Abstract

Abstract:  Mature market is safer investment than emerging market. It’s became a references to emerging market in order to make investment decision particularly in stock exchange. Therefore, the analize to test of effect the stock trading volume in both mature market and emerging market year 2014 until 2018, is needed. The sample was determined by purposive sampling. Stock index which used in this research i.e. NYSE, NASDAQ, FTSE 100, SSEC, HANG SENG, Kopsi, STI, SENSEX, IHSG, JSE, Stock Exchange Thailand, and TSEC Taiwan. To analize the data is used multilinear regression. The result shows that’s mature market which representative by NYSE, Nasdaq, FTSE 100, SSEC, HANGSENG,  Kopsi, and STI has a significant positive effect to IHSG, SET, and TSEC. Meanwhile, NYSE, Nasdaq, FTSE 100, SSEC, HANGSENG, Kopsi, STI hasn’t stock trading volume effect in SENSEX and JSE. It can be concluded that in developing countries, the decision to buy and sell stock in the mature market became fundamental consideration for investors to sell or buy it. Keyword: Emerging, Mature, VolumeAbstrak: Mature market memiliki keamanan investasi daripada emerging market. Mature market menjadi acuan bagi emerging market dalam membuat keputusan investasi terutama di pasar modal. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya analisis untuk menguji pengaruh dari volume perdaganan saham di mature market dan emerging market tahun 2014-2018. Sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Indek saham yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah NYSE, Nasdaq, FTSE 100, SSEC,  HANGSENG,  Kopsi, STI, SENSEX, IHSG, JSE, Stock Exchange Thailand, dan TSEC taiwan.  Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bawha mature market yang diwakili oleh indek NYSE, Nasdaq, FTSE 100, SSEC,  HANGSENG,  Kopsi, STI memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan  terhadap indek saham IHSG, SET, TSEC. Sedangkan indek NYSE, Nasdaq, FTSE 100, SSEC,  HANG SENG,  Kopsi, STI tidak mempengaruhi volume perdagangan saham di indek SENSEX dan JSE. Disimpulkan bahwa keputusan jual beli saham di mature market menjadi dasar pertimbangan bagi investor untuk menjual atau membeli saham pada negara berkembangKata Kunci: Emerging, Mature, Volume

Abstract

This study aims to determine locus of control and entrepreneurship education in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students, interest in entrepreneurship in the era of society 5.0 in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students, and the influence of locus of control and entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship among STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students.  The method used in this research is quantitative and the form of this research is multiple regression.  The population in this study were 790 students who had taken entrepreneurship education courses.  The sample used was 100 students.  The results showed that locus of control in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students showed a probability value of 0.000001 which was smaller than the significance level of 0.05 (5%), which means it was in the low category, while entrepreneurship education in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students showed a probability value  of 0.094144 is greater than the significance level of 0.05 (5%) which means it is in the high category.  There is a significant influence of locus of control and entrepreneurship education on the interest in entrepreneurship of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students with r2 = 0.495454 or 49.5% and the significance level of the locus of control variable is 0.0000 <0.05 and the significance level of entrepreneurship education is  0.0003 <0.05 with the condition that tcount > ttable, namely locus of control of 4.955023 > 1.98 and entrepreneurship education of 3.797132 > 1.98.  Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that locus of control and entrepreneurship education have an effect on interest in entrepreneurship in the era of society 5.0 in STKIP Persada Khatulitiwa Sintang students.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran quizizz terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Sintang. Teknologi memberikan dampak yang positif bagi dunia pendidikan serta mempermudah guru dan peserta didik dalam mengakses informasi dari berbagai sumber dan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi guru pada saat mengajar, oleh karena itu guru dituntut untuk menjadi guru yang inovatif, adaptif dan kreatif serta mampu membawa suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan Metode penelitian eksperimen dan bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental desain. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Sintang, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah kelas XA dan kelas XD. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji prasyarat meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis serta uji indek gain hake. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Z dengan ? = 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai Zhitung > Ztabel sebesar 2,66 > 1,96 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha, artinya terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada pengukuran akhir (postest) pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Hasil uji indeks gain hake pretest dan postest kelas eksperimen, yaitu 0,38 dengan kategori sedang dan uji indeks gain hake pretest dan postest kelas kontrol, yaitu 0,28 dengan kategori kurang. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi quizizz  terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi SMA Negeri 4 Sintang tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Quizizz, Hasil Belajar, Ekonomi.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is an effort to market a product or service, using a certain pattern of plans and tactics so that the number of sales becomes higher. Nowadays everything becomes easier including marketing strategies and this is in line with the development of the times, many shops have sold and promoted their products online and also sold products offline. So, it should be that shops in the city of Sintang can follow the current trends or developments. The purpose of this study is to see the marketing strategy that is suitable for increasing consumer buying interest. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with a descriptive research form. The data sources for this study are shop owners, employees and consumers. Data collection tools use observation, interview and documentation guidelines. The results of this study indicate that (1) marketing strategies can be implemented well with direct selling, upselling and cross-selling marketing strategies. (2) The strengths of the store are direct marketing strategies and promotions, (3) Cosmetic stores also have weaknesses, namely in transportation and employees who are still less confident and marketing locations that are far from the location, and (4) have threats such as competitors who use the same marketing strategy and shops in urban areas that use online platforms.

Abstract

ABSTRACTWorld vegetable oil is currently experiencing a high increase in price as a result of the war between Russia and Ukraine. This also has an impact on CPO prices in Indonesia as the largest palm oil producer in the world. Of course, the increase in CPO prices has an impact on increasing the price of palm oil, both in bulk and in packaging, which is consumed by the public. An increase in the price of palm oil which exceeds 100% of the original price makes it difficult for the community, especially housewives who will have difficulty managing finances. Therefore the team of lecturers will invite mothers to process oil-producing materials around the house without using materials from rubber seeds. The material to be used uses rubber seeds as an abundant material around the house and of course it is an alternative for the community as a substitute for bulk and packaged palm oil. As well as being able to help stabilize household financial management. The PKM activity in Dusun Pandan with the target of PKK mothers received a very good response. The PKK mothers' experience increased by knowing that the rubber seeds that they see every day can be processed into cooking oil for household consumption. Thus the household need for cooking oil can be helped by the presence of cooking oil from rubber seeds.Keywords: Cooking Oil Processing From Rubber Seeds ABSTRAKMinyak nabati dunia saat ini sedang mengalami peningkatan harga yang tinggi akibat dari adanya perang antar negara rusia dan ukraina. Hal ini berdampak pula terhadap harga CPO di Indonesia sebagai penghasil Minyak sawit terbesar di dunia. Tentu saja peningkatan harga CPO berdampak pada peningkatan harga minyak sawit baik yang curah maupun kemasan yang di konsumsi masyarakat. Peningkatan harga minyak sawit yang melebihi 100% dari harga asal membuat masyarakat mengalami kesulitan terutama kaum ibu rumah tangga yang akan kesulitan dalam mengatur keuangan. Oleh karena itu tim dosen akan mengajak ibu-ibu guna mengolah bahan penghasil minyak yang disekitar rumah tanpa menggunakan bahan  dari Biji Karet. Bahan yang akan digunakan menggunakan biji karet sebagai bahan yang melimpah disekitar rumah dan tentunya menjadi alternatif bagi masyarakat sebagai penganti minyak sawit curah maupun kemasan. Serta mampu membantu menstabilkan pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga. Kegiatan PKM di Dusun Pandan dengan target Ibu-ibu PKK mendapatkan respon dengan sangat baik, pengalaman ibu-ibu PKK bertambah dengan mengetahui bahwa biji karet yang sehari-hari mereka lihat dapat di olah menjadi minyak goreng untuk konsumsi rumah tangga. Dengan demikian kebutuhan rumah tangga akan minyak goreng dapat terbantukan dengan adanya minyak goreng dari biji karet ini.Kata Kunci: Pengolahan Minyak Goreng Dari Biji Karet

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of understanding financial literacy on students' productive behavior. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The population in this study were all STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students who were or had taken entrepreneurship education courses. Data collection tools include test questions and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, descriptive analysis tests, contribution tests, and classical assumption tests. The research data was processed using the SPSS 23 program. Based on the research results, it is known that the financial literacy of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students, with a total test question score of 7154, an average value of 71.54 is in the good category. The productive behavior of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students, with a total questionnaire score of 7604 with an average score of 76.04% is in the good category. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between financial literacy on the productive behavior of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

Abstract

In facing many competitors offering similar products, an entrepreneur needs to maintain customer loyalty by offering quality products and optimizing sales promotions. This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram social media-based promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Velvet Sintang store. The method used in this study is assisted by multiple linear regression. The study population is all consumers of the Sintang Velvet store, while the sample is 112 people using nonprobability sampling techniques in the form of incidental samples. The data was analyzed using several classical assumption tests which included normality testing using the Kolomogrov-Sminrnov test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. contribution testing includes multiple regression test, multiple correlation test, R2 determination test and effective contribution (SE) and relative contribution (SR). Hypothesis testing includes t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). with the help of the SPSS 26 program. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an influence of social media promotion, social media, Instagram, partial and simultaneous product quality, there are purchase decisions at the Sintang velvet store. The magnitude of the R square is 0.740 or 74% and 26 is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy for woven sticks based on local wisdom as an effort to empower the community economy in Tapang Semada Village. Stick weaving, which is a traditional craft product typical of this village, has great economic potential but has not been maximized in wider marketing. The local wisdom approach is the basis for marketing strategies to maintain the uniqueness and cultural values contained in products, as well as strengthening local identity amidst modern market competition. The research methods used include participant observation, in-depth interviews with craftsmen. The research results show that by utilizing local wisdom such as traditional motifs and the use of natural materials, as well as expanding the marketing network through digital media and collaboration with external parties, woven stick products can have higher competitiveness. The implementation of this strategy is expected to improve the economic welfare of the Tapang Semada Village community through the development of creative industries based on traditional crafts.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low entrepreneurial intention of students of the Economic Education Study Program of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang, even though students have received entrepreneurship education, many students are still afraid to start entrepreneurship and lack role models that inspire students in entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the Role Model on Entrepreneurial Intention of students of the Economic Education Study Program of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. The method used is a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis. The population and sample of the study amounted to 42 students. The results of the analysis show that the t-count value of 4.725> t table of 2.023 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that role models have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. based on the results of the study it can be concluded that relevant role models are able to encourage students' entrepreneurial intentions to enter the world of entrepreneurship. The results of this study are expected to be a basis for the campus in developing a more inspiring entrepreneurial environment and encouraging the active role of role models around students..
