Abstract

The implementation of the PAI learning model based on Islamic values to increase students conceptual understanding at UIM needs to be researched and explored scientifically, considering that PAI is the foundation of Islamic education to produce graduates who are by the Islamic management of the UIM Institution and have the ahlussunnah waljamaah bent. However, in reality, phenomena are presented that are often not by Islamic rules and teachings, this is the reason why this research is necessary to carry out this research. While the research approach used is qualitative phenomenological, the data sources in this research are UIM residents taken randomly by researchers such as students, lecturers, and employees. The validity of the data is to convince the researcher that the data obtained is valid, the researcher uses the concept of triangulation. The research results show that the Islamic Values-Based PAI Learning Model is carried out holistically in the learning process, which does not only focus on conceptual understanding and material but also on students themselves and the application of Islamic values in real life. Meanwhile, the impact of students' conceptual understanding has a positive impact on religious concepts and the ability to relate these concepts to the context of everyday life. Meanwhile, intensive interaction between lecturers and students as well as space for discussion and reflection in the learning process makes a significant contribution to the effectiveness of the Islamic Values-based PAI education and learning model. The implementation of the PAI learning model based on Islamic values can be used as a reference for lecturers and curriculum managers to improve the quality of Islamic religious education at the Islamic higher education level. Abstract

This community service program aims to develop the potential of Bale Mangrove ecotourism in Jerowaru Village, East Lombok, by improving the English literacy and communication skills of tourism managers. Given that Jerowaru Village has great ecotourism potential, especially in terms of environmental conservation and nature tourism, English communication skills are an important skill to improve the quality of tourism services and attract foreign tourists. Community service activities are carried out through a series of training and mentoring focused on improving English speaking skills and introducing tourism terms in English. The methods used include a participatory approach, in which the local community, especially youth and Bale Mangrove managers, play an active role in the entire series of activities. The results of this program show a significant increase in the English communication skills of participants, which is expected to support sustainable ecotourism development. In addition, improving English literacy also contributes to the preparation of more attractive and professional ecotourism promotional materials. The main obstacles faced are limited training time and limited access to more varied learning resources. In conclusion, the development of Bale Mangrove ecotourism through improving English literacy and communication skills has a positive impact on local tourism potential and community welfare. It is recommended that there be a more in-depth follow-up program and support from the local government to strengthen the sustainable tourism ecosystem in Jerowaru Village.

Abstract

The quality of Islamic education is a strategic aspect that determines the success of the institution in producing a generation that excels intellectually, characterfully, and is based on spiritual values. This article aims to examine the concept, scope, improvement strategy, and practical study of the application of quality education in the era of modern society, with a focus on Islamic educational institutions. Using a literature study approach, this study explains that the quality of education includes the conformity of processes and results with the set standards, the needs of education service users, as well as Islamic values such as itqan (sincerity), ihsan (best quality), and amanah (responsibility). The scope of quality includes institutional, educator, student, learning processes, and integrated evaluation. The quality improvement strategy emphasizes the development of a quality culture, strengthening teacher competence, a sustainable evaluation system, and visionary leadership. A case study at the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School shows that the synergy between Islamic boarding school traditions and modern innovations can produce a sustainable quality system, including academic learning, character development, and institutional management based on Islamic values. These findings confirm that the success of improving the quality of Islamic education is highly dependent on collective commitment, leadership integrity, and the application of adaptive management principles, so that Islamic educational institutions are able to compete globally without losing their Islamic identity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: 1) marketing channels for Tilapia (oreochromis niloticus), 2) marketing strategies for Tilapia (oreochromis niloticus).  Market problems are one of the main problems faced by Tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus) fish farmers in Aikmel District, East Lombok Regency. This market access problem has an impact on the sustainability of the Tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus) fish farming business carried out by the community. Tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus), is one of the freshwater aquaculture commodities which has quite important economic value. Efficient fish marketing occurs if the marketing channel includes producers (fish farmers)-collectors-consumers, because it can shorten marketing channels and reduce operational costs.  Marketing of Tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus) fish in Aikmel District, East Lombok Regency can be carried out using several strategies, namely: 1) SO Strategy: Maximizing the potential of land and POKDAKAN by providing training activities and program outreach to POKDAKAN, 2) ST Strategy: Improving the quality of human resources and POKDAKAN in managing the Tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus) fish cultivation business, 3) WT Strategy: Maximizing production technology training activities, market management to maximize the use of Tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus) cultivation land, and 4) WO Strategy: Maximizing the role of Trading Businesses to achieve marketing stability Tilapia fish (Oreochromis Niloticus). Keywords: marketing strategy; tilapia; aikmel; east lombok ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) saluran pemasaran ikan Nila (oreochromis niloticus), 2) strategi pemasaran Ikan Nila (oreochromis niloticus).  Permasalahan pasar menjadi salah satu permasalahan utama yang yang dihadapi oleh pembudidaya ikan Nila (oreochromis niloticus) di Kecamatan Aikmel, Kabupaten Lombok Timur.  Permasalahan akses pasar ini berdampak kepada keberlanjutan usaha budiaya ikan Nila (oreochromis niloticus) yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat.  Ikan nila (oreochromis niloticus) atau disebut Tilapia, merupakan salah satu komoditi perikanan budidaya air tawar yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang cukup penting. Pemasaran ikan yang efisien terjadi apabila saluran pemasaran meliputi Produsen (Pembudidaya ikan)-Pengepul-Konsumen, karena dapat mempersingkat saluran pemasaran dan menekan biaya operasional.  Pemasaran ikan Nila (oreochromis niloticus) di Kecamatan Aikmel Kabupaten Lombok Timur dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa strategi yaitu: 1) Strattegi SO: Memaksimalkan potensi lahan dan POKDAKAN dengan memberikan kegiatan pelatihan dan sosialisasi program kepada POKDAKAN, 2) Strategi ST: Meningkatkan kualitas SDM dan POKDAKAN dalam pengelolaan usaha budidaya ikan Nila (oreochromis niloticus), 3) Strategi WT: Memaksimalkan kegiatan pelatihan teknologi produksi, manajeman pasar untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan lahan budidaya ikan Nila (oreochromis niloticus), dan 4) Strategi WO: Memaksimalkan peran Usaha Dagang untuk mencapai stabilitas pemasaran ikan Nila (oreochromis niloticus). Abstract

Zakat dan pajak merupakan dua instrumen keuangan yang memiliki fungsi berbeda namun sering diperdebatkan dalam konteks hukum Islam. Zakat dipandang sebagai kewajiban ilahiah yang memiliki legitimasi normatif berdasarkan Al-Qur’an dan hadis, sedangkan pajak merupakan kewajiban kenegaraan yang lahir dari kebutuhan fiskal modern. Di Indonesia, muncul wacana penyamaan zakat dengan pajak yang menimbulkan perdebatan normatif sekaligus praktis, karena menyentuh aspek ibadah dan kebijakan negara. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis penyamaan zakat dan pajak dalam perspektif hukum Islam melalui pendekatan normatif-praktis serta menelaah dampaknya terhadap ekonomi keluarga Muslim. Analisis normatif menegaskan bahwa zakat tidak dapat digantikan oleh pajak karena memiliki landasan transendental, sementara pajak bersifat administratif dan temporal. Namun, pada tataran praktis, keduanya dapat disinergikan melalui kebijakan fiskal, seperti insentif pengurangan pajak bagi muzaki. Sinergi ini penting untuk mencegah beban ganda (double burden) yang dirasakan keluarga Muslim dalam memenuhi kewajiban zakat sekaligus pajak. Selain itu, kajian ini menemukan bahwa integrasi zakat dan pajak dapat meringankan beban ekonomi keluarga, memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem keuangan syariah, serta mendukung pembangunan nasional. Dengan demikian, penyamaan secara mutlak tidak relevan secara syariah, namun sinergi keduanya menjadi solusi moderat yang sejalan dengan maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah dalam mewujudkan keadilan sosial dan kesejahteraan keluarga Muslim
