keinginan untuk memiliki atau mengkosumsi barang secara berlebihan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Semarang tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 511 siswa, dengan sampel penelitian 84 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa angket. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh persamaan regresi Y=0,810+0,318X1+0,392X2+0,577X3. Pemanfaatan media sosial instagram, teman sebaya dan status sosial ekonomi orangtua secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Semarang tahun ajaran 2016/2017 dengan kontribusi 52,9%, secara parsial penggunaan media sosial instagram berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 11,28%. Teman sebaya berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa sebesar 16,46%, dan status sosial ekonomi orangtua berpengaruh sebesar 16% terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media sosial instagram, teman sebaya dan status sosial ekonomi orangtua terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Semarang tahun ajaran 2016/2017 secara simultan. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara pemanfaatan media sosial instagram, kelompok teman sebaya , dan status sosial ekonomi orangtua terhadap perilaku konsumtif siswa. Orang tua harus memiliki peranan dalam mengajarkan anak menjadi pembeli yang bijaksana, dan membeli sesuai dengan apa yang ia butuhkan. Selain itu, hal terpenting adalah pengendalian diri untuk tidak menjadi konsumtif. Ketika seseorang memiliki prinsip yang kuat, dia tidak akan terpengaruh dengan gaya hidup konsumtif disekitarnya. The consumptive behavior is explaining the desire to own or consume goods in excess. The population of this research carried out all of second graders student in the academic year of 2016/2017 in SMA N 1 Semarang that is 511 students, with a sample of 84 students. This research uses descriptive quantitative and uses quiestionnaires to collect the data. The analysis method used in this research are descriptive statistics analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research is the regression equation Y= 0,810+0,318X1+0,392X2+0,577X3. The utilization of social media instagram, peer group and socio- economic status of parents simultanously affect students’ consumptive behavior with a contribution of 52,9%. Partially, the utilization of social media instagram contributes 11,28% and peer groups affects 16,48%, however the s ocio-economic status of students’ parents affect 16% on student’s consumptive behavior.Based on the research, it can be concluded that utilization of social media instagram, peer group and socio economic status of parents simultaneously affect consumptive behavior of second graders students of SMA N 1 Semarang in the academic year of 2016/2017. Parents should also play their important role in teaching their children to be a wise shopper so that they can select things that they really need to buy. At last, the most important thing is self control for not being consumptive. When one has a strong life principle, he will not be affected by t he consumptive lifestyle around him.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui penggunaan media sosial dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang angkatan 2014 yang berjumlah 968 mahasiswa dengan sampel penelitian 91 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh persamaan regresiY = 16,367 + 0,743X1 + 1,204X2.Media sosial dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas negeri Semarang dengan kontribusi 42,2%, secara parsial media sosial berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 31,3%. Status sosial ekonomi orang tua berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif 19,7%. This study aims to describe the influence of social media use and socio-economic status of parents toward students’ consumptive behavior at Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study was the students at Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang in the academic year 2014/2015. The result of this study showed that the equation regression was Y = 16.367 + 0.743X1 + 1.204X2. It means that social media and socio-economic status of parents simultaneously have influence to the students’ consumptive behavior at Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang, with the contribution of 42.2%. While partially, social media was 31.3% influential and the socio-economic status of paents was 19.7% influential towards students ’consumptive behavior

Abstract

Mewujudkan keberhasilan pembangunan nasional dapat ditempuh dengan menggunakan paradigma pembangunan yaitu pemberdayaan. Salah satu upaya pemberdayaan tersebut yaitu melalui pemberdayaan UMKM. Keberhasilan untuk bertahan dalam masa krisis dapat menjadikan UMKM mampu berkembang dengan baik, namun dalam kenyataannya pada kurun waktu dua tahun perkembangan usaha mikro dan kecil menurun dilihat dari jumlah tahun 2014 terdapat 168 usaha mikro dan kecil, pada tahun 2015 menjadi 141 usaha mikro dan kecil (BPS, 2016). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal usaha dan karakteristik wirausaha terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro dan kecil di Desa Kedungleper Kecamatan Bangsri Kabupaten Jepara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, yang menjadi variabel bebas (X) adalah modal usaha dan karakteristik wirausaha, sedangkan variabel terikat (Y) adalah perkembangan usaha mikro dan kecil. Ukuran sampel penelitian adalah 60 Responden yang merupakan para pengusaha di Desa Kedungleper Kecamatan Bangsri Kabupaten Jepara. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara parsial (Uji r2) diperoleh hasil bahwa (1) modal usaha berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro dan kecil sebesar 8,94%, dan (2) karakteristik wirausaha berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro dan kecil sebesar 14,21%, dan secara simultan (R2) modal usaha dan karakteristik wirausaha berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro dan kecil sebesar 25,8%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah para pengusaha di Desa Kedungleper Kecamatan Bangsri Kabupaten Jepara harus mengoptimalkan modal usaha dan karakteristik wirausaha untuk mengembangkan usaha. Karena modal usaha dan karakteristik wirausaha terdapat pengaruh yang positif terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro dan kecil. Realizing the success of national development it can be made by using paradigm of development, which is empowerment. One of the empowerment is through MSMEs. The success to survive in crisis period can make MSMEs to be well developed, but in fact in two years the development of micro and small enterprises decreased seen from the number of MSMEs in 2014 there were 168 micro and small enterprises, in 2015 there are 141 micro and small enterprises (BPS, 2016). This research aims to find out the influence of venture capital and characteristics of entrepreneurship toward micro and small enterprises development in Kedungleper Village Sub-district Bangsri Jepara Regency. This research was quantitative descriptive, the free variables (X) were venture capital and characteristics of entrepreneurship, and bond variable (Y) was micro and small enterprises development. The size of sample was 60 respondents who were entrepreneurs in Kedungleper Village Sub-district Bangsri Jepara Regency. The result of the research shows that partially (r2 test) the result is that (1) venture capital influenced the micro and small enterprises development for 8,94%, and (2) characteristics of entrepreneurship influenced the micro and small enterprises development for 14,21%, and simultaneously (R2) venture capital and characteristics of entrepreneurship influenced the micro and small enterprises development for 25,8%. The conclusion of this research is that entrepreneurs in Kedungleper Village Sub-district Bangsri Jepara Regency have to optimize the venture capital and characteristics of entrepreneurship to develop their business. It is because venture capital and characteristics of entrepreneurship have positive influence for the micro and small enterprises development.

Abstract

Kompetensi global menjadi penting dalam memberikan jaminan mutu bagi calon guru. Kompetensi global apabila dimiliki akan mendorong untuk siap menghadapi dunia global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kompetensi komunikasi internasional, kompetensi apresiasi keragaman budaya, kompetensi kemampuan berbahasa asing dan kompetensi keterampilan berkompetisi calon guru ekonomi IUP dan Non IUP. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kompetensi komunikasi internasional diperoleh signifikansi 0,003, sehingga H1 diterima. Kompetensi apresiasi keragaman budaya diperoleh signifikansi 0,681, sehingga H1 ditolak. Kompetensi kemampuan berbahasa asing diperoleh signifikansi 0,000, sehingga H1 diterima. Kompetensi keterampilan berkompetisi diperoleh signifikansi 0, 015, sehingga H1 diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan kompetensi komunikasi internasional, kompetensi kemampuan berbahasa asing, kompetensi keterampilan berkompetisi, dan tidak ada perbedaan kompetensi apresiasi keragaman budaya antara calon guru ekonomi IUP dan Non IUP. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa dengan kompetensi global menghasilkan lulusan-lulusan yang siap menghadapi tantangan global, mendorong kualitas dan reputasi perguruan tinggi untuk menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru Prajabatan adalah program pendidikan yang diselenggarakan untuk mempersiapkan lulusan S1 Kependidikan dan S1/DIV Nonkependidikan yang memiliki bakat dan minat menjadi guru agar menguasai kompetensi guru secara utuh sesuai dengan standar nasional pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh internal locus of control dan dukungan sosial terhadap career adaptability mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi UNNES. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi UNNES angkatan 2015 dan 2014 yang berjumlah 773 mahasiswa dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportional Random Sampling sehingga jumlah sampelnya adalah 202 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, inferensial, regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara parsial internal locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap career adaptability sebesar 44,62%, dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap career adaptability sebesar 3,88%. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel internal locus of control dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap career adaptability sebesar 55%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh dan signifikan antara internal locus of control dan dukungan sosial baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap career adaptability mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi UNNES.
