Abstract

The rapid adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies has encouraged manufacturing companies to integrate Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and production tracking systems to improve operational performance and delivery reliability. This study aims to analyze the impact of IoT implementation and production tracking systems on delivery timeliness in the electronics industry in Tangerang City. A quantitative research approach was applied using survey data collected from 150 employees involved in production and logistics activities. Data were measured using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to evaluate both measurement and structural models. The results indicate that IoT implementation has a positive and significant effect on delivery timeliness by enabling real-time monitoring and faster operational coordination. Production tracking systems also show a strong positive influence by improving scheduling accuracy, workflow visibility, and decision-making processes. Furthermore, the integration of IoT and production tracking technologies contributes to better supply chain responsiveness and reduced delivery delays. These findings highlight the strategic role of digital monitoring systems in enhancing manufacturing performance and meeting customer delivery expectations. This study provides empirical insights for practitioners and contributes to the growing literature on smart manufacturing and technology-driven operational efficiency in Indonesia’s electronics sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) marketing and creative storytelling on brand engagement in the culinary industry in West Java. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 respondents through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS Version 25. Descriptive statistics, reliability and validity tests, and multiple linear regression analysis were employed to examine the relationships between variables. The results indicate that both AI marketing and creative storytelling have a significant positive effect on brand engagement, with creative storytelling showing a slightly stronger influence. Combined, these factors explain 38.2% of the variance in brand engagement. The study highlights the importance of integrating AI-driven marketing strategies with compelling narratives to strengthen consumer interaction and loyalty, providing practical guidance for culinary businesses seeking competitive advantage in West Java.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of solar panel use on household electricity cost savings. The research adopts a quantitative approach involving 160 respondents who are household users of solar panel systems. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale to measure respondents’ perceptions regarding solar panel utilization and its impact on electricity expenses. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, including validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistics, and simple linear regression analysis. The results show that solar panel use has a positive and significant effect on household electricity cost savings, with a regression coefficient of 0.705 and a significance value of 0.000, which is below the threshold of 0.05. The coefficient of determination indicates that solar panel utilization explains 37.1% of the variation in electricity cost savings, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors. The findings suggest that households that adopt solar energy systems tend to experience lower monthly electricity costs due to reduced dependence on conventional electricity supplied by the public power grid. In addition to financial benefits, solar energy also contributes to environmentally sustainable energy consumption. Therefore, the adoption of solar panel technology can be considered a practical solution for improving household energy efficiency and reducing electricity expenditures. The results of this study provide useful insights for policymakers, energy providers, and households in promoting the wider adoption of renewable energy technologies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of system security and user trust on online transaction decisions in e-commerce in Indonesia. A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected from 75 respondents using a structured questionnaire based on a Likert scale. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, targeting individuals who have experience in conducting online transactions. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that system security and user trust have a positive and significant effect on online transaction decisions, both partially and simultaneously. System security also has a significant effect on user trust, indicating its role as a fundamental factor in building consumer confidence. The regression analysis reveals that system security and user trust significantly influence transaction decisions, with an adjusted R² value of 0.491. This indicates that 49.1% of the variation in online transaction decisions can be explained by the two variables. The findings suggest that enhancing security systems and strengthening user trust are essential strategies for e-commerce platforms to improve consumer participation and transaction behavior in Indonesia.
