Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to the feasibility of guided inquiry-based Chemistry e-modules on the material of colligative properties of solutions, improve science literacy skills and learning outcomes of students. The research sample was the population of class XII MIPA3 SMA Negeri 1 Bintuni with a total of 33 students. Data collection using purposive sampling technique, Research instruments are material feasibility validation sheet and media feasibility, teacher response sheet, student response sheet, The results showed: 1) The feasibility of chemistry e-modules from material expert validators and media experts is 97% very feasible category, 88% teacher response is very good category, and 91% student response is very good category. 2) Students' science literacy skills average n-Gain test 0.46 medium category. 3) Increased learning outcomes of students on average n-Gain test 0.56 medium category. Keywords: Quided Inquisiry; Chemistry E-Module; Colligative Properties Of Solutions Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk kelayakan e-modul Kimia berbasis guided inquiry pada materi sifat koligatif larutan, meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Sampel penelitian adalah populasi kelas XII MIPA3 SMA Negeri 1 Bintuni dengan jumlah 33 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, Instrumen penelitian yaitu lembar validasi kelayakan materi dan kelayakan media, lembar respon guru , lembar respon peserta didik, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kelayakan e-modul kimia dari validator ahli materi dan ahli media sebasar 97% kategori sangat layak, respon guru 88 % kategori sangat baik, dan respon peserta didik 91% kategori sangat baik. 2) Kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik rata-rata uji n-Gain 0,46 kategori sedang. 3) Peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik ratarata uji n-Gain 0,56 kategori sedang. Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan judul Penyuluhan Hukum Tentang Cara Penyelesaian Sengketa Tanah Adat Melalui Jalur Non Litigasi Di Kelurahan Koya Barat Distrik Muara Tami Kota Jayapura, kegiatan ini dilakukan kepada mitra dikarenakan adanya kasus dari mitra tentang ketidakpahaman mengenai penyelesaian sengketa tanah adat berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku guna memperoleh kepastian hukum dan dimana para pihak yang bersengketa tidak ada yang mau mengalah atau mau menang sendiri sehingga dengan keahlian yang dimiliki pengabdi dapat melakukan penerapan IPTEKS tersebut guna agar para pihak yang bersengketa sama-sama menang atau win-win solution. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara melalui ceramah dan diskusi yang dilaksanakan pada hari selasa, tanggal 23 juli 2024 yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Koya Barat Distrik Muara Tami Kota Jayapura dengan memberikan pengetahuan kepada mitra mengenai penyelesaian sengketa pada umumnya ada dua jenis yaitu penyelesaian sengketa melalui jalur Litigasi dan Non Litigasi untuk memperoleh kepastian hukum, kegiatan ini di awali dengan persiapan dan koordinasi, kemudian pemaparan materi tentang cara penyelesaian sengketa tanah ulayat berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Adapun luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada mitra tentang cara penyelesaian sengketa melalui jalur Non Litigasi beserta kelebihan dan kekurangannya dari penyelesaian sengketa tersebut dan juga memberikan pendampingan hukum kepada mitra untuk menyelesaikan kasus-kasus yang terkait dengan sengketa tanah adat.Penyelesaian Sengketa, Tanah Adat, Non Litigasi, Kelurahan Koya Barat.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia in general and also to find out about Fiqh Siyasah's view on the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia. A qualitative approach was used in conducting this research and data was obtained through relevant literature studies. The result, Islam provides space for ijtihad in the area of ​​siyasah or state politics provided that it is done to achieve the goals of benefit and justice as well as the welfare of the general public. One of the things related to the siyasah area is related to the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia. Basically, the provision of regional autonomy in Indonesia is a space to provide opportunities for each region in this country to explore and develop the potential of each region in order to provide prosperity for regional communities. The conclusion, this article highlights the importance of local government autonomy within a federal structure to encourage grassroots democracy and self-governance. Islamic law does not have specific rules regarding regional autonomy, and this concept emerged during the reform era to promote justice and prosperity. However, Islam still acknowledges the concept of baldatun thayyibatun, which is based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan judul Penyuluhan Hukum Pentingnya Kepemilikan Sertifikat Hak Milik Untuk Menjamin Kepastian Hukum Di Kelurahan Hedam Distrik Heram Kota Jayapura, kegiatan yang dilakukan kepada mitra dikarenakan adanya kasus dari mitra tentang ketidakpahaman mengenai prosedur pembuatan sertifikat hak milik atas tanah sehingga dengan keahlian yang dimiliki pengabdi dapat melakukan penyuluhan hukum tersebut guna agar mitra dapat mengetahui status kepemilikan tanah mereka dan cara pengurusan sertifikat hak milik atas tanah pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Jayapura untuk menjamin kepastian hukum. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara melalui ceramah dan diskusi yang dilaksanakan pada hari sabtu, tanggal 22 februari 2025 yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Hedam. Kegiatan ini di awali dengan persiapan dan koordinasi, kemudian pemaparan materi dengan memberikan pengetahuan kepada mitra mengenai prosedur pengurusan sertifikat hak milik atas tanah. Adapun luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada mitra tentang status kepemilikan hak-hak atas tanah, pendaftaran tanah, prosedur pengurusan sertifikat hak milik atas tanah dan juga memberikan pendampingan hukum pra ajudikasi dalam proses pengurusan sertifikat pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Jayapura.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to make an integrated science module, develop an integrated science module,  and improve science process skills by using an integrated science module based on inquiry learning on food additives. Research Methods Research and Development. The research sample was conducted in class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Sentani with a total of 32 students. The results showed that: 1) How to make a module through seven stages, namely module needs analysis, module design, implementation, assessment, evaluation, validation and quality assurance of the module, using four module components, namely the opening, introduction, learning and evaluation. 2) The development of an integrated science module based on inquiry learning on food additives material through the arrangement of stages of making modules for the use of the school environment Very feasible category to be used as teaching material and 3) Assessment of students' science process skills in RPP 1 to RPP 3 learning produces an average percentage of 69.75% with the skilled category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the trainees' perceptions of the use of google sites in learning Natural Sciences. This study uses a survey method approach with a descriptive nature which aims to describe the circumstances or phenomena that occur. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire (questionnaire), which is a data collection technique carried out by giving a set of questions or a written statement to the respondent. The results of the study indicate that multimedia-based learning media training with google sites is very necessary for participants in online learning and is useful for participants to provide subject matter to students because the conten to ngoogle sites can be adapted to the needs of the learning process

Abstract

Modules are very important developed in chemistry learning. Modules as teaching materials are very minimal so that they become obstacles in chemistry learning, especially acid-base solution materials. Therefore, this study aims to develop and validate the feasibility of chemical modules on acid-base solution materials through a problem-based learning approach, as well as to examine the responses of students and teachers to the developed products. The method in this study uses research and development (R&D) methods and ADDIE is a development model applied as a methodology. The sample in this study was 25 students. The sampling technique is saturated samples. The module is validated by the material and media validators then validated by the teacher and asked for feedback from students. The data was processed using SPPS acid-base solution as the subject of this study. The module was developed because it is very feasible to be applied in chemistry learning to acid-base solution materials, based on the results of data analysis. The material validator gave an average score of 92% (very decent), the media validator 95% (very decent), the teacher's response to 96% (very good) and the students' response to the developed module was 98% (very good) and the average was 94% (very decent).
