Abstract

OPT (Plant Pest Organisms) is any activity or activities that damage and kill plants, one of which is caused by pests, diseases, viruses, etc. In Bali, especially in Tabanan Regency, OPT cases are still very high. OPT in rice plants caused by rats is a problem faced by farmers and in the future, it must be prevented by knowing the spread of rats. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to help farmers prevent pest attacks so that rice productivity can be increased. In this study, the backpropagation neural network method was used to predict the distribution of rat pests on rice plants. This method uses previous data, namely from 2012-2021 when the data is processed and calculated until the smallest error value is obtained. In this study, data were obtained from calculating the distribution of pests in hectares which showed a percentage difference in accuracy error of 16.2%, which means that the prediction of this calculation is good enough to be used as a reference for further research

Abstract

Prediction is a systematic process of estimating future values based on patterns contained in data that has been converted into numerical form. In this study, the aim was to predict the distribution of rice borer in Buleleng district which could endanger the productivity of the rice agricultural sector. One of the methods used in this research is Long Short Term Memory (LSTM), a form of development of Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) which is suitable for processing and predicting time series data. The data used in this study is rice borer attack data for the last ten years, from 2012 to 2021. The results show that the LSTM model has an MAE data testing of 16.8149 and MAPE data testing of 2.356%, and MAE data training of 16.8149 and MAPE data training of 2,356%. These values measure the prediction error with the MAE and MAPE techniques. With these results, the agricultural service can recognize the pattern of distribution of rice borer attacks in the region and take appropriate action to overcome them.

Abstract

Agricultural tourism is a tourist destination built with a theme or concept that combines agricultural activities and commercial activities. One of the livestock tourism development plans is Br. Anyar, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. It is not yet known whether the tourism category is feasible or financially feasible, so an economic feasibility analysis is carried out. The purpose of the analysis and execution of this feasibility calculation application is to determine the profitability of an object or category that will later be applied to agro-tourism. Only three investment evaluation methods are used in this study. The three methods are payback period, present value and internal rate of return. The results obtained in this study were that Strawberry Picking Tourism was stated to be profitable with PP results for 33 months, NPV 14,537,100 and IRR 25.02%. The Bike Rental category was declared profitable: PP results for 24 months, NPV 36,346,700 and IRR 45.23%. The picnic area category with the results obtained is PP for 16 months, NPV 58,223,500 and IRR 77.85%. The Food & Beverage Division was declared profitable with PP results for 88 months, NPV 13,460,300 and IRR 10.44%. From this it can be concluded that all classes are feasible and can be implemented. A web-based financial perspective calculation system that can be used to calculate whether an investment is feasible or not.

Abstract

This study aims to assist the management of the Agro-Creative Village of Bingin Ambe Koripan in providing a more easily understood description of the tourist objects in the village. Managers experience problems in providing clear information and designs because the majority of managers are parents who do not have expertise in design. In addition, the area of the agro-creative village which reaches 12 hectares makes it difficult for managers to provide complete information about the tourist objects in it. Therefore, the authors designed an interactive multimedia infographic application that can assist managers in providing information about this agro-creative village to tourists. The author also conducted a questionnaire to the agro-creative village manager to find out whether the application that had been made was appropriate and suitable for use in the Agro-Creative Village of Bingin Ambe Koripan. The results show that 92% of managers understand how to use the interactive multimedia infographic application that has been made and agree that this application is suitable for use in the agro-creative village.

Abstract

The research is intended to assist the management and staff of Bingin Ambe Koripan Agrotourism in creating 2D animation-based visual identities and promotional videos. Based on interviews with the management of Bingin Ambe Koripan Agrotourism, they need a business identity that can introduce this agro-tourism to tourists and investors, as well as promotional media to provide them with an overview of the concept. Therefore, 2D animation-based visual branding and promotional videos are designed to help promote Bingin Ambe Koripan Agrotourism to visitors and investors in the future. To find out whether the visual branding and promotional videos made are appropriate and suitable for use as a promotional medium for Bingin Ambe Koripan Agro-tourism, the authors conducted a questionnaire to the agro-tourism. From the results of the questionnaire, it can be concluded that as many as 88% of respondents agree that visual branding and promotional videos are suitable for use as promotional media for Bingin Ambe Koripan Agro-tourism, and agro-tourism feel helped by this promotional media because it makes it easier for them to explain agro-tourism to visitors and investors Later.

Abstract

The Central Lombok Agriculture Service is a regional institution that represents the organizers of state affairs under the jurisdiction of the Central Lombok region. Farmer groups in East Praya sub-district, the information process is still manual so something that functions is needed to register farmer groups. With the development of the technological era, it is also developing with the development of network-based technology, which can facilitate the data collection process to provide information. This of course will help rural groups manage and manage organizational strategies to manage the influence of rural groups online. This research resulted in a Farmer Group application designed with features that can be used by administrators and members. Each member has an account to login. Login can be done by entering the credentials by entering the username and password. The development method is usability and web design, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach is used in system design, the black box test method is used in software testing which focuses on the input and output functionality of the application. . With the success of the tests carried out, this information system is expected to help rural groups in Central Lombok to work effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

In the advancement and use of technology, information systems are very important in an institution or agency as an easily accessible work tool. An information system is a formal, sociotechnical and organizational system designed and used as a means for storing, accessing and distributing information. Several studies have analyzed the design of information systems for sharia cooperatives outside the island of Bali, by developing a financial system based on customer data in the city of Madiun. This research is devoted to the Karya Utama Mandiri Cooperative located in Sanggulan BTN Housing, Tabanan, Bali, established in 2005. Currently, cooperative operations are still carried out manually using Excel, which is prone to errors and data loss. The research methods used include interviews, observation, literature recall, and documentation. The result of this research is the development of a website-based information system with important features, such as Customer Master Data Input, Credit Application Validation, Deposit Master Data, Loan Master Data, Outgoing and Incoming Cash Transactions, Cash Adjustment Transactions, Marketing Master Data, Employee Master Data , and KAS Report Data. The implementation of this financial information system at the Karya Utama Mandiri Cooperative has succeeded in facilitating transaction processes, data processing, reporting, and reducing data damage caused by software.

Abstract

Lung-related disorders, including pneumonia, are still among the primary causes of death and illness worldwide, particularly in areas where medical imaging facilities and trained radiologists are scarce. The manual assessment of chest X-ray (CXR) images demands significant time and is prone to subjective interpretation, limiting its scalability for mass screening and early disease identification. To overcome these challenges, this study introduces an automated classification approach utilizing the DenseNet121 convolutional neural network through transfer learning for the detection of lung diseases from CXR scans. The pretrained ImageNet weights were adopted to capture hierarchical visual features efficiently, while overfitting was mitigated using dropout and batch normalization layers. The dataset employed consisted of 1,880 training images and 235 testing images, equally distributed between Normal and Viral Pneumonia categories. Experimental evaluation revealed an overall classification accuracy of 97%, alongside precision, recall, and F1-score metrics of 0.97 each, indicating reliable and balanced model performance. These outcomes suggest that DenseNet121 offers a highly effective foundation for computer-aided diagnostic systems capable of differentiating between healthy and infected lungs with high precision. The proposed framework provides a scalable diagnostic tool suitable for healthcare environments with limited radiological expertise. Future improvements will include expanding toward multi-class disease classification, incorporating explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) techniques to enhance interpretability, and validating the system on larger, more diverse clinical datasets.
