Abstract

Kasus positif COVID-19 di Indonesia pertama kali dideteksi pada tanggal 2 Maret 2020, ketika dua orang terkonfirmasi tertular dari seorang warga negara Jepang. Pada tanggal 9 April, pandemi sudah menyebar ke 34 provinsi dengan DKI Jakarta, Jawa Barat dan Jawa Tengah sebagai provinsi paling terpapar virus corona di Indonesia. Sampai tanggal 23 Januari 2021, Indonesia telah melaporkan 977.474 kasus positif menempati peringkat pertama terbanyak di Asia Tenggara. Selama masa pandemi ini, Kemendikbud menerapkan belajar dari rumah, di akhir Maret 2020. Pembelajaran daring, serta merta menyadarkan kita akan potensi luar biasa internet yang belum dimanfaatkan sepenuhnya dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk bidang pendidikan. Tanpa batas ruang dan waktu, kegiatan pendidikan bisa dilakukan kapanpun dan dimanapun. Terlebih lagi, di era dimana belum ada kepastian kapan pandemi ini akan berakhir, sehingga pembelajaran daring adalah kebutuhan mutlak yang harus dipenuhi oleh seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. Namun, dibalik setiap sisi positif suatu hal, pastilah tersimpan sisi negatif, atau setidaknya kemungkinan buruk yang bisa saja terjadi. Oleh karena itu, Orang tua perlu diberikan pelatihan mengenai bagaimana cara orang tua ikut berpartisipasi dalam pendidikan karakter siswa usia SD, supaya bisa mendidik siswa menjadi generasi muda yang pintar dan memiliki karakter yang kuat. Dalam rangka memberi pelatihan bagi orang tua untuk mempersiapkan mereka dalam menghadapi sekolah daring di era new normal, maka Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Unika Atma Jaya bekerja sama dengan SD Katolik Nusa Melati Jakarta Timur untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi orang tua siswa SD.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, and security on an intention to use through the consumer attitude towards digital wallet users. This is due to the many developments in payment instruments using digital wallets. The research object is digital wallet users. The data taken were 160 respondents. Retrieval of data using purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is used because the respondents taken have already used digital wallets in their payments. The indicators and variables studied were tested for validity and reliability. The validity test used confirmatory factor analysis by looking at the factor loading value. For reliability, composite reliability (CR) and average extracted variance (AVE) are used. To test the hypothesis, structural equation modeling (SEM) is used. The hypothesis testing results indicate that the variable perceived usefulness and security do not directly influence intention to use. The perceived convenience variable does not have a direct or indirect effect on the intention to use. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness and security variables indirectly affect the intention to use through consumer attitude.

Abstract

Train users in Indonesia began to increase, it can be seen from the data of passengers as a whole increased from year to year. These improvements must be supported with the customer perceived value, because it will affect of rail users. Long distance train in Indonesia distinguished its kind, namely the executive, business and economics. In this study, it more emphasis on the train executives, especially in Java. Issues examined here is whether the customer perceived value have an influence on satisfaction and commitment resulting in loyalty. This affects the sustainability of a rail business, because the level of competition arise among existing transportation, whether by air, land or sea. Sampling was done by simple random sampling, the number of respondents was 323. The instrument was tested with reliability and validity. The data used to answer the problem by using structural equation modeling with six hypotheses were tested. The results indicate that the hypothesis occurs between the customer perceived value influence consumer satisfaction and commitment. The effect between satisfaction and commitment to loyalty shows that satisfaction has no effect on loyalty, commitment while consumers have an influence on loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine service quality, location, and personal characteristic toward behavioral intentions of premium bus fare transportation. Therefore, this research emphasizes consumer behavior in the use of public transportation, especially premium ones. This study uses 217 data, which aredone by validity and reliability tests, and the hyphotheses are analyzed by usingstructural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that service quality and location have an influence on behavioral intentions, while personal characteristics do not have an influence on behavioral intentions. The implication of this research is to pay attention to premium bus transportation providers in the selection of locations.

Abstract

The growth of digital wallets increases the convenience of consumers in making transactions. The convenience that consumers feel in using digital wallets further increases their consumption. Companies influence the age group, such as millennials, with high potential in using digital wallets. The research emphasized the consumer behavior of millennials in using digital wallets. The study aimed to examine the variables that affected digital wallet users in terms of perceived usefulness, perceived risk, customer attitude, customer satisfaction, and continuance intention to use. The questionnaire was distributed using the G-form using the determination of respondents by purposive sampling. The number of respondents was 276. The measurement of reliability and validity used loadings values, Cronbach’s alpha, Composite Reliability (CR), Average Variance Extracted (AVE), and discriminant validity. In measuring the fit model, the Standardized Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR) value was used. Then, the research used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) to test the hypothesis. The results show that perceived usefulness affects customer attitudes toward using digital wallets. Meanwhile, perceived risk has no effect on customer attitudes. Customer attitude impacts customer satisfaction and continuance intention to use digital wallet users directly and indirectly. Moreover, millennials strengthen the influence of customer attitude on continuance intention to use. The effect is negative, meaning that if the age of the millennials increases, it will cause a decreased attitude change towards continuance intention to use digital wallets.

Abstract

Komunikasi dibutuhkan dalam organisasi. Baik komunikasi internal maupun eksternal. Perusahaan perlu mengelola komunikasi dengan baik supaya tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Gugah Nurani Indonesia merupakan organisasi nir laba. Dimana organisasi tersebut dalam pendanaan tergantung dari donator. Oleh karena itu mereka perlu menjalin Kerjasama yang baik dengan stakeholders. Baik para donator maupun masyarakat binaannya. Tujuannya komunikasi yang terjalin dapat mendukung kegiatan organisasi. Ada system yang jelas dalam komunikasi.

Abstract

The research aimed to examine the effect of Jesus’ communication, attitude, and action on the perception and normative behavior of Catholics. The level of interpretation and observance of the Canon Law by Catholic believers was relatively low. The Bible told about Jesus conveying His teaching by putting it down into communication, His way of having an attitude, and His example in taking action. The research was based on the cognitive-affective-conative model. Cognitive referred to knowledge or information conveyed commonly in communication, affective was related to emotion or feeling manifested in attitude, and conative was about doing or action. Normative behavior was the way people behave, taking the basis of their understanding and feeling in accordance with the Canon Law. The novelty of research on the application of the concept of consumer behavior in the life of the Church was based on the teachings of Jesus. Data collection was carried out by non-probability with purposive sampling. The questionnaires were distributed using G-form via WhatsApp, and 297 respondents participated. The data were then processed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Smart PLS 3.0 application to test the reliability, validity, and hypotheses. The results of the hypothesis test show that all are rejected. The variables of communication, attitude, action, believer’s perception, and normative behavior on the object of religion show that the theory of behavior on these variables does not support previous research.

Abstract

Saat ini, lingkungan yang bergejolak dan tidak pasti dalam masyarakat, infrastruktur, sosial budaya, teknologi, dan lainnya akan berdampak pada persyaratan sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan. Kondisi ini tentunya memiliki pengaruh pada peningkatan kualitas pelajar yang merupakan calon tenaga kerja yang akan berkompetisi bukan hanya dengan tenaga kerja di Indonesia tetapi juga tenaga kerja internasional. Para  pelajar sekolah tingkat menengah atas  tidak hanya membutuhkan kompetensi akademik tetapi juga membutuhkan kompetensi non-akademik yang biasa disebut dengan soft skill. Salah satu soft skill yang dibutuhkan sekarang ini adalah kemampuan untuk berpikir kreatif. Kemampuan berpikir kreatif adalah keahlian untuk berpikir kreatif  sehingga bisa menghasilkan karya yang unik yang menunjukkan perbedaan dengan hasil karya yang diciptakan orang lain. Kemampuan berpikir kreatif merupakan salah satu elemen penting dimiliki terutama oleh para pekerja yang berhubungan dengan orang lain. Kemampuan berpikir kreatif juga dibutuhkan terutama di dalam dunia pekerjaan maupun saat menempuh pendidikan. Salah satu visi dari Bulir Padi Foundarion adalah menyiapkan anak bina untuk menjadi pekerja yang kompeten. Oleh karena itu, Bulir Padi Foundarion menggandeng Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya untuk mengadakan pelatihan Cara Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif  bagi Anak Bina Bulir Padi Foundation.

Abstract

Nilai filosofis dalam suatu organisasi adalah sangat penting. Hal ini akan memberikan arah dan menentukan organisasi dalam mengejar perbaikan dan perkembangannya. Pada kenyataannya, sumber daya manusia yang terlibat tidak selalu mengerti nilai-nilai itu dengan baik. Karena itu, adalah keharusan mengajarkan nilai terutama kepada sumber daya manusia organisasi. Yayasan Mardi Yuana menjadikan pengajaran nilai itu sebagai perhatiannya. Pendirinya, Mgr. Geise, telah meletakkan nilai-nilai yang mendasar bagi organisasinya. Untuk mengajarkan nilai itu kepada setiap orang yang terlibat, khususnya para guru, kegiatan atau pelatihan organisasi dilakukan. Tujuannya adalah perubahan perspektif yang cocok dengan pemikiran dan angan-angan pendiri. Pada gilirannya, para guru akan memberikan pembelajaran yang paling baik untuk para murid, yang termasuk generasi-Z. Hal ini sekaligus merupakan sumbangan kepada pemerintah yang mengajar para murid mengenai hidup bernegara.  Profesionalisme pendidik terjadi di sini dalam pembelajaran yang membuat murid-murid merdeka, bertanggungjawab, dan mencintai dalam kebenaran. Dengan demikian, karakteristik Yayasan mardi Yuana tapak demi tapak dipancarkan dalam keorganisasian
