Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah sistem agar dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pengetahuan bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yaitu dengan perancangan website Knowledge Management System BPSDMD Provinsi Jawa Tengah menggunakan framework Laravel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Metode waterfall mempunyai beberapa tahapan yaitu (1) analisis untuk menganalisis sistem dan mendeskripsikan kebutuhan user. (2) desain untuk perancangan database, pembuatan halaman dashboard, dan pembuatan halaman front-end sesuai dengan analisis yang telah didapat. (3) pengodean untuk menerjemahan design sistem kedalam bahasa pemograman. (4) pengujian untuk melihat apakah terdapat kesalahan atau tidak. Setelah menjalankan pengujian, ditemukan bahwa website yang dibuat berhasil, mudah digunakan (user friendly), ringan dan cepat, serta memenuhi tujuan dan manfaat dari penelitian yang dilakukan. Berdasarkan penelitian dan pengujian yang dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa website Knowledge Management System (KMS) BPSDMD Provinsi Jawa Tengah sangat membantu widyaiswara dalam proses memberikan pengetahuannya kepada pegawai negeri melalui artikel yang dibuat.

The lobby loaning was an activity normally carried out in government agencies, especially in the city of salatiga. Room loans were usually made by visiting the service where they intended to borrow a room and meeting the person in charge of the room borrowing. But it was not uncommon for government officials to have difficulty lending, both from borrowers and from lending services. In this respect, salatiga city bygone has not applied information technology principles specific to the loan room. Causing as many problems as time flies, data search is difficult because room loan accounts are still being done by hand. In this study, a formal introduction to room loan requests can make registration, loan archive material, and accessibility of loan-related information easier. There's room for the salatiga city office. Designing the application using SDLC methodology (system development lifecycle), this stage begins with demand analysis, design, application, testing, and maintenance. The application has the function of sending room loan reminders by email so that the borrower can figure out the loan schedules that have been made.

In the future, the quality of product suggestions in online retailers will influence client purchasing decisions. Unqualified product suggestions can result in two sorts of errors: false negatives and false positives. Customers may not return to the online store as a result of this. By merging sales transaction data and consumer behavior data in clickstream data format, this work offers a hybrid recommender system in an online store utilizing sequential pattern mining (SPM). Based on the clickstream data components, the product data whose status is only observed by consumers is assessed using the simple additive weighting (SAW) approach. Products with the two highest-ranking values are then coupled with product data that has been purchased and examined in the SPM using the generalized sequential pattern (GSP) method. The GSP algorithm produces rules in a sequence pattern, which are then utilized to construct product suggestions. According to the test results, product suggestions derived from a mix of sales transaction data and consumer behavior data outperform product recommendations generated just from sales transaction data. Precision, recall, and F-measure metrics values rose by 185.46, 170.83, and 178.43%, respectively.

Information system is one of the thing that can be called as mandatory to be had by an institution right now. Gereja Kristen Jawa Plengkung (GKJP) is still using all of its record by traditional way. Data saved by tradisional way can caused a duplication of data called redundancy. With the existence of information system, activities in GKJP like data saving are expected to go well for the future. In the making of information system, waterfall is used as the research method for the development of information system. Waterfall usually has steps like (1) analytic, (2) design, (3) coding, (4) testing, (5) support. Based on the research and the testing that has been done, design and implementation of information system in Gereja Kristen Jawa Plengkung with Web as its base and the using of CodeIgniter Framework can be called success because it can fulfill the requirement suggested by the user.

Motorcycle is a means of transportation that is widely used in Indonesia. There is an increase in the number of motorcycle users. The growth in the number of motorised vehicles in Indonesia has a negative impact, including air pollution, traffic jams, accidents, and etc. The number of accident cases in Indonesia is the highest compared to other modes of transportation. The causes of accidents are generally caused by several factors, including not being careful, negligent or forgetting to do routine services. The purpose of this research is to design a routine service reminder application for motorcycle spare parts based on android mobile which will be used by motorcycle users. The method in making this mobile application uses the extreme programming model. The resulting mobile service reminder application is then tested using black-box testing to determine the success rate of the designed application, and the test results show that the application can run well. The result of this research is a routine motorcycle service reminder application based on Android mobile using the Javascript programming language, React Native framework, Firebase database. This application can be a solution to the problems faced by motorcycle users, namely being negligent or forgetting the routine service schedule.

A web-based information system is a technology that can be utilized for data archiving. Archiving data such as church congregations is crucial for the development of the church. However, one of the churches, the Batak Karo Protestant Church (GBKP), still archives data using books and Microsoft Excel. GBKP's data archiving using books and Microsoft Excel is still not efficient and effective when moving congregations, where a letter of request is submitted in writing by the church of origin to the church of destination. This research aims to implement a web-based information system that can provide congregational data management and transfer features to assist churches in conducting data processing more effectively and efficiently. The method applied in the design process to system implementation is the waterfall method and the development of information systems using the PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript programming languages. Testing in this study was carried out using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method, namely the alpha and beta testing. In alpha testing, information is obtained that 100% of the functions are compliant or running well. In beta testing, it was concluded that this information system could provide convenience for churches in managing data, especially when moving congregations between churches, because the beta testing results reached a value of 95%. This web-based information system is proven to have a function that can provide convenience to churches in managing data and assist churches and congregations in moving because sending data and creating documents can be done quickly.

Partnership schema is widely applied in Indonesia poultry farm industry. In this schema, a poultry company cooperates with many breeder partners to raise their chicken. The company sends their field inspection staffs to monitor the growth of the chickens. Large number of breeders with manual process of report, handle, and monitor takes a significant amount of time and efforts. In addition, the data cannot be observed immediately by the company. A poultry farm monitoring system based on the Application Programming Interface (API) is proposed in this research. The system can be used by breeders, breeder partners and field inspection staffs to facilitate the process of reporting, handling and monitoring by the poultry company. The API technology is applied as a data center and a data provider. The combination of RESTful web service and JSON into the API enable the integration can be processed safely as well as simple and easy to use. The proposed system can be applied to complement or replace the existing manual processes on many poultry farms with partnership schema.

Regulasi yang dikeluarkan pemerintah untuk menekan penyebaran Covid-19 adalah ditutupnya tempat kerumunan seperti wisata taman bermain, termasuk Saloka Theme Park. Banyaknya penjualan tiket yang tidak teratur setiap bulannya mengakibatkan penumpukan antrian secara tiba-tiba di loket pengecekan tiket dan loket penjualan tiket. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memprediksi penjualan tiket wisata taman bermain menggunakan metode ARIMA untuk meningkatkan akurasi antara data aktual dan hasil prediksi. Data yang digunakan adalah data penjualan tiket Saloka Theme Park periode Januari 2020 hingga Januari 2023. Dari analisis metode ARIMA, diperoleh model ARIMA yang optimal digunakan untuk memprediksi jumlah penjualan tiket adalah model ARIMA (1,0,0). Model ARIMA (1,0,0) telah berhasil diuji secara signifikan dengan hasil p-value sebesar 0.001 lebih kecil dari nilai alpha 0.05, dan nilai RMSE sebesar 28566.456. Hasil prediksi model ARIMA (1,0,0) menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah penjualan tiket dua bulan mendatang pada bulan Februari dan Maret 2023 sebesar 28983 dan 84931. Pengujian akurasi antara nilai aktual dan hasil prediksi diperoleh nilai terbaik RMSE sebesar 21296.39 dan nilai MSE sebesar 453536460.26.

Hotel Grand Allison Sentani Papua is one of the largest hotels in Sentani Papua which has an income of billions of rupiah in one year, where one of its income comes from the sale of hotel restaurants. This hotel uses POS (Point Of Sales) to record daily hotel restaurant sales. Transaction data from the POS has not been stored and processed properly, so that the hotel has not been able to process it into the information needed. In this research, a Data Warehouse is designed using the Galaxy scheme which is implemented with MySQL database engine that is free for use. In addition, a web-based Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) application was developed that utilizes the Highcharts library to display graphs. OLAP applications are developed using the Prototying method. The test results show that the Data Warehouse consisting of two fact tables is useful for accommodating all transaction data so far and the OLAP application created is also able to present information well through graphs processed using the Highcharts library.

Pura Bangunan Unit of PT. Pura Barutama has responsibilities to handle new building construction and renovation of old buildings. The procedure of requesting memo to do that tasks are still processed by requesting to Pura Bangunan Unit to create a new memo. In addition, the project management process is often inaccurate and not real time. It is inefficient and ineffective because requesting memo takes 1-2 days. Sometimes, the collected requesting memo files are missing, and monitoring results are not optimal. This research will design and implement the management project application using CodeIgniter and Bootstrap framework. The results showed that the application helps and accelerates all units of PT. Pura Barutama to request a memo faster. Moreover, the memo requesting files can be stored safely and project management process can be done gradually, so that the monitoring results are accurate and real time. CodeIgniter framework made the code more simple and save. The use of Bootstrap also made this application accessible in a variety of screen sizes including on screen tablets and smartphones by providing responsive displays.
