Abstract

The main objective of this study is to know the supervision and law enforcement in the management of fisheries resources in WPPNRI 713, Central Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted in September - October 2022. The sample used was a sample of the WPPNRI 713 Fishermen community in Donggala Regency. This study uses a qu(2024)alitative method. Data collection by means of sampling includes observation activities, in-depth interview techniques, questionnaires and documentation studies. Using Descriptive Qualitative data analysis method with percentage distribution tabulation. The results of the research show that the supervision of fish resource management in WPPNRI 713, especially in the province of Sulawesi, has not been maximized, the institutions have not been maximized, the FADs have not been arranged and while the use of fishing gear has shown compliance of around 50% more in accordance with laws and regulations.

Abstract

Fisheries Management Area (FMA) 716 Sulawesi Sea and FMA 713 Makassar Strait are known as fishing ground for economically important fish. The research purpose for skipjack tuna (K. pelamis 1758) resources in a sustainable manner in the Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) management regime dimensions, usingsurvey method through observation, measurement and direct interviews at Ogotua Beach Fishing Port. The results of the analysis for the Fox model with MSY, Eopt and TAC values of 650.16 tons, 3370 trips and 520.13 tons respectively.

Abstract

Ayam hasil persilangan antara ayam lokal jantan dengan ayam ras petelur betina menghasilkan keturunan yang dikenal sebagai ayam kampung super. Kualitas pakan yang diberikan memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kesehatan serta efisiensi kerja organ pencernaan ayam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penggunaan Caulerpa feed supplement (CFS) dalam pakan terhadap performa organ pencernaan ayam kampung super. Penelitian menggunakan 90 ekor ayam kampung super dayold chick (DOC). Desain penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari: (R0) ransum basal sebagai kontrol; (R1) 99% ransum basal + 1% CFS; (R2) 98% ransum basal + 2% CFS; (R3) 97% ransum basal + 3% CFS; (R4) 96% ransum basal + 4% CFS; dan (R5) 95% ransum basal + 5% CFS. Variabel amatan yaitu panjang dan bobot saluran pencernaan (proventrikulus, gizzard, usus halus (duodenum, jejunum, ileum), sekum, dan usus besar. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap panjang dan bobot relatif proventrikulus, gizzard, duodenum, jejunum dan sekum,  berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap bobot relatif ileum dan sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap bobot relatif usus besar. Penggunaan CFS  dengan level 1–4% dalam pakan dapat memengaruhi organ pencernaan, khusus pada ileum dan usus besar.
