Abstract

Kompensasi diartikan sebagai sesuatu yang diterima para karyawan sebagai balas jasa untuk kerja mereka. Disiplin kerja dijelaskan sebagai suatu kesadaran dan kesediaan seseorang mentaati semua peraturan yang ada dan norma-norma sosial yang berlaku. Motivasi sebagai proses yang menjelaskan intensitas, arah, dan ketekunan individu dalam upaya mencapai tujuan. Produktivitas kerja adalah suatu perbandingan kualitas dan juga kuantitas dari pekerja dalam suatu waktu tertentu agar bisa mencapai hasil ataupun prestasi kerja yang efisien dan efektif sesuai dengan sumber daya yang digunakannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 variabel dan memiliki tujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktifitas karyawan dari PT Blue Bird. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 134 responden. Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menggunakan  36 pertanyaan yang berbentuk pernyataan didalam kuisioner dengan skala likert 5 point. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Perusahaan PT Blue Bird Group. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif secara bersama sama terhadap produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital age, mobile wallet apps have become an integral part of everyday life. This kind of application provides an efficient and secure way to conduct financial transactions via mobile devices. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between Social Influence, Perceived Usefulness on individual interest in using the Flip mobile wallet application which is mediated by Attitude Towards (attitude role) then to determine the most dominant variable in influencing interest, namely the use of the Flip mobile wallet application. The sample in this study amounted to 145 respondents using data collection techniques using purposive sampling. The data is then processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with SmartPLS software. based on the test results it is known that Social Influence has no effect on Attitude Towards while Perceived Usefulness has a positive effect, then Social Influence has no effect on Interest in Using while Perceived Usefulness has a positive effect. Attitude Towards has no effect on Interest in Using. Furthermore, the mediating role of Attitude Towards cannot have an effect in mediating Social Influence on Interest in Using and Perceived Usefulness on Interest in Using.

Abstract

In the era of progress in the field of knowledge and technology, industries in the world are experiencing developments. One of them is in the beauty industry. Currently skincare is so popular that it makes the beauty industry grow very rapidly. Skincare is one of the treatments carried out by teenagers to adults to maintain their appearance. With this phenomenon, there is industrial competition that spurs companies to mutually improve product quality, as well as the quality of their companies. The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of lifestyle, product quality, brand ambassadors on purchase decisions simultaneously or partially, then identify the dominant variables in influencing purchase decisions. The sample in this study amounted to 200 respondents with a minimum sample 150 respondents. Data collection technique using purposive sampling. Then the data is processed using multiple linear regression method using SPSS. Based on the test results, it is known that lifestyle, brand ambassador, product quality variables simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on purchase decisions. The product quality variable has a positive but not dominant effect on purchase decisions. Furthermore, the results show that the Lifestyle variable is the most dominant variable in influencing purchase decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini ialah guna menilai dampak dari motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan kepada kinerja karyawan. Variabel independen meliputi motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan. Variabel dependen meliputi evaluasi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang bekerja di sektor distribusi produk kecantikan di Jakarta Barat. Pemilihan partisipan penelitian dilakukan dengan memakai metode purposive sampling. Metode mengumpulkan data ditempuh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan informasi, dengan menggunakan skala Likert 4 poin sebagai alat ukur untuk menilai 28 faktor yang berbeda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam studi ini memakai analisa regresi linier berganda. Temuan dari studi ini menggambarkan motivasi kerja memiliki dampak positif kuat secara statistik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Demikian pula, disiplin kerja juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lebih lanjut, ketika mempertimbangkan efek gabungan dari motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan, terlihat bahwa faktor-faktor ini secara kolektif memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The development of the trading industry in the online or e-commerce world which is increasingly rapid and increasingly dynamic encourages economic growth and provides direct and indirect benefits to trading activities. One of the current trading strategies is content marketing with influencers. This study aims to determine the contribution of influencers in the fashion sector in the purchase intention of Tiktok Shop consumers. Data collection was carried out using the method of collecting information through a survey with a questionnaire distributed via social media. The population in this study are users who have used and shopped at the Tiktok Shop application in the Jabodetabek area. Questionnaires collected as many as 170 respondents, the data is then processed by means of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of expertise influencer and positive attractiveness influence on purchase intention, while trustworthy is not affected by Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Disasters are the result of extraordinary events (hazards) occurring in vulnerable communities at a time when the community is unable to cope with the various implications of these extraordinary events. This study aims to determine public policy and management regarding earthquakes. The research method used is a qualitative one. Data collection was carried out using a literature review related to policies and public handling related to the earthquake disaster. The results of this study state that it is necessary to map earthquake-prone areas, which should be carried out by research institutions. Central and regional government policies as well as to increase public awareness of disaster threats. There is a need for rules regarding zoning and building construction, both for office housing and public facilities, with earthquake-resistant construction so as to minimize casualties. These rules must be followed by the following inspections before and during the construction of the building: For people who can't afford it, volunteers are provided to help provide input in building earthquake-resistant buildings. This second approach is often called structural mitigation because it places more emphasis on strengthening the entire physical structure. The third to fifth approaches are usually called non-structural mitigation. So that with the existence of policies and public management, it is hoped that they can provide solutions and countermeasures in handling earthquake disasters.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Hybrid Learning Policy at Horizon Education Karawang. The Hybrid Learning Policy is implemented based on a Joint Decree (SKB) of Four Ministers, namely the Minister of Education and Culture, Minister of Religion, Minister of Health and Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in 2021. The SKB stipulates that the implementation of teaching and learning activities in the new normal era is carried out with a limited learning mode that combining offline and online or hybrid learning that follows health protocols. But in reality, it turns out that Horizon Education Karawang, which is a type of middle low campus, is still unable to implement the SKB, as evidenced by the implementation of Hybrid Learning in just 28 courses. Researchers use a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation studies. Informants selected in this study are those who truly understand and can provide information related to Hybrid Learning at Horizon Education Karawang, West Java. From the results of research in the field it turns out that the facility factor is an obstacle to the implementation of Hybrid Learning.

Abstract

Evaluation of the BOS Fund policy is a central government policy, in this case the Ministry of Education and Culture, where the BOS Fund is allocated to help economically disadvantaged communities, in this case students from schools. The aim of this research is to find out the evaluation of the implementation of School Assistance Funds (BOS) within the Region II Education Sub-Department of West Jakarta Administrative City. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this research are: First, in terms of transparency and accountability, the West Jakarta Sub-dept. succeeded in building a clear and easily accessible system for managing BOS funds. In terms of stakeholder participation and involvement, the West Jakarta Sub-department succeeded in involving related parties, such as school committees, teachers, parents and the local community. In reporting the use of funds, the West Jakarta Sub-department shows superior performance by compiling regular reports in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Satuan Pendidikan Wilayah Kecamatan Cilodong. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada pegawai satuan Pendidikan Wilayah Kecamatan Cilodong dengan jumlah 100 responden yang digunakan. Responden penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert 4 poin untuk mengukur 32 indikator. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, kemudian Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and work environment on employee performance in educational units in the Cilodong District area. The dependent variable consists of employee performance. This research was conducted on employees of the Cilodong District Education Unit with a total of 100 respondents used. Research respondents were determined using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 4-point Likert scale to measure 32 indicators. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research prove that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has no effect on Employee Performance, then Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Environment together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Abstract

Bencana adalah hasil dari munculnya kejadian luar biasa (hazard) pada komunitas yang rentan (vulnerable) sehingga masyarakat tidak dapat mengatasi berbagai implikasi dari kejadian luar biasa tersebut. Kebijakan adalah pengenalan atau pengakuan bahwa suatu bencana merupakan ancaman publik. Dengan menetapkan suatu bencana sebagai ancaman masyarakat, perancang kebijakan harus menetapkan skala prioritas mengingat langkanya sumber daya. Adannya kebijakan dan management publik dapat memberikan solusi, cara penanggulangan terhadap bencana yang datang.
