Abstract

Pada era globalisasi ini, aksi penjiplakan lebih sering dan lebih mudah dilakukan, termasuk penjiplakan terhadap kode program. Pendeteksian manual terhadap aksi penjiplakan memakan banyak waktu maupun tenaga. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat membantu proses pendeteksian. Pendeteksian dapat dilakukan dengan mengelompokkan kode-kode program yang mirip berdasarkan struktur kode program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan algoritme K-Medoids pada 4 buah dataset kode program C dan menganalisis hasil pengelompokan yang diperoleh. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa clustering terbaik pada dataset 1 (Kondisi If-Else dan Pengulangan While) diperoleh pada k (jumlah cluster) 10 dengan rataan dissimilarity 2.655, dimana 18.9% tugas mahasiswa memiliki kelompok yang sama. Pada dataset 2 (Pengulangan While), clustering terbaik diperoleh pada k = 9 dengan rataan dissimilarity 2.227, dimana 32.6% tugas mahasiswa memiliki kelompok yang sama. Untuk dataset 3 (Pengulangan For Bersarang dan Kondisi If), tugas mahasiswa terbagi menjadi dua buah cluster dengan rataan dissimilarity 0.719, dimana 87% tugas mahasiswa berada pada cluster yang sama. Hasil clustering terbaik pada dataset 4 (Kondisi If-Else dan Pengulangan For) diperoleh pada k = 6 dengan rataan dissimilarity 3.199, dimana 61% tugas mahasiswa berada pada kelompok yang sama. Abstract

Acquisition Management of  Deposit Collection Information System in Indonesia National Library has been used for 3 years (since January 2012). During the usage, the Group of Acquisition, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Deposit Sub Directorate  found some obstacles include the unability of the system to detect double regist, a monotone display, too many menus and too many pages to get through before going to the desired page, the information resulted is not according to what needed, and the exsistance of backward analysis system which should be passed by a system when it has already been used. The data collection of this research used quessionaires which were spread among 17 system users that are the members Group of Acquisition, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Deposit Sub Directorate.  The data analysis used student statistic examination of one sample. The result of the study was the need of improvement about SIM of Deposit Collection Acquisition of Indonesia National Library related to the usability of the system to fulfill the usability elements, and the repairment recommendation belong to the categories of: Learnability, improvement of response for fasten of data searching by query optimization involving related tables of data required and indexing based on the tag ID and repair on the arranging and the use of features to be adjusted with the needs of users based on their user ID and position authority. Efficiency, improvement of response for fasten the response of data searching by query optimization involving related tables of data required and indexing based on the tag ID and addition to be able to copy and modify existing data and increase the ability of the system that the function keys in the keyboard  can be use in using the system. Easy to remember, the addition of the ability of the system that the keyboard function keys can be use in using the system. Error prevention, repair system's ability to identify errors and provide a message box or sign acclamation sign of error message containing an error message when the user made a mistake and adding dictionary menu associated with the terminology in the search box to avoid mistakes in typing. Abstract

Institutional repository is an essential part functioning as a storage for keeping the collection of publication digitally. Del Institute of Technology (ITD) has its own collection of institutional publication but it does not have institutional repository. Before developing the application, it is essential that a feasibility study be conducted in order to ensure the development of ITD's application will run well. Feasibility study is conducted through first phase of knowledge management system life cycle and the model is IPB institutional repository. Based on the analysis of the feasibility of the ITD infrastructure percentages obtained in building institutional repository is 51.96%. The percentage is derived from the percentage of the value of the following eligibility is infrastructure (21.44%), human resources (14.33%), Budget (0%), Rules / SOP / SK (3,40%) and Content (12.79%). Based on the results of the study referred to the several things that need to be addressed in the effort to develop the institutional repository ITD and refer to the model repository development in IPB is to provide the infrastructure that is software as a tool for transferring media content repository, making decree team, create a SOP for digital documents and the handover of the scientific work of the academic community ITD. Abstract

AbstractInformation is disseminated to society through the media. Altmetrics is a new study on measurement based on social media utilization in the process of analyzing and informing an article. Most of the studies that use Altmetrics as a measuring tool are studies on scientific publication. This study applied the Altmetrics approach to study the performance of the news website Bola.com. The purpose of this study is to perform an analysis based on Facebook data share to know the popularity of Bola.com website and analyze correlation between Altmetrics Facebook data and pageview of website Bola.com. This study calculated coverage of Facebook for news published on January – May 2016. The result shows that coverage analysis of Facebook in April increased compared toother months. The result also shows that the correlation between Altmetrics Facebook data and pageview is 0.5 that means moderatecorrelation. Most correlations analyzed are positive which means the relationship between content shared on Facebook has a positiverelationship with pageviews produced by Bola.com.Keywords: Altmetrics, Facebook, Social Media, Website Bola.com

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know the author's productivity pattern of article in the field of agriculture in Indonesia 2006-2015 using Lotka’s Law. The data of this research were taken from national journal accredited by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education which can be accessed from http://www.kopertis12.or.id. From 2006-2015, it is found that there are 2650 authors and 4141 articles on Agriculture. Assessment author’s participation was done by using ‘straight count’.The Lotka theoretical value use the formula of yx=C/xn.. C is a constant and n is exponent. Based on the calculation with Lotka’s law, it is found that C=0.80773 and n= 2.81500. The result shows that the percentage of the authors giving contribution to 1 article is 80.77%. Test of Kolmogorov-Smirnov results shows that the maximum deviation is 0.08396 with critical value (with α = 0.05) 0.02642, it shows that the maximum deviation is bigger than critical value. Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and concluded that the dataset does not follow Lotka’s law (there is a significant difference between the Lotka’s law theoretic distribution and the distribution of article author in the field of Agriculture). Keywords: Agriculture Science, Author Productivity, Bibliometrics, Lotka Law

Abstract

Hotspot is one of the indicators of forest and land fires which is usually checked in the field through an integrated patrol program by a team formed by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK). The findings from these patrol activities are usually reported through texts posted in the chat group media using the WhatsApp application. This method is, however, considered ineffective in presenting information queries from the patrol data. Therefore, this research aims to develop a mobile application to record data retrieved during forest and land fire patrols in the Sumatra region. The prototyping system development method was applied and this includes analyzing the needs of the user, designing and modeling the prototype, coding the system, testing the system, and system usage. Moreover, the Ionic 3 framework was employed in the system development through the application of the API from the back-end module. The application was integrated into the Google Maps Application Programming Interface (API) and the system was tested using the Blackbox method to show the features in the system function effectively.

Abstract

Land suitability evaluation has a vital role in land use planning aimed to increase food production effectiveness. Palm oil is a leading and strategic commodity for Indonesian people, which is predicted consumption will exceed production in the future. This study aims to evaluate palm oil land suitability using a spatial decision tree algorithm that is conventional decision tree modification for spatial data classification with adding spatial join relation. The spatial dataset consists of eight explanatory layers (soil nature and characteristics), and a target layer (palm oil land suitability) in Bogor District, Indonesia. This study produced three models, where the best model was obtained based on optimizing accuracy (98.18 %) and modeling time (1.291 seconds). The best model has 23 rules, soil texture as the root node, two variables (drainage and cation exchange capacity) are uninvolved, with land suitability visualization obtains percentage S2 (29.94 %), S3 (53.16 %), N (16.57 %), and water body (0.33 %).

Abstract

The Indonesian government launched a garlic self-sufficiency program by 2033 to reduce imports by monitoring garlic lands in several central garlic areas. Remote sensing using satellite imageries can assist the monitoring program by mapping the garlic lands. A previous study has classified Sentinel-1A satellite imageries to identify garlic lands in Sembalun Lombok Indonesia using the decision tree C5.0 algorithm with three scenarios data input and produced a model with an accuracy of 78.45% using scenarios with two attributes vertical-vertical (VV) and vertical-horizontal (VH) bands. Therefore, this study aims to improve the accuracy of the classification model from the previous study. This study applied two classification algorithms, decision tree C5.0 and convolutional neural network (CNN), with two new scenarios which used two new combinations of attributes). The results show that the use of new data scenarios as input for C5.0 can not increase the previous model's accuracy. While the use of the CNN algorithm shows that it can improve the previous study's accuracy by 7.91% because it produced a model with an accuracy of 86.36%. This study is expected to help garlic land identification in the Sembalun area to support government programs in monitoring garlic lands.

Abstract

PPI clustering is one of the computational methods to identify proteins that affect type 2 diabetes mellitus. One of the graph-based fuzzy clustering algorithms, namely fuzzy k-partite clustering was built to solve the problem of biological network data that has more than one function and is present in more than one cluster. which may have overlapping cluster members. A previous study analyzed the mechanism of herbal medicine using the fuzzy k-partite graph clustering method, it was found that there are three groups of proteins that have the same role in overcoming type 2 DM. in the form of backbone tissue (GO-protein). The stages in this research are type 2 DM protein data, search for significant MCL clustering proteins, mining of cellular components in the Uniprot web database, adjacency matrix construction, bipartite network formation with Fuzzy k-Partite Clustering and cluster analysis. This shows that the output of using the algorithm is a network that can provide information on biological processes in type 2 DM. If the weight of the relationship between clusters is high, it can be ascertained that the value of the degree of membership in the cluster is low and there are few cluster members. Conversely, if the weight of the relationship between clusters is low, the degree of cluster membership is high and there are many cluster members. In other words, the value of the degree of membership resulting from the application of this algorithm is inversely proportional to the value of the connectivity between clusters.

Abstract

Sentinel-1A imagery can be used for various purposes, such as surveys and agricultural land use mapping. For example, Sentinel-1A image can be used to carry out land processing and validate crop yields from horticultural crops such as garlic. However, the acquisition and download of Sentinel images are currently done manually with several stages, so it still needs to be more effective and efficient. Therefore, an alternative way to support the acquisition of sentinel data is necessary by optimizing the process of automating the download of Sentinel data. This study aims to build a front-end module to automate the downloading of web-based Sentinel image data using the Django Framework. The prototyping method is used to develop a front-end module for Sentinel image download automation. This method was chosen based on its advantages in getting feedback from each user from every iteration carried out so that improvements can be made quickly according to user needs. The result of this research is an automated system for downloading Sentinel-1A images that can download Sentinel image data via maps or by validating geoJson data entered by the user. The development of this system is carried out in two iterations. All functions in the developed module were successfully performed in black box testing without showing any errors.
