Abstract

Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program in Ngraji Village, Purwodadi District, Grobogan Regency aims at poverty reduction. This thesis leads to how to implement the Family Hope Program in Ngraji Village. The subjects in this study were companions of the family hope program, heads of ngraji villages, family beneficiaries (KPM) of the family hope program, and heads of family hope program groups. This research was analyzed using the theory of implementation developed by George C. Edward III which refers to indicators of Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. This type of research is Descriptive Qualitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, documentaries and informant determination techniques carried out by Snowball Sampling. The results showed that the communication variables carried out by the companion of the family hope program had been carried out smoothly. Group meetings are held regularly, but in consistency the KUBE (Joint Business Group) program has not been implemented in Ngraji village. Variable resources, assistance staff owned by PKH have carried out their duties well, PKH facilities have been established, namely beneficiary families get automated teller machine cards and can be picked up at E-waroeng. The authority of Ngraji Village in implementing the family hope program has an important role in the running of the program. Disposition variables, the commitment of family program assistants has provided effective and efficient services, the provision of incentives to PKH assistants is given through the Regional Budget (APBD) of Grobogan Regency. The variables of bureaucratic structure, meknism are in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs Number 1 of 2018 and the fragmentation or spread of responsibility carried out by ngraji villages is less firm in stopping family hope program assistance Keywords : Communication, Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure

Abstract

Infrastructure development plays a crucial role in a region, especially in rural areas. It offers numerous benefits such as improving the local economy, the well-being of the community, and, most importantly, eradicating poverty on the path to Indonesia's progress. This research aims to describe the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2021 regarding Infrastructure Development in the Giriwoyo Village, Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency. In this study, the researcher employed a qualitative descriptive method based on Edward III's theory (1980:1) with indicators: sommunication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2021 on Infrastructure Development in Giriwoyo Village, Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency, can be considered relatively good based on these four indicators. However, it is unfortunate that, during interviews, some community members still did not have a clear understanding of Regional Regulation No. 21 of 2019, which serves as the foundation for implementing infrastructure development policies in Giriwoyo Village. Therefore, it is recommended that the local government in the area be more detailed in their efforts to disseminate information about these programs to the community to ensure a better understanding. Abstract

The implementation of e-government can enhance efficiency, transparency, and public participation. In line with this, the Ngawi Regency government has started implementing e- government at the village level through the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application. The aim of this research is to describe the success of the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application program through the evaluation of the SRIGATI application program at the Widodaren Village Office, Ngawi Regency. The SRIGATIapplication is used by the community to access information about the village, such as events and activities in Widodaren Village, or to access Widodaren Village data.The success of the implementation of the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application is measured through the Nurcholis evaluation indicators, which consist of input, process, output, and outcome. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results of this research can be summarized as follows The implementation of the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application at the Widodaren Village Office is not yet satisfactory. In the input indicator, the implementation of the SRIGATI application can be considered quite good, although there are still many things that need improvement, such as the need for direct socialization to the Widodaren Village community. In the process indicator, it is considered good, but there are challenges with the operator during the operation of the SRIGATI application. In the output indicator, the results are not yet satisfactory because the community is not satisfied with the implementation of the SRIGATI application at the Widodaren Village Office. Meanwhile, in the outcome indicator, the impact of the SRIGATI application is perceived as not yet significant.

Abstract

Tourism village development is a process that forces ways to develop or advance touristvillages. One of the tourist villages that implements village development as a tourist attractionis the jamus tea plantation in Girikerto Village which is analyzed using four indicatorsaccording to. Cooper (2015:159) which consists of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity(Supporting Facilities) and Ancillary (Supporting Institutions).The aim of this research is todescribe the development of the Tourism Village in Girikerto village so that it can attracttourists. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with datacollection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysistechniques used are data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The resultsof this research show that at the Jamus Tea Plantation a deer breeding area was built andthere is a new photo spot vehicle called the sky ladder photo spot. 1) In terms of cleanlinessattractiveness indicators that still need to be improved. 2) In terms of accessibility indicators,the road to the Jamus Tea Plantation is damaged and has not yet been repaired, but signs forthe road to the tourist attraction have been provided. 3) In the amenity indicators at the JamusTea Plantation in 2023, accommodation and cafes will begin to be developed. However, whatis hampering the availability of facilities at the Jamus Tea Garden is the lack of funding. Abstract

Karanganyar Regency carries out integrated service policy responsibilities organized by the One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service (DPMPTSP). This service is a digital-based non-business licensing service called SIMPEL (Electronic Service System). Practically, people manage their service needs all through an electronic service system. Through the SIMPEL service system, all non-business licensing arrangements can be carried out more easily, quickly, precisely and efficiently.The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This research aims to describe the quality of non-business licensing services through a simple application at the Karanganyar Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service using the theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman, Berry (in Hardiansyah (2011:41)). This model states that the success of service quality is determined by 5 indicators which serve as benchmarks for measuring service quality, these indicators are physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy In the results of research on real variables (physical evidence) based on the information used in obtaining permits which is quite easy, researchers also found that the ease of access to information available on the SIMPEL website is said to be good. In the Reliability variable, employees have followed the SOP as a work guide, and understand what information will be conveyed by the public as service users. In the Responsiveness variable, employees serve service users quickly and respond to every online and online service user. offline. In the Assurance variable, it can be said that the cost indicators and security guarantees are good and the employees are polite, courteous and friendly. The Emphaty indicator in prioritizing the interests of service users is said to be quite good, as can be seen from the statements of informants interviewed by researchers in the field. Informants expressed satisfaction with the service on this indicator. It can be concluded that all indicators carried out by researchers have worked well. Apart from that, it is recommended to DPMPTSP Karanganyar to further maximize employee performance and improve services that are already running well in accordance with the SOP and objectives of DPMPTSP Karanganyar Regency.  Keywords: Service quality, Licensing, SIMPEL Implementation

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Community Satisfaction Index for motor vehicle tax services at the Surakarta City Public Service Mall. This research is quantitative research using descriptive research methods which are analyzed using the Community Satisfaction Index analysis technique. This research uses the Service Triangle theory proposed by Alberch and Zemke which is measured using 10 indicators divided into these three aspects. This research was conducted at the Surakarta City Public Service Mall in January 2024. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research are Questionnaires, Documentation and Literature Study. From the research results, it was found that the highest interval value or average value of the aspects depicted in the Service Triangle was 3.62 and the lowest interval value or average value was 3.51. These values ​​are found in the aspects: Service Strategy 3.56 is included in the "Very Good" performance category, Service System 3.51 is included in the "Good" performance category, Human Resources 3.62 is included in the "Very Good" performance category. Overall the Public Satisfaction Index for Motor Vehicle Tax Services at Public Service Malls reached 3.56 with a conversion value of 88.88 which is included in the "A" or "Very Good" category. Abstract

One of the problems currently being faced is the problem of increasing numbers of people living with HIV/AIDS (Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome). Surakarta Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2014 concerning the Prevention and Management of HIV/AIDS in the City of Surakarta is the first step for the Surakarta City Government to address the problem of the number of new HIV/AIDS cases in the City of Surakarta which are still emerging. The Surakarta City Health Service is the implementing element for government affairs in the health sector. This research aims to describe the implementation of Surakarta City Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2014 concerning the Prevention and Management of HIV/AIDS in the Surakarta City Health Service. In this research, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection methods in this research were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. And using Edward III's theory (1980) with indicators of communication, resources, disposition, bureaucratic structure. The results of the research show that the implementation of Surakarta Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2014 concerning the Prevention and Control of HIV/AIDS in the Surakarta City Health Service is seen from four indicators, namely communication indicators have been implemented well and clearly, disposition indicators have been implemented well, bureaucratic structure indicators have been implemented. in accordance with the SOP and resource indicators are quite good but the results of interviews in the facilities section are inadequate. Therefore, it is necessary to improve facilities to facilitate HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities.

Abstract

Leadership in an organization is considered a turning point and central in improving employee performance. A leader's approach to directing, motivating, and managing a team can be achieved through leadership style. Moreover, work motivation also becomes a driving factor in enhancing employee performance within an institution or company. PT. BPR BKK TASIKMADU (Perseroda) Jumantono branch has experienced changes in target achievements in each period, which sparked the researcher’s interest in conducting this study. The objective of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation variables on employee performance at PT. BPR BKK TASIKMADU (Perseroda) Jumantono branch, Karanganyar Regency. This research uses a quantitative method, utilizing leadership style theory by Kartini Katono, work motivation theory by Abraham Maslow, and employee performance theory by Robbins. The study includes the entire population, which consists of 16 employees of PT. BPR BKK TASIKMADU (Perseroda) Jumantono branch. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show a strong relationship between leadership style and work motivation. Leadership style obtained a t-value of 6.085, while work motivation scored 2.727, indicating that both variables significantly influence employee performance. Leadership style and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance, with an F-value of 35.143.

Abstract

Indonesia is included in the list of countries with poor nutritional status, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). In 2019, the stunting rate in Indonesia was 27.6%. As a multidimensional problem, stunting requires cross-sectoral solutions. At the regional level, Indonesia has a Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN), which is specifically tasked with solving this problem. One area with a history of success in overcoming stunting in Indonesia is Sukoharjo Regency. This research examines the role of the government in Sukoharjo Regency, through the BKKBN, in making various efforts to reduce stunting rates. The research method is qualitative research with an empirical approach. Research data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using interactive analysis techniques. The research results found that the main steps taken were: deploying family cadres to socialize about gynecological health with prospective brides and grooms. The government utilizes technical and strategic regulations and carries out budgetary interventions to maximize the reduction in stunting rates.

Abstract

Pelaku UMKM, mengalami keterpurukan akibat Pandemi Covid 19, pemerintah wajib membangkitkan kembali UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi upaya resiliensi UMKM di Manahan pada masa pandemi dan keterlibatan Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Surakarta. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Dinas  Koperasi dan UKM Kota Surakarta dan Kalurahan Manahan, Surakarta. Responden dipilih secara purposif pada Pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan UKM dan pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Manahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian  kualitatif diskriptif dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan upaya resiliensi UMKM dan upaya pemerintah melalui Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Surakarta dalam permberdayaan tersebut. Data sekunder dan primer didapatkan di Kantor Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Surakarta dan Kalurahan Manahan Surakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaku UMKM di Manahan cukup resilien. Tidak semua pelaku UMKM tersentuh pemberdayaan dari Dinas Koperasi UKM Kota Surakarta. Umumnya pelaku UMKM di Manahan menyatakan tidak mendapatkan akses permodalan dari Dinas, tidak mendapatkan pelatihan ketrampilan yang dibutuhkan, tidak memiliki perijinan usaha, dan akses jejaring yang terbatas. Meskipun demikian para pelaku UMKM berharap bila ada bantuan pemerintah melaui Dinas Koperasi UKM dapat berupa akses modal, akses pasar dan pendampingan usaha. UMKM di Manahan berupaya bangkit secara mandiri selama dan pasca pandemi. Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Surakarta dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya menyesuaikan dengan kebijakan pemerintah yang lebih luas. Sumberdaya pemerintah Kota Surakarta teralihkan untuk penanganan Covid19 demikian juga anggaran untuk Dinas Koperasi dan UKM. Segala kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan UMKM tidak dapat dilaksanakan. Upaya pertolongan pada UMKM sebatas menyalurkan bantuan dari Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM berupa bahan pokok kepada pelaku UKM. Kegiatan pemberdayaan UMKM baru mulai kembali setelah Pandemi mereda pada skala yang terbatas.
