Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa Banaran memiliki program yang bergerak dalam bisnis usaha retail yang menjual berbagai macam kebutuhan pokok. Dalam penataan rak dan produk pada toko masih mengalami permasalahan akibat kurangnya pemahaman dalam penataan produk maupun fasilitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk usaha perbaikan tata letak ritel berdasarkan perilaku konsumen dengan metode Market Basket Analysis dengan menentukan item produk apa saja yang dibeli konsumen secara bersamaan, dengan menghitung nilai support dan confidence. Penerapannya didukung metode Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke dengan pendekatan Activity Relationship Chart untuk mendapatkan alternatif layout yang terbaru dan dapat mengoptimalkan dari penataan ulang tata letak pada toko. Hasil penelitian terkait produk yang ada diletakkan sesuai dengan kategori yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan.

Abstract

Semua industri yang terjun ke dalam dunia bisnis dituntut untuk mampu bersaing dengan baik supaya dapat memenangkan persaingan dan tujuan dari perusahaan tercapai dengan baik. Dalam menghadapi persaingan tersebut diperlukan adanya efisiensi, efektivitas, dan produktivitas yang tepat supaya dapat bersaing secara kompetitif. Alur stasiun kerja di PT. XYZ masih sering terjadi keterlambatan produksi dan terdapat masalah boottleneck pada stasiun kerja CTCP yang disebabkan oleh proses pemeriksaan file yang dikirim oleh editor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas PT. XYZ dengan menggunakan metode Line Balancing dan Kanban. Metode Line Balancing digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan distribusi tugas disepanjang stasiun kerja untuk mengurangi idle time dan meningkatkan efisiensi lintasan produksi. Metode kanban diterapkan untuk mengatur aliran kerja secara visual, memungkinkan prioritas tugas dan mencegah masalah bottleneck. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan Line Balancing dengan line effisien 56,79%, balance delay 62,17%, Smoothness Index 90,23%, takt time 0.0168, jumlah stasiun kerja yang dibulatkan menjadi 9 stasiun kerja. Adanya surat kanban dan papan kanban yang dapat mengaatur proses produksi yang di prioritaskan atau yang harus diproduksi terlebih dahulu.

Abstract

The main challenge is faced by PT. Batik Pirukun is the lack of clarity and lack of marketing strategy information about accurate consumer behavior. therefore researchers are interested in knowing consumers reasons decided to make a purchasing decision at PT Batik Pirukun Makmur. With the right marketing strategy, it is hoped that PT Batik Pirukun will become prosperous able to have loyal consumers and consumers get good products desired. This research aims to examine more deeply the implementation of marketing mix strategies. From the analysis carried out by researchers, the following results were obtained: The variables product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT Batik Pirukun Makmur. PT Batik Pirukun Makmur should further improve product quality because this can influence customers in making purchasing decisions and can increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The average number of patients served by the Grogol Health Center in the general polyclinic is 40 to 45 patients every day. Based on these data, there is a buildup of 7-10 patients, with an average service time of 10 minutes per patient. From the results of further observations, there is a buildup of patients in the general polyclinic of the Grogol Health Center. This study aims to solve the queue problem with the line balancing method and develop an online registration application at the Grogol Health Center that can increase the efficiency of the patient registration process and reduce waiting time. Line Balancing is a method for solving queue system problems. So that the results of this study are the creation of an integrated application and online registration that can reduce waiting time

Abstract

The government encourages industry players to continue to innovate and be sustainable in accordance with the commitment of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia. Industrial sustainability itself requires careful planning such as indicators and strategy formulation. Currently, the large number of industries in various sectors has given rise to fierce competition. The printing industry sector was an industry with significant development of 10 percent since 2019-2024. The purpose of this study was to develop indicators of industrial sustainability that were implemented in the printing sector in Surakarta City. The methods used were the Delphi Method and the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) Method. The respondents of this study were PT Margo Mitro Joyo and PT Putra Nugraha Sentosa. The results of the study can produce 22 indicators of industrial sustainability, while also determining the level of sustainability of the printing sector industry in Surakarta in the good category.

Abstract

Machine maintenance and repair are essential to maintain optimal machine performance. Downtime is a situation where damage occurs to a machine component or when the machine restarts after undergoing a repair or replacement process. CV Madyotomo is a printing company that experienced a total of 20,114 minutes of machine downtime, resulting in a financial loss of Rp 50,285,550. This study aims to design a maintenance system on the Müller Martini 321 stitching machine at CV Madyotomo using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach. The results of the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) analysis show four critical components, namely bearing (RPN 240), v-belt (RPN 189), shaft gear (RPN 175), and support gear (RPN 160). The critical components are bearing, v-belt, shaft gear, and support gear. The application of the RCM method and the integration of the 5R concept has been proven to minimize downtime, extend the life of critical components, and increase the efficiency of the production process

Abstract

Service is an important aspect for the service industry, including hospitals, one of the important aspects in a service is the queue. Siaga Medika Banyumas Hospital provides services with 3 doctors and there are 4 main services at Siaga Medika Banyumas Hospital, namely, registration, doctor services, payment and taking medicine. This research carries out queue simulations using flexsim and line balancing calculations. The results show that the line balancing calculation in the initial state has an average path efficiency of 64.90% with simulation results of 31 patients queuing. calculations after line balancing showed an average path efficiency of 87.17% with simulation results of 37 patients queuing. The alternative of adding 1 new doctor obtained an average path efficiency of 78.80% and made a difference in the number of queues for doctor services to 14 patients.

Abstract

Industri jamu dan obat merupakan industri dengan perkembangan signifikan yaitu menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak 15 juta orang dan terus bertambah seiring dengan minat konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk penyusunan strategi keberlanjutan industri yang diimplementasikan pada sektor jamu dan obat di sekitar Kota Surakarta. Adapun responden dari setiap perusahaan adalah manajer produksi, karyawan, manajer HRD, masyarakat sekitar perusahaan, dan dinas terkait. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Metode Delphi untuk memvalidasi indikator, MCDM untuk mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan terkait strategi keberlanjutan industri jamu dan obat, serta penyusunan rekomendasi dengan kriteria indikator dengan bobot rendah dan nilai keberlanjutan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, nilai keberlanjutan perusahaan A sebesar 0,72 dengan kategori baik, sedangkan nilai keberlanjutan perusahaan B sebesar 0,70 dengan kategori baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa industri jamu pada Perusahaan A dan Perusahaan B memiliki keberlanjutan yang baik. Rekomendasi keberlanjutan industri bagi kedua perusahaan yaitu pembentukan kelompok tani perempuan, pembentukan tim pengelola limbah, pelatihan keterampilan pekerja, koordinasi rutin membahas peraturan pemerintah, dan pemanfaatan media massa untuk mempromosikan produk baru. Abstract[Strategy for Developing Sustainability of Herbs and Medicine Industry using Multi Criteria Decision Making] The herbal medicine and pharmaceutical industry was a significant growth industry, employing 15 million people and continues to grow in line with consumer demand. This study aims to develop an industry sustainability strategy implemented in the herbal medicine and pharmaceutical sector around Surakarta City. Respondents from each company were production managers, employees, HR managers, the community around the company, and relevant agencies. The methods used were the Delphi Method to validate indicators, MCDM to support the decision-making process related to the sustainability strategy of the herbal medicine and pharmaceutical industry, and the preparation of recommendations with indicators with low weight and high sustainability value criteria. The results showed that the sustainability value of company A was 0.72, categorized as good, while the sustainability value of company B was 0.70, categorized as good. Therefore, it can be concluded that the herbal medicine industry in Company A and Company B has good sustainability. Recommendations for industrial sustainability for both companies include the formation of women's farmer groups, the formation of waste management teams, worker skills training, regular coordination to discuss government regulations, and the use of mass media to promote new products.Keywords: sustainability industry; developing strategy; MCDM
