Abstract

Since 1998, the Indonesian government has introduced an approach to Strategic Management under Government Regulation No. 108/200 government has not evaluated the experience with this strategy. However, in 2009, President Yudhoyono's administration introduced a new approach called Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) -Planning Long Term Development. The interesting question regards compliance with the government's strategic plan. In other words, is the continued implementation of the strategic plan? In this paper, the authors investigated the experiences with efforts to introduce the model and practice of Strategic Management in the public sector Indonesia, in particular aspects of the process and tools. The method used in this study is historical and descriptive using casual circle model system dynamics method. The study found that the strategic planning model implemented by the government is a linear process model associated with the key success factors of leadership, professional coordination between government units and complete process monitoring and instruments: planning, implementation and evaluation

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor pelatihan, pendidikan dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Maros. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Maros sebanyak 60 orang, sedangkan pengambilan sampel dilakukan terhadap pegawai yang telah mengikuti pelatihan dan pendidikan yang berjumlah 50 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada seluruh responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan, pendidikan dan kecerdasan emosional secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi pegawai pada Kantor Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Maros. Variabel pendidikan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Maros. Kata Kunci: pelatihan; pendidikan; kecerdasan emosional; prestasi kerja. AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of training, education and emotional intelligence factors on employee work performance and analyze the factors that are more dominantly influential on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Maros Regency. The population in this study were all 60 employees of the Maros Regency Ministry of Religion, while the sample was taken from 50 employees who had attended training and education. The data in this study used primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that the variables of training, education and emotional intelligence simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Maros Regency. The education variable is the most dominant variable on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Maros Regency. Keywords: training; education; emotional intelligence; work performance

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the usefulness of dynamic analysis of the development and management of strategic capabilities and resources in the field of manufaktur.Hal aims to bring the resource system / dynamic capability as a means to understand the problems of the manufacturing strategy. The strategy used to describe an approach that is mainly based on the dynamics of strategy Warren. Extension of this approach diperkenalkan.Temuan - Diagram of dynamic resource / systems capability is a valuable tool to understand the issues that are interconnected and changing the strategic resources and capabilities. Resources and capabilities can be defined as a share in a dynamic simulation model to follow the idea of ​​the dynamics of research sistem.Keterbatasan/implications - The nature of strategic capabilities and relationships they need to be investigated further. The approach needs to be developed to measure and to measure these concepts. The relationship between the winner of order / qualifications and the inflow / outflow of capabilities and resources stocks should be examined more practical lanjut.Implikasi - static analysis of strategic issues that are often difficult to interpret. The dynamic nature of strategic issues that need to be reflected in the tools used to analyze them. Originality / value - Applies dynamic analysis to manufacturing strategy and use a textbook example of this new way to describe the relevance of the approach.

Abstract

This study has significant implications for both theoretical and practical knowledge in human resource management. Theoretical implications include the reinforcement of critical concepts in human capital and motivational theories. However, the practical consequences are particularly noteworthy. The study provides actionable insights for organizations to enhance work discipline and individual quality through targeted training and development programs, thereby improving employee performance. The originality of this study lies in its detailed analysis of the mediating role of a particular quality, a relatively unexplored area in previous research.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how the economic system, through the mechanisms of inflation and debt, can impact financial stability, focusing on the interaction between inflation, debt, and financial stability. This research is a literature review concentrating on both theoretical and empirical analyses of the relationship between the economic system, specifically inflation and debt factors, and financial stability. The results show that financial stability is a condition where the financial system including institutions, markets, and infrastructure functions optimally and can absorb economic shocks without significantly disrupting economic activity. This stability supports efficient resource allocation, economic growth, and investor confidence, with the capacity to manage risks effectively. However, financial stability can be disrupted by uncontrolled inflation, excessive debt, and imbalances in the economic system. High inflation can erode purchasing power and increase borrowing costs, while excessive debt raises the risk of default and slows economic growth. The interaction between inflation and debt complicates financial stability, as high inflation may reduce the real value of debt but also increase borrowing costs. Global financial crises, such as the 2007-2008 Financial Crisis, the European Debt Crisis, and the 2021-2023 Energy Crisis, underscore the need for effective policies in managing inflation and debt to maintain financial stability and support sustainable economic growth.
