Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan; 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan unsur-unsur apa yang menjadifokus supervisi akademik oleh Kepala SMP Negeri 35 Makassar, 2) Mendeskripsikan apastrategi kepala SMP Negeri 35 Makassar dalam melaksaanakan supervisi akademik. Metodedan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Wawancaradilakukan kepada kepala sekolah, 46 guru, 3 tata usaha, dan 27 ketua kelas. Observasidilakukan oleh untuk mengamati suasana pembelajaran di kelas dengan lembar observasiyang bersifat naratif deskriptif. Dokumentasi dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dokumenhasil supervisi, notulen rapat dan dokumen pelaksanaan berbagai pelatihan internal sekolah.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) unsur-unsur yang disupervisi kepala sekolah meliptutiupervisi administrasi pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi hasilpembelajaran. Supervisi administrasi pembelajaran dilakukan dengan pembimbingan, koreksidan penilaian terhadap 14 komponen administrasi guru mapel dan 12 bagi guru BK,mayoritas guru memperoleh kategori Baik. Supervisi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukandengan Supervisi Kunjungan Kelas dengan tahapan diskusi pra kunjungan, penilaian kegiatanpembelajaran di kelas dengan 30 indikator bagi guru mata pelajaran dan 19 bagi guru BK,Supervisi Evaluasi Hasil Pebelajaran dilakukan dengan menilai proses pelaksanaan ulanganharian dengan 11 indikator, PTS dan PS 10 indikator, hasilnya mayoritas guru mendapatkategori Baik. 2) Strategi supervisi akademik yang dilakukan kepala sekolah meliputi tekniksupervisi individu dan teknik supervisi kelompok. Teknik supervisi individu meliputi limacara; supervisi kunjungan kelas kepada 46 guru, Observasi Kelas kepada 3 orang guru danKunjungan Antar Kelas kepada seorang guru, percakapan individu formal dan tidak formal,mengfasilitasi guru mengikuti pelatihan diluar sekolah. Teknik supervisi kelompok dilakukanmelalui 3 cara yaitu rapat guru, mengaktifkan MGMP sekolah dan melaksanakan berbagaipelatihan dalam lingkungan sekolah.Kata Kunci: Supervisi Akademik, Kompetensi Profesional

Abstract

Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) are institutions established to manage economic potential and resources in the village to improve community welfare. In Kassi Village, Jeneponto Regency, BUMDes has significant potential in developing the agricultural sector, but this potential has not been fully utilized. This research aims to increase the added value of the agricultural sector through strengthening the capacity of BUMDes by utilizing digital technology. The application of e-commerce, digital marketing, and data management is expected to expand market access for local products and improve their competitiveness. The methods used include identification of training needs, ongoing mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation of the BUMDes digitalization process. The program results show an increase in operational efficiency and expansion of marketing networks, as well as an increase in the added value of agricultural and tourism products. Analysis shows that the training on sustainable agriculture and basic technology has had a significant impact on improving participants' knowledge and skills, as evidenced by the increase in average pretest to posttest scores. The high correlation between the initial and final scores indicates that the training was effective for all participants. This digital transformation through BUMDes has the potential to become a model for other villages in Indonesia, making digital economic empowerment a strategic solution to improve the welfare of rural communities in an inclusive and sustainable manner. Abstrak Usaha milik desa (BUMDes) adalah lembaga yang didirikan untuk mengelola potensi ekonomi dan sumber daya di desa guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Di Desa Kassi, Kabupaten Jeneponto, BUMDes memiliki potensi yang signifikan dalam mengembangkan sektor pertanian, tetapi potensi ini belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah sektor pertanian melalui penguatan kapasitas BUMDes dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Penerapan e-commerce, pemasaran digital, dan manajemen data diharapkan dapat memperluas akses pasar untuk produk lokal dan meningkatkan daya saingnya. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan, pendampingan yang berkelanjutan, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi proses digitalisasi BUMDes. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi operasional dan perluasan jaringan pemasaran, serta peningkatan nilai tambah produk pertanian dan pariwisata. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tentang pertanian berkelanjutan dan teknologi dasar memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, seperti yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan rata-rata skor pretest dan posttest. Korelasi tinggi antara skor awal dan akhir menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tersebut efektif bagi seluruh peserta. Transformasi digital melalui BUMDes memiliki potensi untuk menjadi model bagi desa-desa lain di Indonesia, menjadikan pemberdayaan ekonomi digital sebagai solusi strategis untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan secara inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Investment decision-making is crucial in finance, particularly for students planning their financial futures. This study focuses on students at Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) to understand how psychological factors influence their investment decisions. Utilizing Prospect Theory from behavioral economics, the research examines key factors such as risk perception, profit expectations, and time preferences. The study involved a survey of UNM students, and the descriptive analysis reveals that students tend to make decisions influenced by behavioral biases, loss aversion, and risk preferences. The findings indicate that students are consistent in their financial decision-making but are significantly impacted by psychological biases, particularly in their tendency to avoid losses and their cautious approach to risk and uncertainty. Overall, the investment behavior of UNM students is shaped by the psychological factors outlined in Prospect Theory, highlighting their reliance on subjective perceptions and loss avoidance. This research provides valuable insights for developing more effective financial literacy strategies and promoting wiser investment decisions among students. Additionally, it contributes to the application of Prospect Theory in the context of student investment decision-making.

Abstract

This study explores the investment readiness of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Negeri Makassar using the Self-Determination Theory (SDT) framework. Both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation were found to play crucial roles in influencing investment readiness. Intrinsic motivation drives students to develop their knowledge and skills, while extrinsic motivation is triggered by financial rewards and social recognition. The main barriers identified include low financial literacy, limited access to information, and resistance to new technologies. The study suggests that enhancing financial education and digital literacy through comprehensive programs and supportive environments is essential to overcoming these obstacles and improving students' investment readiness. By addressing these barriers, educational institutions can better prepare young investors for successful financial decision-making, equipping them with the necessary tools and confidence to navigate the investment landscape.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of green marketing strategies on customer choices for the Makassar Body Shop cosmetics company. The problem in this research is that there is a research gap regarding green marketing strategy, which is a potential strategy as a business strategy and has been used as a marketing strategy pivot. The collection method in this research was carried out using a survey method, namely by using a questionnaire. The research population was customers of the cosmetics company The Body Shop in Makassar, with a sample size of 150 people. The sampling method used in this research is the census method which uses all members of the population as research samples. Testing of the hypothesis in this research will be carried out in a multivariate manner using logistic regression. Logistic regression is used because the independent variable is a combination of metric and nominal (non-metric). The results of the analysis show that the variables price, product, place and gender influence customer choices. Meanwhile, promotion variables, age, education and income have no effect on customer choices. The main implication is that The Body Shop must pay attention to quality aspects to balance high prices and women as its main market.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of monetary and macroeconomic variables on the profitability of banking in Indonesia. The independent variables used are the Interest Rate (BI-Rate), Inflation, Exchange Rate, and for the dependent variable, the Return On Assets (ROA) of banks in Indonesia for the period 2009-2023. The method that will be used in this research is Panel Data with analysis using the Eviews 12 application. The research results show that interest rates do not affect the profitability of state-owned banks or private banks. The inflation variable has different effects on the profitability of each bank, namely it affects state-owned banks (BUMN) but does not affect private banks. Similarly, the Exchange Rate has different effects on each bank's profitability, namely, it does not affect State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) banks and does affect Private banks

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan dan manfaat pengguna E-wallet terhadap perilaku konsumsi masyarakat di Kota Makassar Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat berdomisili di Kota Makassar yang pernah atau aktif menggunakan E-wallet, alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Analisis Faktor Confirmatory ( CFA ). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 392 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner yang disebar secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-wallet mempengaruhi perilaku konsumsi Masyarakat, hal itu dipengaruhi oleh kemudahan transaksi yang diperoleh dari penggunaan e-wallet dan Manfaat yang diperoleh dari e-wallet yang digunakan oleh Masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyerapan tenaga kerja pada usaha makanan dan minuman di pasar segar Makassar. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pemilik kedai di pasar segar. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sebanyak 50 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal tidak mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja sedangkan upah, omzet dan lama usaha mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja pada usaha makanan dan minuman di pasar segar Makassar.
