This study aims to analyze internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) and analyze the marketing strategy of ornamental plant business in the City of Baturaja, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The research method used in this study is the Survey method. The sampling method used in this study is the accidental sampling method, which is the method used by taking the entire population with a total sample of 40 people. The results showed that the internal factors of business marketing of ornamental plants in the form of strength (sellers have expertise in ornamental plant cultivation, strategic location, respondents to buyers, quality of ornamental plants business is good (supervision of AKLI) and weaknesses (minimal capital, simple tools and technology , Marketing management that has not been optimal, Lack of promotional activities), External factors in the form of capital loans from banks, Diverse types of plants, Local government programs, Government attention in the form of guidance and education, and Threats (Prices of ornamental plants continue to decline, Taste consumers pariatif, Ornamental plants are always changing, competitors are traders from outside the OKU area). This research aims to determine what factors influence farmers' decisions to participate in Forest and Land Rehabilitation activities in Lengkiti District, OKU Regency. This study employed a survey approach of research. In this work, logistic regression analysis was utilized to analyze the data. The findings revealed that the independent variables: number of family members, land area, and workdays, significantly affected coffee growers' decisions to participate in the Forest and Land Rehabilitation (RHL) program.

This research is an analysis of the contribution contribution of goat livestock business to the income of coffee farmers in Anugerah Kemu Village, Pulau Beringin District. This study aims to analyze the large contribution of goat business income to the income of coffee farmers in the Anugerah Kemu Village, Pulau Beringin District. The research location is in Anugerah Kemu Village, Pulau Beringin District. The research method used in this study was a survey. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data processing method used is using the income analysis formula and contribution formula. The results showed that the average coffee farming income in Anugerah Kemu Village, Pulau Beringin District was Rp.26,977,361, - per year. The average income of goats in Anugerah Kemu Village, Pulau Beringin District is Rp.3,790,751 per year and the contribution value of goat livestock business income to coffee farmers in Anugerah Kemu Village, Pulau Beringin District is 12.32% of the total income of coffee farmers.Keyword: Revenue, Contribution,Goat Farming, Coffee Farming

This study aims to calculate the elasticity of consumer demand for changes in the price of SME chips in East Baturaja District, and calculate the elasticity of consumer demand for chips products in East Baturaja District. The study was conducted from March to May 2017 in 3 (three) small and medium enterprises. The research method used is survey method. Sampling method / sample using non probability sampling. The results show the demand for price changes for Rempeyek and banana chips on the changed prices is in elastic or (Ed <1) and the type of sweet potato chips to the changing price are elastic. demand for other products all types of chips have substitution properties similar to those seen in the above explanation are all positive substitutes but the difference is only the percentage of cross elasticity, or has the property (Eq> 0).

Kajian Teknis Pengembangan Budidaya Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L.) Di Kecamatan Belitang III Kabupaten OKU Timur Munajat; Andi Astoro

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui kelayakan finansial budidaya bawang merah di Kecamatan Belitang III Kabupaten OKU Timur, 2) mengetahui respon masyarakat terhadap rencana pengembangan budidaya bawang merah di Kecamatan Belitang III Kabupaten OKU Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha budidaya bawang merah dalam satu kali musim tanam mengeluarkan biaya produksi sebesar Rp 410.323.853 diperoleh penerimaan sebesar Rp 475.200.000 sehingga diperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp 64.876.147 dengan nilai BEP (harga) sebesar Rp 18.996/kg dan BEP (produksi) sebesar 2.251 kg. Selanjutnya usaha budidaya bawang merah di Keecamatan Belitang III Kabupaten OKU layak (feasible) secara finansial untuk dikembangkan, hal ini dapat diketahui dari perhitungan nilai NPV sebesar Rp 170.315.520., nilai IRR sebesar 12,49 % dan nilai Net B/C sebesar 1,68. Respon masyarakat terhadap rencana pengembangan budidaya bawang merah adalah siap/setuju dengan nilai index 79,3%. Masyarakat desa Dadi Rejo yang Merupakan desa di sekitar tempat budidaya bawang merah memberikan respon Setuju karena melihat kedaan wilayah yang cocok untuk di tanami bawang merah seperti Tanahnya subur, Pengairan dari irigasi yang baik, Cuaca dan iklim yang cocok untuk budidaya bawang merah, Memiliki penyinaran sinar matahari lebih dari 75% sehingga Masyarakat Desa Dadi Rejo Setuju Dengan Adanya pengembangan budidaya bawang merah.

ANALISIS USAHATANI CABAI MERAH PADA LAHAN SAWAH IRIGASI DI DESA KUMPUL REJO BUAY MADANG TIMUR OKU TIMUR Munajat

The purpose of this research were to : (1) Calculate the amount of cost, income and income obtained from red chili farming in Kumpul Rejo Village, Buay Madang Timur District, OKU Timur Regency, (2) Analyze financial feasibility of red pepper farming in Kumpul Rejo Village East Buay Madang District of East OKU Regency. This research has been conducted in Kumpul Rejo Village, Buay Madang Timur Sub-district, East OKU Regency. Site selection is done purposively with the consideration that in the village there are farmers who cultivate red chilli by utilizing irrigated rice field. The study was conducted in April 2015. The study found that the total production cost incurred in the cultivation of red chili farming in Kumpul Rejo Village in a single production process with an average land area of 0.30 Ha was Rp 11,277,822, One production process amounting to Rp 36,033,750 so that the income received is Rp 24,755,928. The value of R / C ratio is 3.24 indicates the profitable pepper cultivation business. BEP value of production volume is 702 Kg, while BEP value of price is Rp 5,217 / Kg and ROI value is 224% indicating that farming system of red chili in Kumpul Rejo Village is feasible financially.

This study aims to determine the effect of poverty (x), on the human development index (y) in South Sumatra in 2016-2020. The data used is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency. The analytical method used is panel data regression. The results of the t test show that poverty (x) has a negative and significant effect on the human development index (y). The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable by 12.03% and the remaining 87.97% is explained by other factors outside this model.

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth (x), on the human development index (y) in South Sumatra in 2016-2020. The data used is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency. The analytical method used is panel data regression. The results of the t test show that economic growth (x) has a positive and insignificant effect on the human development index (y). The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable by 32.58% and the remaining 67.42% is explained by other factors outside this model.

Risk Analysis of Tobacco Farming At South OKU Regency South Sumatera Province Fifian Permata Sari; Munajat Munajat

This study aimed to analyse the risk of tobacco farming at South OKU, South Sumatera Province. The location is determined by purposive on South OKU Regency caused it was the centre placed of tobacco farming of South Sumatera Province.. The method of this research is survey method, and simple random sampling as the sample method, with taken 25 farmers as the samples of 63 tobacco farmers in South OKU Regency. The result showed that tobacco farming in South OKU Regency, resulted in average income of Rp. 54.367.880. from these calculations it can be seen that the amount of standard deviation of Rp.15.718.548,16657. The coefficient of variation obtained is 0.2891146053 which means the CV is less than 0.5 (0.28 and L more than (22.930.783.666859 ≥ 0). This indicated that tobacco farming in South OKU Regency is protected from loss. Keywords : Risk analysis, tobacco farming, protected from loss.
