Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the induction program for teachers and school principals at SD Negeri Temperak in improving performance and educational professionalism. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the induction program has been effective in helping new teachers and school principals adapt to their work environment. New teachers who participated in this program experienced increased self-confidence and teaching skills, enabling them to deliver more optimal lessons to students. On the other hand, new school principals gained a better understanding of school management and leadership, which contributed to the improvement of overall school management effectiveness. However, the implementation of the induction program at SD Negeri Temperak still faces several challenges, such as the lack of experienced mentors, limited time, and minimal support from the local government. To address these challenges, this study suggests several strategies, including specialized training for mentors, the use of online learning platforms, more flexible mentoring schedules, and increased collaboration with the local education office to gain better policy and budget support. By implementing these strategies, it is expected that the induction program can run more effectively and sustainably, ultimately improving the quality of education at SD Negeri Temperak.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly impacted the marketing strategies of small and medium enterprises, particularly those engaged in export activities. This study aims to investigate the efficiency of digital marketing and its influence on the financial performance of export-oriented SMEs in Central Java, Indonesia, while also examining the moderating role of digital literacy. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing survey data collected from 200 export-focused SMEs in the region. The findings suggest that the effective implementation of digital marketing can positively impact the financial performance of these SMEs, with digital literacy serving as a critical moderator in strengthening this relationship. The study provides valuable insights for SME owners and policymakers in understanding the importance of digital marketing and digital literacy in enhancing the competitiveness and financial success of export-oriented businesses.

Abstract

Classroom action research using a project based learning model with a power point media creation project on chemical elements aims to improve student learning outcomes. Using the project based learning model can actively involve students in the learning process. Assessment can also be carried out comprehensively, starting from cognitive assessment through pretest and posttest. Assessment of attitudes and skills during student presentations and reflections using appropriate research instruments. The results of this classroom action research gave positive results, seen from the increase in students' pretest and posttest scores. The average pretest score is 23.8% and the average posttest score is 67.7%. For the results of the assessment of student presentations which measured attitudes and skills, the data obtained were material readiness reached 94%, attitude during the presentation reached 91% and questions and answers reached 91%. Student reflection on the learning model provides the following data, students like the project based learning learning model with a percentage of 93%, helps solve questions as much as 57%, more actively explores the material during learning as much as 79%, learning is more effective as much as 57% and increases motivation student learning as much as 86%. Learning outcomes increased significantly for cognitive assessment, attitude assessment and skills assessment, which was very good as well as good reflection from students. From the results of this classroom action research, the project based learning method can be an effective method that can be used in learning that produces a product from students' creative work

Abstract

Hospital is one of type effort for service that is now stays in very tightening emulation climate. Struggle to create recuring business with customeroccupies central point in the effort hospital to exeed at long-range emulation. Service quality and cutomer value becomes thing which necessary for hospital. This research analysis factors influence customer satisfaction to create hospital service reference enthusiasm in Hospital PKU Muhamadiyah Gubug Kabupaten Grobogan.Research problem is existence of gap or debate at antecedent research would consequence and from customer satisfaction. Other problems is thehappening of downdraft of number of outpatients continually at last four months and existence of improvement of number sighs from patient. Respondent in this research 120 patients with sampling method applies acidental sampling. This research applies analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) what implemented through program AMOS as a means of assists its the analysis.Result of research proves that service quality, cutomer value and excellence of product has positive influence and signifikan to customersatisfaction. Hereinafter, customer satisfaction of influence positive and signifikan to hospital service reference enthusiasm. Excelsior service quality and cutomer value has customer satisfaction of excelsior and causes home service reference enthusiasm which excelsior.

Abstract

This paper reviews and extends the literature on entrepreneurs' ethical behavior. Building on previous ethical decision making models, we arguethat the nature of both the entrepreneur and the entrepreneurship context warrant additional theorizing within the ethics literature. We proposethat entrepreneurs face unique internal and external drivers of ethical behavior. Likewise, in the course of engaging in entrepreneurial activities,the entrepreneurs' higher accountability and concern for reputation may read to relatively higher ethical conduct, while the increased uncertaintymay countervail these pressures. We discuss the implications of these tensions and future directions for research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the influence ofattitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior controlto entrepreneurialintention. The data in this study were obtained from student at STIETotalwin Semarang. Results and the theoretical implications of thisresearch is that this study supports previous research that says that theattitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control affect toentrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the influence ofperceived feasibility, perceived desirability, and propensity to acttoentrepreneurial intention. The data in this study were obtained from studentat STIE Totalwin Semarang. Results and the theoretical implications ofthis research is that this study supports previous research that says that theperceived feasibility, perceived desirability, and propensity to act affect toentrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

Despite having been widely studied in traditional services, the effectof service recovery (SFR) on customer loyalty has received only limitedattention. This paper sets out to empirically test the following set ofhypotheses in an flight service. The paper is based on The paper is basedon online survey of actual customers of a flight service. This articleargues that perceptions of justice (distributive, procedural, andinteractional justice) in service recovery influence customer trust &satisfaction towards the service firm, which in turn affects customerloyalty. Customers’ trust and satisfaction in service providers wereproposed to mediate the relationship between perceived justice to servicerecovery efforts and subsequent loyalty intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between work discipline and employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. The independent variable analyzed in this study is work discipline. The dependent variable analyzed in this study is employee performance and motivation as an intervening variable.The sample used in this study were employees at OTI Fried Chicken consisting of 119 respondents. Sampling was done by simple random sampling technique. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method. Data analysis in this study used discriminant validity tests, reliability tests, model quality tests, and hypothesis testing with the help of SmartPLS 3 data processing software. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Discipline has a significant positive effect on motivation, motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The other results of this study are that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. Abstract

Didalam organisasi yang mebutuhkan suatu factor yang mendukung jalanannya suatu organisasi yang baik agar organisasi itu bisa berjalan dan mencapai tujuannya. Untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi tersebut dibutuhkan SDM yang berkualitas. Jika suatu organiasi mempunyai karyawan yang berkualitas itu harus di pertahankan maka dari itu komitmen organisasi itu penting. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational-Based Self Esteem dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang berada di Koperasi Guyub Rukun, Kelurahan Semaki dengan jumlah sampel 150 responden. Hasil peelitian ini didapatkan nilai Fhitung 72,254 > dari Ftabel 3,06 dan hasil sig. 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 hal ini berarti ada hubungan signifikan Organizational-Based Self-Esteem (X1), Budaya Organsasi (X2), kepada variabel dependen Komitmen Organisasi.
