Abstract

Basket merupakan salah satu olahraga paling popular di dunia, khususnya di Indonesia. Dalam permainan bola basket free throw atau lemparan bebas adalah percobaan mencetak poin tanpa rintangan dengan menembak dari belakang garis lemparan bebas. Untuk mendapatkan hasil free throw yang memuaskan maka diperlukan teknik yang tepat, dan disertai pula dengan kekuatan otot lengan serta fleksibiltas pergelangan tangan yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi latihan medicine ball overhead throw, dumbbel wrist dan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap kemampuan free throw pada atlet club Bola Basket XYZ tahun 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deksriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 atlet, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 atlet yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat kontribusi latihan medicone ball overhead throw terhadap kemampuan free throw (2) Terdapat kontribusi latihan dumbel wrist terhadap kemampuan free throw (3) Terdapat kontribusi latihan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap kemampuan free throw (4) Terdapat kontribusi latihan medicine ball overhead throw, dumbbell wrist dan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap peningkatan hasil free throw.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the correlation of agility, flexibility and leg muscle power to the speed of dolyo chagi kicks in taekwondo martial arts athletes in Arnemia Taekwando Club athletes 2021. The research conducted in Arnemia Taekwondo Club. The research population are 20 athletes and the sample that used are 10 athletes who are taken by total sampling technique. The research methods is correlation method to determine the correlation of the variables. The data collection technique . The data analysis technique that used are normality test, homogeneity test, and hyphotesis test was t-test and f-test with a sifnificiant level of 0,05. The result of hyphothesis test is all of the correlation of variable X to variable Y in f-test is fcount = 6,06 > ftable = 4,757. This result show that there is the correlation of agility, flexibility and leg muscle power to the speed of dolyo chagi kicks in taekwondo martial arts athletes in Arnemia Taekwando Club athletes.Keywords: Agility, Flexibility, Leg Muscle Power, Speed of Dolyo Chagi Kicks, Taekwondo

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of push-up and dumbbell front exercises on the speed of hitting Kizame gyaku tsuki in male athletes at Inkanas, Central Aceh 2022.The location of this research was carried out in the hamlet where the research was located at INKANAS Aceh Tengah, the hall of the Central Aceh Kodim hall. This type of research is an experiment. The population in this study were all karate athletes in Central Aceh INKANAS, totaling 15 people. The sampling in this study was carried out by purposive random sampling (conditional sample), the condition was that athletes were active in INKANAS Central Aceh. In this study, the sample to be made was 10 people. The data collection technique used is by taking the pre test, treatment, and post test.From the analysis of the data that has been done, it is known that the value of the hypothesis tcount is obtained at 44.75 and ttable 1.833, then tcount (44.75> 1.833 ttable), so that there is a significant effect of push ups and dumbbell front exercises on the speed of hitting Kizame Gyaku Tsuki in athletes Son in Central Aceh Inkanas in 2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan medicine ball twist toss dan forearm pronation exercise terhadap forehand drive komunitas tenis lapangan UNIMED dengan terdapat dua bentuk latihan tersebut, yang dimana kedua bentuk latihan tersebut dirancang untuk meningkatkan hasil pukulan forehand drive pada tenis lapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di komunitas tenis lapangan Unimed. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang. Metode penelitian ini adalah Eksperimen dengan melakukan tes awal yaitu forehand drive, kemudian sampel diberikan perlakukan berupa latihan medicine ball twist toss dan forearm pronation exercise dengan program latihan yang telah disusun. Kemudian setelah kurang lebih empat minggu menjalani latihan terprogram, sampel melakukan tes akhir. Analisis hipotesis yaitu, pengaruh latihan medicine ball twist toss dan forearm pronation exercise terhadap peningkatan kemampuan forehand drive, diperoleh thitung 4,21 dan ttabel 2,26 pada taraf nyata α = 0,05 maka thitung > ttabel. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian hipotesis yaitu H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa “terdapat pengaruh latihan latihan medicine ball twist toss dan forearm pronation excercise terhadap peningkatan hasil pukulan forehand drive dalam permainan tennis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of the bench dip exercise on the swimming speed of the 25 meter freestyle KU IV Gading Swimming Club in 2022, to determine the significant effect of the Wheelbarrow exercise on the swimming speed of the 25 meter freestyle KU IV Gading Swimming Club in 2022 , and to find out how much difference the bench dip and wheelbarrow exercises have to the swimming speed of the 25 meter freestyle at KU IV Gading Swimming Club in 2022. The research was conducted at the swimming club Gading Swimming Club. In the swimming pool of Villa Gading Mas, the Villa Gading Mas complex, Jl Bajak II, Harjosari II Village, Medan Amplas District. This research will be carried out for 6 weeks and will take place from 09 January 2023 to 17 February 2023. The number of samples in this study amounted to 10 people. This research is a type of experimental research. Research instrument to collect data with a 25 meter swimming speed test. The conclusion of the results of the first hypothesis analysis from the pre-test data and post-test data is that there is a significant effect of Bench Dip training on the 25-meter freestyle swimming speed of KU IV Gading Swimming Club athletes in 2022. In the results of the second hypothesis analysis there is a significant effect on Wheelbarrow exercise on the 25-meter freestyle swimming speed of KU IV Gading Swimming Club athletes in 2022. Furthermore, the results of the third hypothesis analysis show that the Bench Dip exercise has no significantly greater effect than the Wheelbarrow exercise on increasing the 25-meter freestyle swimming speed of KU IV Gading Swimming athletes. Abstract

This research is a research activity testing the effectiveness of table tennis digital teaching materials, which previously this product has gone through a development process (expert judgment, small-scale field tests and large-scale field tests). This study aims to obtain teaching material products that are effectively used by students in learning table tennis. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The subjects involved in this study were 30 experimental groups and 30 control groups. The subjects of this study were students who were taking table tennis courses at the Physical Health and Recreation Education Study Program, Medan State University. The data analysis technique used in this study is the feasibility percentage technique. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be described that the results of the research can be seen from the results of the pretest, the two groups have almost the same percentage of learning outcomes. where the experimental group's pretest results were 41.92% while the control group was 42.50% with a difference of 0.88%. Based on this percentage, it can be categorized that student learning outcomes in the cognitive aspect have not been completed. Furthermore, the results of the post-test of the two groups experienced an increase from the results of the pre-test, where the experimental group achieved a completeness percentage of 92.2% while the control group was 82.1%, this percentage can be categorized as complete classically, but in the post-test results the percentage of the experimental group was higher than with the percentage of the control group. Based on this research data, it can be concluded that the digital materials developed in this study are suitable for use by educators as teaching materials in table tennis lectures.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of gymnastic exercises aerobic low impact against ratestatic balance in elderly women at the Medan Senam Semangat Sehat Club in 2023. The problem in this study is that based on the results of observations and observations that have been made by researchers the level of static balance in elderly women is not normal. This research was conducted at the Medan Sunggal Healthy Spirit Gymnastics club. This study uses an experimental method by design none group pre-test dan post-test. The population is 41 people and the sample in this study is 11 elderly women in the Senam Semangat Sehat club. The sample is taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis include normality tests, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis from the influence of gymnastics aerobic low impact against ratestatic balance in elderly women in the Senam Semangat Sehat club. Obtained Count = 11.238 >ttable = 1.812 at the real level α = 0.05 and the difference in the average increase between the results pre-test 31.54 and post-test 36.27. Based on the research results that have been obtained by analyzing and testing the hypothesis, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of gymnastic training aerobic low impact against ratestatic balance in elderly women at the Medan Senam Semangat Sehat Club in 2023.

Abstract

Football is a sport that is growing rapidly and is popular throughout the world, both in society, schools and workplaces as evidenced by the growing number of football clubs. The basic skills of playing soccer are very important to apply in improving the ability to play soccer. One of the basic skills in football is passing ability which can be improved with Small Sided Games and Wall Pass exercises. This study aims to determine the significant effect of Small Sided Games and Wall Pass exercises on Passing ability in football games aged 15-17 years SBB Putra Sampatao Sei Mangkei Simalungun Regency in 1011. This research is an experimental study with a pretest and posttest design one group design. The sample in the study was 11 SSB Putra Sampatao Sei Mangkei athletes aged 15-17 years. After the pretest was carried out, the sample was then given small sided games and wall pass exercises for 18 meetings (6 weeks). The data analysis technique in this study used the t test. Based on the results of statistical tests using the t-test with a significant level (α = 0.05) between the pre-test and post-test of passing ability, the value of tcount 10.141 > ttable 1.811 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant effect of small sided games and wall pass exercises on passing ability in soccer games aged 15-17 years SSB Putra Sampatao Sei Mangkei Simalungun Regency in 1011.

Abstract

This research is based on the contribution of leg muscle strength to the results of volleyball smashes. So, it is necessary to increase strength through a training program to produce good smash results. This study aimed to determine the effect of burpee exercise variations on increasing leg muscle strength and volleyball smash results. This research method is a quasi-experimental research design experiment with a pretest-posttest. The subjects involved in this study were male volleyball players of North Sumatra Club, with purposive sampling and subject collection techniques, the total subjects involved amounted to 10 players. The instrument used in this study is leg muscle strength using the vertical jump test, which is usually done to determine the strength of the leg muscles or an athlete's explosive power while measuring smashing skills for fast and targeted target attacks using Lavage's smash skill test instructions. Analysis of research data Analysis of data using statistical formulas to prove whether the hypothesis data that has been proposed is accepted or rejected by the Liliefors test. Based on the results of the calculations, the hypothesis is that vertical jump = 6.026> 1.859, so burpee training variations significantly influence leg muscle strength. Smash results, hypothesis obtained count smash results = 8.664 ttable> 1.859, So there is a significant influence of burpee training variations on the smash. This study concludes that burpee variation exercises can be an alternative to increase leg muscle strength and volleyball smash results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kekuatan otot tungkai, panjang tungkai, dan koordinasi pergelangan kaki dengan hasil lari 400meter. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah masih banyak tantangan saat lari 400meter. Seperti finish hanya mampu mencapai waktu 30,22 detik lebih lambat dari 200meter pertama, karena atlet tidak mampu menjaga kecepatannya secara konsisten, menghasilkan waktu 58,32 detik. Masih belum sesuai rencana yakni 56,20 detik, karena beberapa atlet memiliki panjang kaki yang berbeda-beda sehingga menghasilkan catatan waktu yang berbeda. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 8 atlet Putra PASI Labuhan Batu Utara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini juga berjumlah 8 atlet. Pelaksanaan analisis data yang diperoleh dari hasil test dan pengukuran yang dilakukan terhadap sampel dianalisis dengan teknik analisis statistik korelasi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa koefisien korelasi untuk Ketahanan Kecepatan, Panjang Kaki, dan Hasil Lari 400meter adalah 4722, angka positif, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin penting suatu faktor, semakin signifikan hasilnya. Hipotesis ketiga diuji dengan menggunakan uji F, dan pengujian dijalankan pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan nilai sig 0,00 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga dapat dinyatakan ada pengaruh daya tahan kecepatan 300meter terhadap panjang tungkai pada hasil lari 400meter dan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara daya tahan kecepatan lari 300meter dengan hasil lari 400meter. Karena nilai sig 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka dinyatakan pernyataan “Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Daya Tahan Kecepatan, Panjang Tungkai, dan Hasil Lari 400meter pada Atlet Atletik Putra PASI Labuhan Batu Utara.
