Abstract

Pajak sangat berperan dalam menggerakkan roda perekonomian yang ada di Indonesia. Namun pada saat ini banyak wajib pajak yang melakukan tindakan penghindaran, pengelakan, dan pelalaian pajak yang pada akhirnya akan menyebabkan peneriman pajak negara akan berkurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, SPPT, pelayaan fiskus, dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan membayar pajak bumi dan bangunan pedesaan dan perkotaan di Desa Nolokerto baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Jenis penelitia ini digolongkan sebagai penelitian kuaintitatif. Populasi dalam peneitian ini adalah seluruh WP PBB P-2 di Desa Nolokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik Propotional stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, SPPT, pelayanan fiskus, dan kesadaran wajib pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan membayar PBB P-2 di Desa Nolokerto baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Saran dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan membayar PBB P-2, maka pemerintah harus meningkatkan motivasi wajib pajak untuk memenuhi kewajiban perpajakannya, meningkatkan keakuratan data pada SPPT dengan melakukan survey secara rutin; meningkatkan pelayanan perpajakan bumi dan bangunan P2 terhadap wajib pajak, dan  meningkatkan kesadaran wajib pajak dengan mengadakan sosialisasi atau penyuluhan dan informasi perpajakan, menciptakan aparatur pemerintah yang bersih dan berwibawa.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, SPPT, Pelayanan Fiskus, Kesadaran Wajib Pajak, Kepatuhan

Abstract

Rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru menjadi faktor utama belum terimplentasikannya Kurikulum Merdeka di Krisis pembelajaran di Sekolah Indonesia Jeddah (SIJ). Tidak adanya program guru penggerak dan sekolah penggerak di SIJ disinyalir menjadi penyebab guru masih kesulitan dalam menyelenggarakan proses pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka. Sehingga, melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan mampu membekali pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru SIJ dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka pada proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Kegiatan ini terlaksana pada hari Sabtu 9 September 2023 secara daring dengan peserta 7 guru di Sekolah Indonesia Jeddah (SIJ). Kegiatan ini berlangsung dengan lancar dengan antusiase peserta dalam diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil evalusi ditahap akhir menunjukan bahwa kegiatan ini mampu meningkatakan pemahaman dan kesiapan guru dalam meningkatkan kesiapan mengimplementgasikan kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran. The low level of knowledge and skills of teachers is the main factor in the failure to implement the Independent Curriculum in the learning crisis at Sekolah Indonesia Jeddah (SIJ). The absence of a driving teacher program and driving schools at SIJ is allegedly the reason why teachers still have difficulties in carrying out learning processes that are in accordance with the independent curriculum. So, through this service activity it is hoped that SIJ teachers will be able to equip the knowledge and skills in implementing the independent curriculum in the learning process carried out. This activity was held online on Saturday 9 September 2023 with 7 teachers at the Jeddah Indonesian School (SIJ) participating. This activity went smoothly with enthusiastic participants in the discussion. Based on the evaluation results at the final stage, it shows that this activity is able to increase teachers' understanding and readiness in increasing their readiness to implement the independent curriculum in learning.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBawang merah, sebagai komoditas ekonomi vital, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap ketahanan pangan dan stabilitas harga di Indonesia. Studi ini berfokus pada peningkatan kapasitas ekonomi petani bawang merah melalui pengembangan agrobisnis dan penguatan koperasi petani. Koperasi, diakui sebagai instrumen ekonomi penting, khususnya di wilayah dengan ekonomi yang kurang berkembang, berperan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dengan optimalisasi sumber daya lokal. Petani bawang merah di kelompok tani Rahayu dan Lestari menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengelola stabilitas harga, seringkali mengalami kerugian akibat fluktuasi harga. Koperasi petani diidentifikasi sebagai sarana efektif untuk meningkatkan manajemen produksi dan distribusi, menghindari peran tengkulak, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Kajian ini menerapkan metode tridarma perguruan tinggi dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat, meliputi tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Tujuannya adalah memperkuat kelembagaan koperasi petani di Kecamatan Toroh, Kabupaten Grobogan, sehingga meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan petani bawang merah. Pengembangan koperasi menunjukkan hasil yang menggembirakan dalam mengelola hasil pertanian dan menciptakan keuntungan berkelanjutan. Program pengabdian ini telah berjalan lancar dengan respon positif dari petani bawang merah di Desa Genengadal, Kecamatan Toroh, Kabupaten Grobogan.Kata Kunci : Bawang Merah, Koperasi, Produktivitas Petani ABSTRACTShallots, as a vital economic commodity, contribute significantly to food security and price stability in Indonesia. This study focuses on increasing the economic capacity of onion farmers through agribusiness development and strengthening farmer cooperatives. Cooperatives, recognized as important economic instruments, especially in regions with less developed economies, play a role in increasing people's incomes by optimizing local resources. Shallot farmers in the Rahayu and Lestari farmer groups face challenges in increasing productivity and managing price stability, often suffering losses due to price fluctuations. Farmer cooperatives were identified as effective means to improve production and distribution management, avoid the role of middlemen, and improve farmers' welfare. This study applies the tridarma method of higher education in community service, including the stages of socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The goal is to strengthen the institution of farmer cooperatives in Toroh District, Grobogan Regency, thereby increasing the productivity and welfare of onion farmers. Cooperative development shows encouraging results in managing agricultural output and creating sustainable profits. Abstract

Krisis pembelajaran di Indonesia telah berlangsung lama dan belum membaik dari tahun ke tahun. Krisis pembelajaran semakin bertambah karena pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan hilangnya pembelajaran (learning loss) dan meningkatnya kesenjangan pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi krisis pembelajaran Kemendikbudristek meluncurkan kurikulum merdeka dan platform merdeka mengajar. Keunggulan kurikulum merdeka jauh lebih sederhana dan mendalam karena kurikulum ini akan fokus pada materi yang esensial dan pengembangan kompetensi peserta didik pada fasenya. Namun minimnya pengetahuan tentang implementasi pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka menjadi kendala bagi guru ekonomi khususnya. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran ekonomi pada kurikulum merdeka bagi guru ekonomi yang tergabung dalam MGMP Kota Semarang. Kegiatan ini terlaksana pada hari Sabtu 4 Juni 2022 secara daring dengan peserta 76 guru ekonomi di Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dengan lancar dengan antusiase peserta dalam diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil evalusi ditahap akhir menunjukan bahwa kegiatan ini mampu meningkatakan pemahaman dan kesiapan guru dalam meningkatkan kesiapan mengimplementgasikan kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran ekonomi. Kata kunci— Guru ekonomi, Kurikulum merdeka, Pembelajaran Abstract The learning crisis in Indonesia has been going on for a long time and has not improved from year to year. The learning crisis is increasing due to the Covid-19 pandemic which causes learning loss and increasing learning gaps. To overcome the learning crisis, the Ministry of Education and Culture launched an curriculum merdeka and an independent teaching platform. The advantage of the independent curriculum is that it is much simpler and deeper because this curriculum will focus on essential materials and the development of student competencies in phases. However, the lack of knowledge about the implementation of learning in the curriculum merdeka is an obstacle for economics teachers in particular. This training aims to introduce and implement economics learning in the curriculum merdeka for economics teachers who are members of the Semarang City MGMP. This activity was carried out on Saturday, June 4, 2022 online with 76 economic teachers in Central Java as participants. This activity went smoothly with the enthusiasm of the participants in the discussion. Based on the results of the final evaluation, it shows that this activity is able to increase the understanding and readiness of teachers in increasing readiness to implement an curriculum merdeka in economics learning. Keywords— Economics teachers, Curriculum merdeka, Learning

Abstract

Financial literacy is an individual ability to make decision on it’s financial regulation. An individu has to have knowledge and skill to set his financial resources effectively to gain his prosperity. Financial literacy is influenced by many factors, such as gender, education andincome of parent those become the purpose of this research. The population of this study was students of SMA Hidayatullah and THPT Tran Nhan Tong. Saturated sampling was used as the method of sampling from 246 respondents. In analyzing the data, the writer used Mann Whitney method. The result showed that there was difference between gender and education of parent on influencing financial literacy under 0.05 asymptomatic significance, there was no difference income of parent on influencing towards financial literacy. Meanwhile there was difference of both countries’ financial literacy. For the suggestion, the students are expected to be more diligent to learn and apply their finanncial knowledge, meanwhile for the future researcher, is expected to find other variables those have big impact toward an individual’s financial literacy to get many more varied researches

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the health level of KUD Mino Saroyo 2016-2018 from various aspects. This case study research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The data analyzed refers to the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs RI No: 06/Per/Dep/6/IV/2016 concerning guidelines for assessing cooperative health. The results showed that the overall health level of KUD Mino Saroyo Cilacap in 2016-2018 was in the fairly healthy category. This can be seen from the total score, namely in 2016 it got a score of 69.75%, in 2017 it got a score of 70.75%, and in 2018 it got a score of 70.75%. The capital aspect of the ratio of own capital to total assets got the lowest score of 1.50. The quality aspect of earning assets in the risk ratio of non-performing loans to loans in 2016 and 2018 got the lowest score of 1 and in 2017 it got a score of 2. The management aspect has problems in general management and institutional management. The efficiency aspect of the ratio of operating expenses to gross SHU and the ratio of service efficiency got the lowest score. The liquidity aspect of the independence and service ratio got the lowest score of 0. The independence and growth aspect of the service operational independence got a low score of 0. The aspect had a good or high score.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a shift in hybrid-based learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the push-pull mooring effect is able to increase student behavior transition to hybrid learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research population is all active students of the Faculty of Economics. The sample used was 146 respondents, with non-probability sampling technique. The data collection technique was an online questionnaire method with an interval scale of agree (scale 7) to disagree (scale 1). Data analysis technique was based on Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) using WarpPLS 5.0 program. The results showed that the push effect, pull effect, mooring effect, decision self efficacy and motivation and intention switching had an effect on switching behavior. While the push and pull effects have no effect on switching behavior through motivation and intention to switch and decision self-efficacy, in contrast to the mooring effect which has a significant effect. The findings of this study are that hybrid learning has not been able to improve student performance than offline learning, so the student behavior to switch to hybrid learning still needs to be improved.

Abstract

The study aims to known  what motivation which underlie the business founder to choose  social entrepreneurship in establishing Koperasi Wanita (Kopwan) Srikandi, how the implementation of social entrepreneurship implemented on the activities of Kopwan Srikandi, and the impact appeared of the implementation social entrepreneurship in Kopwan Srikandi. The study was used qualitative approach with case study design. The techniques of collecting data used in this study are observations, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques used in this study was by collecting data, data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The result of this research show that in the establishment of Kopwan Srikandi, it underlie by the consciousness of the founder in seeing and identifying the social problems in society, then implemented in a business entity that is a cooperative with a social mission which is expected to solve the problems. Kopwan Srikandi have two business units, there are saving and loan unit and production unit in which both of them implement the social entrepreneurship. It can be seen from the existence of cooperative entrepreneurs and type of activities that contain a social values. The impacts of social entrepreneurship appeared in Kopwan Srikandi are the improvement of human resources, the development of local natural resources and the improvement of the economic activities of the community.

Abstract

Kebijakan MBKM yang dijalankan prodi menghadapi kendala rekognisi dan pelaksanaan yang lebih sesuai dengan bidang studi. Permasalahan yang muncul di prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi FEB UNNES dapat diselesaikan dengan mengembangkan kurikulum MBKM yang lebih adaptif dan berwawasan konservasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengembangan kurikulum MBKM prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi FEB UNNES yang adaptif dan berwawasan konservasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan untuk menghasilkan kurikulum MBKM Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi.  Desain penelitian pengambangan mengacu pada pendapat Borg dan Gall (1889) dengan tahapan pengembangan; (1) analisis pendahuluan, (2) pengembangan produk, (3) validasi produk, dan (4) uji kelayakan produk. Penelitian akan dilakukan di program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FEB UNNES pada bulan Mei sd September 2023. Pihak yang terlibat adalah dosen, mahasiswa, alumni, pengguna alumni, mitra Kerjasama, asosiasi profesi, pengelola prodi sejenis, pakar kurikulum, dan pihak terkait lainnya. Pengembangan kurikulum akan dilakukan melalui kegiatan FGD (focus group discussion), benchmarking, dan tracer study. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terbentuk struktur kurikulum yang masih tetap mengedepankan keahllian program studi namun tidak menghambat dalam mengakomodasi mahasiswa untuk mengikuti kegiatan MBKM.
