Abstract

Umumnya orang beriman percaya bahwa dalam diri setiap orang ada kehendak atau niat untuk melakukan sesuatu yang bermanfaat bagi yang lain. Kehendak atau niat itu nyata dalam kesediaannya melayani. Dalam konteks gerejawi, hal itu dapat terjadi dalam Paroki, yakni komunitas gerejawi yang merupakan bagian dari Keuskupan. Dua macam persyaratan normatif dan manusiawi harus dipenuhi dalam paroki itu: organisasi atau koordinasi pelakunya dan kecakapan tiap individunya. Yang pertama dipenuhi dengan pembentukan Dewan Pastoral Paroki (DPP) dan Dewan Keuangan Paroki (DKP). Yang kedua dijawab dengan pemberian pengetahuan, peningkatan keterampilan, dan pembentukan sikap yang memadai. Untuk itu, dilakukan pembekalan. Tujuannya tidak hanya menjawab keadaan dan kebutuhan umat beriman, tetapi juga memampukan mereka melakukan tugas dengan sebaik-baiknya dalam pelayanan gerejawi. Peserta pembekalan sebanyak 62 orang. Kepada peserta diberikan kuesioner untuk melihat pemahaman mereka terhadap tugas pelayanan. Kuesioner diberikan sebelum dan sesudah pembekalan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pembekalan itu. Hasil pembekalan menunjukkan adanya perubahan positif dalam sikap terhadap tugas pelayanan yang mereka jalankan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and e-service quality on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction and trust in telemedicine applications. The research utilized a quantitative approach with data collected through online questionnaires distributed to patients in Jakarta who have used telemedicine services. The sample consisted of 202 respondents, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SMART PLS. The results reveal that both brand image and e-service quality significantly impact patient satisfaction, which in turn influences patient trust and loyalty. Additionally, the study confirms that patient trust mediates the relationship between patient satisfaction and loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality and maintaining a positive brand image to enhance patient loyalty in telemedicine platforms. The study suggests that healthcare organizations should focus on optimizing e-service quality, strengthening brand reputation, and ensuring patient satisfaction to foster long-term loyalty in the growing telemedicine sector

Abstract

The research looked at the effect of service quality and opportunism on patient loyalty mediated by trust. Sampling was done by probability sampling. The number of samples drawn is 443 from 2 hospitals in Jakarta and Karawaci, Indonesia. The results show that service quality influences customer loyalty directly and indirectly through mediating customer trust, while opportunism either directly or indirectly mediated customer trust does not affect customer loyalty. The study contributed to the theory by confirming a shorter path of service quality – trust – loyalty in healthcare service.

Abstract

Food is a must for human being. It is analog with the Eucharist for the Catholics. Based on the belief, therefore, this research is intended to see the attitude of the people and the teachings obtained in the celebration of Eucharist in shaping individual behavior. There are two characteristics of attitudes, positive and negative. The positives encourage the faithful to have fuller awareness and more active participation in the celebration. The negatives create in the heart and mind of them a kind of reluctance and compulsion in having it. To support the results of this research, it was conducted with qualitative and quantitative methods respectively. The first was done by focus group discussion (FGD) and the second by 222 respondents giving their answers to the questionnaire online. Smart-PLS tools were used as research instruments and to address the problems studied. There are seven hypotheses formed by the problems and the results accepted are only one: a positive attitude towards the Eucharist influences individual behavior in the Eucharist.  The attitude encourages the Catholics to get more involved in the celebration. This research contributes to the formation of the Catholics in having the celebration of the Eucharist in Catholic Church.

Abstract

Hydroponics can be an additional learning tool for the community to achieve sustainable development goals. With the community service activities for the residents of Kampung Tempe Ciomas carried out by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Biotechnology and Faculty of Economics and Business together with students, residents can gain additional knowledge and skills in planting hydroponically, where the harvest can then be used for consumption or as a production result with profitable aspect. The training was carried out offline, including the theory and practice of hydroponic techniques which are expected to maximize the use of existing hydroponic facilities. The monitoring results were carried out after planting for 45 days using lettuce and bok choy plants with parameters of plant height, number of leaves, root length, and wet weight of the plant. From the harvested results, Group 2 obtained the highest wet weight for lettuce at 141.14 grams, while Group 3 obtained the highest wet weight for bok choy at 143 grams. The evaluation and questionnaire for the activity were conducted using Microsoft Forms. The evaluation showed positive results in assessing the residents knowledge and understanding of hydroponic practices, the quality of tools and materials, as well as their interest in continuing hydroponic practices. Overall, the workshop activities can be considered to have gone quite well and adequately.

Abstract

Environmental pollution that is happening is increasingly creating awareness on the consumer side. One of the causes of environmental pollution is the use of plastic bags. The use of plastic bags that are not environmentally friendly causes environmental damage. Therefore, it is necessary to change the use of inorganic plastic bags into environmentally friendly shopping bags. Changes in the use of environmentally friendly shopping bags can reduce the impact of environmental pollution. The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in green buying behavior in using eco-friendly shopping bags. Sampling used was purposive sampling and data collection using the G-form via Line and WhatsApp. The number of respondents who were taken was as many as 190 people. Hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS software. The results of the study show that environmental concerns, perceived prices, and green products have an influence on green buying behavior. Meanwhile, perceived environmental responsibility has no influence on green buying behavior. The gender variable cannot moderate environmental concerns, perceived prices, green products, and perceived environmental responsibility towards green buying behavior. The results of this study indicate that environmental concern causes consumer buying behavior to change to products that are environmentally friendly. That the price perception for environmentally friendly products is felt by consumers accordingly so that their behavior changes to environmentally friendly products. Nevertheless, the variable perceived environmental responsibility cannot change consumer buying behavior. Changes in green buying behavior are not distinguished by gender. Companies engaged in the field of eco-friendly shopping bags have opportunities due to consumer awareness of using environmentally friendly shopping bags.

Abstract

Mass clothing production and human consumerism cause environmental degradation due to industrial waste. As environmental degradation increases, humans realize and consider minimizing their consumption. This research examines the impact of environmental concern, green products, and green innovation on green purchase intention through green product knowledge in purchasing environmentally friendly clothing products. There were 366 samples used in the study spread across the Jabodetabek area using non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. The findings show that environmental concern, green products, and green innovation significantly affect green purchase intention. In addition, the indirect effect of green products and green innovation also affects green purchase intention through the mediating role of green product knowledge. The connection between green marketing and green innovation on green purchasing intention is mediated by green product knowledge. These results indicate that in addition to green product knowledge, green buying intention is directly impacted by several different factors, including green products and green innovation. This research offers an understanding for marketers to increase green purchase intention by optimizing green product knowledge and green innovation. The study's managerial implications imply that eco-friendly clothing companies must increase consumer environmental awareness through effective green marketing campaigns and sustainable product innovation. In addition, increasing consumer knowledge of eco-friendly products can strengthen their purchase intention towards these products.

Abstract

Koperasi juga hingga saat ini terus berkembang dan menjadi andalan masyarakat untuk memutar roda perekonomian. Hal ini tercermin dari data Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM (Kemenkop UKM) tahun 2020 yang mengalami kenaikan jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019. Pada tahun 2019, jumlah koperasi aktif sebanyak 123.048 unit dengan volume usaha Rp154 triliun dan jumlah anggota sekitar 22 juta orang. Sedangkan pada Desember 2020, jumlah koperasi aktif sebanyak 127.124 unit dengan volume usaha Rp174 triliun dan jumlah anggota sekitar 25 juta orang. Namun demikian, koperasi pada masa pandemi ini juga mengalami berbagai kendala untuk menjalankan usahanya. Sebagian besar koperasi mengalami pengembalian pinjaman yang terganggu, omzet menurun, penarikan simpanan, penundaan Rapat Anggota Tahunan, dan kendala lainnya. Pengembangan koperasi pun memiliki tantangan sendiri, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya penguatan peran koperasi. Terkait dengan pengelolaan manajemen kelembagaan, peningkatan kapasitas SDM koperasi, penggunaan teknologi dan sistem informasi baik dalam manajemen koperasi maupun dalam menjalankan usahanya, perlu dilakukan pembinaan dan pendampingan serta kemitraan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi adalah melalui modernisasi koperasi. Demikian juga pengurus koperasi perlu mendapat pelatihan mengenai manajemen koperasi yang baik. Mereka harus mengenali bagaimana melakukan proses pemasaran yang baik. Berkaitan dengan hal diatas, Yayasan Gugah Nurani  Indoensai dapat bekerjasama dengan Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya dalam meningkatkan kinerja koperasi dan kelompok usaha di wilayah dampingan Batavia CDP.

Abstract

Komunikasi dibutuhkan dalam organisasi. Baik komunikasi internal maupun eksternal. Perusahaan perlu mengelola komunikasi dengan baik supaya tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Gugah Nurani Indonesia merupakan organisasi nir laba. Dimana organisasi tersebut dalam pendanaan tergantung dari donator. Oleh karena itu mereka perlu menjalin Kerjasama yang baik dengan stakeholders. Baik para donator maupun masyarakat binaannya. Tujuannya komunikasi yang terjalin dapat mendukung kegiatan organisasi. Ada system yang jelas dalam komunikasi.

Abstract

Perkawinan sebaiknya tidak dapat diceraikan. Karena itu setiap rumah tangga harus mempertimbangkan perkawinan mereka dengan hati-hati. Gereja selalu mendukung kebaikan perkawinan melalui seksi keluarga. Tujuannya adalah membantu keluarga-keluarga mengupayakan status kehidupan mereka dipelihara dalam semangat dan dikembangkan ke arah kesempurnaan. Komunikasi merupakan salah satu yang perlu diperhatikan dalam keutuhan rumah tangga. Dalam kehidupan rumah tangga perlu adanya pendampingan sehingga dapat memperkuat kehidupan mereka. Karena itu dibutuhkan seksi keluarga. Seksi itu terdiri dari orang-orang Awam yang dengan senang hati melibatkan diri dalam pelayanan bagi keluarga-keluarga. Untuk memungkinkan mereka memenuhi tugasnya dengan tepat, Dekanat Utara (beberapa paroki yang secara koordinatif disatukan) mengadakan pembinaan tahap demi tahap bagi calon atau anggota baru. Kepada mereka dilakukan asesmen mengenai pemahaman mereka mengenai perkawinan untuk menentukan kelayakan mereka untuk pelayanan.  Kenyataan bahwa usia perkawinan mereka antara 7 sampai 48 tahun menunjukkan bahwa mereka memenuhi syarat untuk pelayanan tersebut. Kebanyakan dari mereka memahami perkawinan dan dengan sukarela ingin bergabung dalam seksi itu.  Hanya dua patisipan yang tidak menyukai seksi ini.
