Abstract

Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Dalam Pembinaan UMKM Pada Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian dan penulisan ini membahas hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan Impelementasi Kebijakan dalam Pembinaan UMKM Pada Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian dengan teori Merilee S. Grindle yaitu Isi kebijakan terdiri dari Kepentingan kelompok sasaran, Tipe Manfaat, Derajat Perubahan yang diinginkan, Letak pengambilan keputusan, pelaksanaan program, sumberdaya yang dilibatkan. Lingkungan Impelementasi terdiri dari Kekuasaan, kepentinganm dan strategi aktor yang terlibat, karakteristik Lembaga dan penguasaan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui pengamatan dan observasi, wawancara, studi keperpustakaan dan dokumentasi, sumber data diperoleh dari informan melalui pengamatan dan wawancara secara langsung dan dokumen diperoleh dalam bentuk hasil wawancara dan pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Impelementasi kebijakan Dalam Pembinaan UMKM Pada Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian Kabupaten subang sudah efektif pada Tipe manfaat, Derajat perubahan yang diinginkan, Letak pengambilan keputusan, Pelaksanaan program, Sumberdaya yang dilibatkan, Karakteristik Lembaga dan penguasan, kepatuhan dan daya tangkap, sedangkan pada kepentingan kelompok sasaran, kekuasaan, kepentingan, dan strategi aktor yang terlibat, belum efektif. The purpose of the authors of this research is to determine the implementation of policies in the development of UMKM at the Cooperatives, UMKM, Trade, and Industry Office of Subang Regency. This research and writing discusses matters related to the implementation of policies in the development of UMKM at the Cooperatives, UMKM, Trade and Industry offices with the Merilee S. decision making, program implementation, the resources involved. The implementation environment consists of the power, interests and strategies of the actors involved, the characteristics of the institution and the power. In this study, using a qualitative approach through observation and observation, interviews, library research and documentation, data sources were obtained from informants through direct observation and interviews and documents were obtained in the form of interviews and data processing. The results showed that the implementation of policies in the development of UMKM at the Office of Cooperatives, UMKM, Trade, and Industry of Subang Regency was effective on the type of benefit, the degree of change desired, the location of decision making, program implementation, the resources involved, the characteristics of the institution and the mastery, compliance and capturing power, while in the interests of the target group, the power, interests and strategies of the actors involved, it is not yet effective.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the extent of macroeconomic instability, which has the characteristics of a financial crisis and inflation. To test the hypothesis, researchers use fixed effects and random effects estimators to assess the presence of individual and temporal effects. Macroeconomic fundamentals, especially the risk of devaluation and a drop in economic activity can be seen as early warning signs of banks becoming less solvent. They also play a big role in explaining how deposits changed during the crisis. Our findings highlight the unique features of the convertible monetary regime, reinforcing the belief that debtors will enjoy permanent protection against devaluation risks. This perception encourages the dollarization of bank portfolios, thereby increasing the financial system's solvency risks. There is also evidence that the regulatory framework in this area is weak when it comes to the financial system's exposure to devaluation risks and public debt risks. This is especially true when it comes to an institutional framework that makes it hard for government funding to be changed into other currencies. We find that inflation is a very persistent process during periods of high inflation. However, with the decline in inflation after the implementation of the convertibility regime, its persistence reduced significantly. The results show that non-rational persistence is currently not very high, suggesting that the costs of designing the economy should not be either. We find that univariate models tend to perform better over very short horizons. The results suggest that there may be advantages to using a combination of different models, provided they are informative about the relationship between inflation and its short- and long-run determinants.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze income inequality and subjective welfare in a region. This study uses microdata from household surveys to calculate income inequality. We conducted this survey using an identical questionnaire with a sample of adults. The sample size is around 100. One of the main findings of this study is that regions that were traditionally considered to have greater inequality no longer have this attribute when compared to regional and global levels. This reflects a shift in the pattern of inequality in the region. A positive correlation was also found between income inequality and subjective well-being, as well as a curve when comparing subjective well-being inequality with products. These results suggest that there is a complex relationship between these factors in the context of inequality. However, when compared with the level of subjective well-being, there is a very negative relationship, which may indicate an individual's preference to live in areas that are more egalitarian in terms of well-being. This indicates that subjective well-being perceptions are also influenced by factors other than income, such as access to facilities and services. Although these results are interesting, it is important to remember that this study has problems and limitations in terms of the survey and methods used. Therefore, these results should be interpreted with caution and can serve as a basis for further research to understand more deeply the relationship between income inequality, subjective well-being, and other factors that influence perceived well-being.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and describe the behavior of a group of people who consume craft beverages. We will conduct this research using a type of ethnography known as particularistic ethnography. We will use qualitative research techniques like group meetings and in-depth interviews in this research. In the analysis of men's mind maps, the words friends and food appeared most frequently, indicating that men associate drinking craft beverages with strong relationships with friends and consume them in a relaxed and informal setting, often accompanied by food consumption. On the other hand, in the analysis of women's mind maps, although the compartments are similar to men's with the dominance of the word friend, the difference lies in the consistent use of pink in writing words, especially friendship. This suggests that women associate craft beverages with camaraderie with friends in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Both men and women equated craft beverages with femininity. They describe these characteristics as being informal, wearing jeans, having a friendly attitude, and having positive energy. This suggests that craft beverage typically evokes an informal and relaxed atmosphere, lacking the structure of other products or services. This shows that consumers see craft beverages as fun, warm, and suitable for enjoying in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Craft beverages and social interactions between friends have a strong connection, and drinking craft beverages occurs in a relaxed and laughter-filled atmosphere.

Abstract

This study aims to identify features for stock market value predictions based on time series grouping. This research uses various data sets for different activities. We have the balance sheet data set, which includes a series of quarterly balance sheets. Next, there is the ratio data set. The clustering data set consists of a series of daily prices. There are two data sets for testing activities: pilot forecasts and investments with daily data, projections, and investments. To speed up the development and exploration of different methods, testing begins with a subset of the data, with additional shares of witnesses. This research uses ARIMA and artificial neural networks to predict stock prices. Predicted results provide an investment strategy that compares the results obtained with what happens, resulting in generally positive profits. The capacity of artificial neural networks to manage non-linearities in financial data explains this. Second, many experiments demonstrate that not all data can be utilized using predicting techniques. These results indicate that improved estimations do not always result from more significant data. Forecast accuracy and performance on the test set will likely be negatively impacted by noise and competing signals introduced by data from unrelated stocks. Put another way, by including unrelated data, the information about the action supplied by the group of which it is a member is obscured. As such, the forecasts more closely align with the market's average behavior than with the performance of a specific stock.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang dampak dari digitalisasi terhadap pemasaran musik. Dengan munculnya sarana untuk distribusi musik secara online, terjadi pergeseran yang besar di dalam industri musik secara keseluruhan. Ditribusi tersebut berdampak ke luapan musik dan artis baru yang di pasarkan setiap harinya, mengakibatkan saturasi market yang berlebih. Dengan prubahan yang sangat signifikan di dalam kuantitas dan sarana distribusi musik, pemasaran berubah fokus dari penjualan offline dan fokus dalam penjualan musik itu sendiri, ke penguatan identitas merek artis tersebut. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi komunikasi pemasaran dan juga cara pembentukan identitas merek untuk musisi maupun label musik yang dapat di implementasikan di pasar musik Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan analisa triangulasi akan kajian literatur, obervasi, dan wawancara terhadap lima informan diantaramya yaitu pengelola, pelaku dan pengamat musik demi mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai sudut pandang akan implementasi komunikasi pemasaran, dan identifikasi serta pembentukan identitas merek. Berdasarkan hasil pengelolaan data, diketahui bahwa Industri musik di Indonesia terbagi dua yaitu label major dan label independen. Pentingnya dalam membangun identitas merek adalah untuk dapat menargetkan pasar, serta memposisikan merek, dan faktor utama terciptanya imej yang khas pada pandangan konsumen. Karena keragaman dan variasi dari industri musik. Kini sebuah merek harus mempunyai Unique Selling Point, karena hal tersebut dapat menjadi aspek pembeda antar merek dengan merek yang lainnya. Pengimplementasian komunikasi pemasaran terpadu yang digunakan oleh industri musik pada kedua label (major label dan independen label) dilakukan menggunakan pemanfaatan sosial media sebagai pilihan utama dalam mempromosikan brand beserta kegiatan pemasarannya. Kata Kunci: Identitas Merek, Komunikasi Pemasaran, Pemasaran Musik Abstract This study will discuss the impact of digitalization on music marketing. With the emerging means for online music distribution, there has been a major shift in the music industry as a whole. The distribution resulted in a flood of new music and artists being marketed every day, resulting in oversaturation in the market. With a very significant change in the quantity and means of distribution of music, marketing efforts shifted focus from offline sales and the focus on selling the music itself, to strengthening brand identity of the artist. This study aims to determine the implementation of marketing communications and also how to form brand identities for musicians and music labels that can be implemented in the Indonesian music market. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with triangulation analysis of literature review, observation, and interviews with five informants, namely, music managers and observers in order to collect information from various points of view, implement marketing communications, and find out and build brand identity. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the music industry in Indonesia is divided into two, namely major labels and independent labels. The importance of building an identity is to be able to target the market, as well as to position the brand, and the main factor in creating a distinctive image in the eyes of consumers. Due to the diversity and variety of the music industry, now, a brand or an artist must have a Unique Selling Point, because this can be a differentiating aspect between one artist to another. The implementation of integrated marketing communications used by the music industry on both labels (major label and independent label) is carried out using social media as the main tool in promoting the brand and its marketing activities. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ada di Sudin Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengolahan data statistik deskriptif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Peneliti melakukan observasi langsung ke lapangan, guna dapat melihat secara langsung kondisi yang sebenarnya terjadi di Sudin Disnakertrans. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 77 karyawan yang ada di Sudin Disnakertrans. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah Beban kerja menunujukkan hasil bahwa nilai t hitung lebih kecil daripada nilai t tabel (0.590 < 1.971) atau Sig <α (0,557 > 0,05) yang mana hal ini menunjukan bahwa beban kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan dengan demikian H1 pun ditolak. Lingkungan Kerja Fisik menunjukkan hasil bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (7.940 > 1.971) atau Sig < α (0.000 < 0.05) yang mana hal ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan dengan demikian H2 pun diterima. Kata kunci: Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Kinerja Karyawan, Sudin Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work and work environment had on the performance of employees in the South Jakarta Sub-Department of Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Administration. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive statistical data processing techniques. This research method uses the type of field research (field research). Researchers made direct observations in the field, in order to be able to see firsthand the actual conditions that occurred in the Manpower and Transmigration Sub- Department. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 77 employees in the Manpower and Transmigration Sub-Department. The conclusion of the study is that the workload shows the result that the t-count value is smaller than the t-table value (0.590 < 1.971) or Sig <α (0.557 > 0.05) which indicates that the workload does not significantly affect employee performance, Thus H1 was rejected. Physical Work Environment shows that the arithmetic value is greater than the table (7.940 > 1.971) or Sig < (0.000 < 0.05) which indicates that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performanc, and thus H2 is accepted.
