Abstract

Service quality an important crucial role in marketing strategies that online shopping app companies can implement by providing the best facilities for their users to foster trust and satisfaction, leading to consumer loyalty. This study aimed to determine the greatest influence on customer loyalty. This quantitative study employed a purposive sampling technique, distributed through questionnaires to 170 online shopping app users aged 17–65 years in the Greater Jakarta area. Primary data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that service quality does not impact customer loyalty. Service quality impacts customer satisfaction and trust, while trust impacts customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction impacts customer loyalty. Trust has the greatest direct influence on customer satisfaction. This study contributes to online shopping app companies in maintaining and improving service quality, which can be seen from several factors formed from each consumer complaint in an optimal and measurable manner. For further research, the researcher suggests expanding the research area and seeking objects in other fields.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi imperatif strategis bagi organisasi untuk bertahan dan berkembang dalam era disruptif yang ditandai dengan perubahan cepat dan persaingan intens. Meskipun banyak organisasi mengadopsi teknologi digital, integrasi yang efektif antara teknologi, sumber daya manusia, budaya organisasi, dan kepemimpinan dalam satu kerangka strategi komprehensif masih menjadi tantangan signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis elemen-elemen kunci dalam strategi transformasi digital serta merumuskan rekomendasi strategi implementatif untuk penguatan manajemen organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan di Universitas Esa Unggul dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik dengan fokus pada aspek teknologi, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan proses bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi transformasi digital yang efektif berlandaskan pada tiga pilar utama: (1) alignment teknologi dengan visi strategis organisasi dengan bobot prioritas tertinggi, (2) pengembangan kompetensi digital SDM melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan (3) transformasi budaya organisasi menuju digital mindset yang adaptif. Pemanfaatan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan, analisis data, dan otomasi terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional hingga 40% dan mempercepat pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kesuksesan transformasi digital memerlukan kepemimpinan transformasional, manajemen perubahan yang terstruktur, dan investasi berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan kapabilitas digital. Implikasi praktis penelitian mencakup roadmap transformasi digital bertahap, framework evaluasi digital maturity, dan strategi change management untuk mengatasi resistensi organisasi, yang dapat diadaptasi oleh organisasi lain dalam konteks serupa.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Satuan Pendidikan Wilayah Kecamatan Cilodong. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada pegawai satuan Pendidikan Wilayah Kecamatan Cilodong dengan jumlah 100 responden yang digunakan. Responden penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert 4 poin untuk mengukur 32 indikator. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, kemudian Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and work environment on employee performance in educational units in the Cilodong District area. The dependent variable consists of employee performance. This research was conducted on employees of the Cilodong District Education Unit with a total of 100 respondents used. Research respondents were determined using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 4-point Likert scale to measure 32 indicators. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research prove that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has no effect on Employee Performance, then Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Environment together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Abstract

Communication is a process by which a person or group, organization, and society create, and use information to connect with the environment and people other. Management is often also defined as the art of carrying out a jobthrough other people. Therefore communication management is a combination of communication concepts and management applied in various communication activities with the aim tomake the implementation of the communication run effectively, so that the message or the expected result from the withdrawal of the information was as expected. Communication Management consists of two words, namely Management and communication. In the process of implementing managementnwork through its functions, namely planning, organizing, controlling and lead various efforts in achieving goals. Communication management was born because of the demand to bridge between communication theorists and communication practitioners. The role of communication in education management is communication as a source of educational information, communication as controller and coordination, communication as planning and achieving goals, and communication as an effort to increase motivation.

Abstract

Kompensasi diartikan sebagai sesuatu yang diterima para karyawan sebagai balas jasa untuk kerja mereka. Disiplin kerja dijelaskan sebagai suatu kesadaran dan kesediaan seseorang mentaati semua peraturan yang ada dan norma-norma sosial yang berlaku. Motivasi sebagai proses yang menjelaskan intensitas, arah, dan ketekunan individu dalam upaya mencapai tujuan. Produktivitas kerja adalah suatu perbandingan kualitas dan juga kuantitas dari pekerja dalam suatu waktu tertentu agar bisa mencapai hasil ataupun prestasi kerja yang efisien dan efektif sesuai dengan sumber daya yang digunakannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 variabel dan memiliki tujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktifitas karyawan dari PT Blue Bird. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 134 responden. Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menggunakan  36 pertanyaan yang berbentuk pernyataan didalam kuisioner dengan skala likert 5 point. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Perusahaan PT Blue Bird Group. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif secara bersama sama terhadap produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of discussing the implementation of organic waste management policies in South Tangerang is to see the implementation of waste disposal policies managed by the Environmental Service successfully become something that is beneficial to society and the state. The empirical condition of the waste problem is a social phenomenon that until now has not been able to be resolved completely by the Indonesian Government. The population is increasing day by day. The increasing population of people in urban areas makes settlements in each area become dense, so that the availability of land / settlements to fulfill people's residences is decreasing. Waste problems are still in the spotlight and almost all Tangerang Selatan cities experience problems in waste management. Especially in urban areas, managing urban waste can be said to be fairly difficult and has many challenges in its management. The larger the area of an urban area, the more waste will be generated so that management is more difficult.  Waste management policies, especially food waste, can provide legal certainty in planning and utilization for the government, entrepreneurs, waste pickers, waste banks, communities, and the public. Policies in the form of programs to increase the role of the community by using the 3 R concept (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) are needed. Innovations continue to be developed where the main focus is to reduce waste and turn waste into renewable energy. Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2018 concerning the acceleration of the construction of waste processing installations into electrical energy based on environmentally friendly technology. a. that in order to increase the resilience of cities in maintaining public health and environmental quality, and to make waste a resource as mandated in Article 4 of Law Number 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management, as well as to significantly reduce the volume of waste for the sake of cleanliness and beauty of the city, it is deemed necessary to accelerate the construction of Waste Processing installations into Electrical Energy Based on Environmentally Friendly Technology in certain provinces and districts / cities; b. that based on the considerations referred to in letter a, it is necessary to establish a presidential regulation concerning the Acceleration of the Construction of Waste Processing Installations into Electrical Energy Based on Environmentally Friendly technology.

Abstract

Disasters are the result of extraordinary events (hazards) occurring in vulnerable communities at a time when the community is unable to cope with the various implications of these extraordinary events. This study aims to determine public policy and management regarding earthquakes. The research method used is a qualitative one. Data collection was carried out using a literature review related to policies and public handling related to the earthquake disaster. The results of this study state that it is necessary to map earthquake-prone areas, which should be carried out by research institutions. Central and regional government policies as well as to increase public awareness of disaster threats. There is a need for rules regarding zoning and building construction, both for office housing and public facilities, with earthquake-resistant construction so as to minimize casualties. These rules must be followed by the following inspections before and during the construction of the building: For people who can't afford it, volunteers are provided to help provide input in building earthquake-resistant buildings. This second approach is often called structural mitigation because it places more emphasis on strengthening the entire physical structure. The third to fifth approaches are usually called non-structural mitigation. So that with the existence of policies and public management, it is hoped that they can provide solutions and countermeasures in handling earthquake disasters.

Abstract

Public Financial Management a set of laws, rules, and standards is an important part of regulating the systems and processes used by each sovereign state and local government, to mobilize revenue, allocate public funds, conduct public spending, and budget audits. The purpose of public financial management itself is to increase efficiency and transparency in the use of public resources and eliminate the inefficiency of public resources. The regulatory framework for Public Financial Management can carry out analytical and critical practices in helping to facilitate services efficiently and effectively. This article uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe or analyze a research result but is not used to make a broader conclusion. Analysis and Discussion The Government of Indonesia is aware that there are regulations governing budgeting, although some of them do not understand and study these documents comprehensively. The regulatory framework governing fund management influences service delivery. In conclusion, the regulatory framework explains how public budgets are used to provide better services. The regulation is designed to help to reduce budget waste and prevent corruption.

Abstract

The North Sumatra Provincial Liaison Agency plays a strategic role in facilitating communication between the provincial government and the North Sumatran diaspora, particularly those residing in Jakarta. Despite recent improvements in facilities and infrastructure, challenges remain in service delivery—especially in terms of accessibility for people with disabilities and the limited accommodation capacity of the Provincial Government Mess. This study aims to evaluate the quality of public services at the Liaison Agency and identify gaps between community expectations and the services provided. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants and community satisfaction surveys. The findings reveal that although some service standards have been met, there is still a significant disparity between public expectations and actual service performance. Contributing factors include underdeveloped infrastructure, insufficient digitization of services, and limited dissemination of public policies. The research highlights the urgent need for inclusive infrastructure improvements, the adoption of digital-based service models, and enhanced human resource capacity. The implications suggest that by implementing innovative and inclusive public service strategies, the North Sumatra Provincial Liaison Agency can significantly improve citizen satisfaction and strengthen its role as a bridge between the provincial government and the community.

Abstract

When extraordinary events (hazards) occur in communities that are already at risk, people are unable to handle the consequences, which leads to disasters. The acknowledgement that a disaster poses a threat to the public is known as policy. Policymakers must establish a priority scale that takes resource scarcity into thought when designating a disaster as a public hazard. The presence of management and public policy can offer remedies and approaches to coping with calamities. his research aims to explore the strategic policies and management practices for earthquake disaster risk reduction in Indonesia. The study employs a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, focusing on literature review and analysis of existing disaster management policies. The findings reveal that disaster management in Indonesia has evolved, with increasing emphasis on community resilience and legal responsibilities. The government has developed several disaster management models, including the Disaster Management Continuum Model and the Pre-During-Post Disaster Model, to address various stages of disaster response. Moreover, earthquake mitigation strategies such as earthquake-resistant building standards and community-based organizations are critical for reducing the impact of earthquakes. The study concludes that strategic policies and efficient public management, including resource allocation and clear institutional frameworks, are vital for addressing earthquake risks. Future policies should focus on improving the preparedness and response capabilities of both central and regional governments, ensuring a coordinated effort to mitigate the devastating effects of earthquakes.
