Abstract

In online learning, an attitude of responsibility is needed in the learning process. Today, the attitude of responsibility in students is reduced. This study aims to look at the student's responsible attitude towards online learning in the interactive multimedia development course. This research is descriptive, namely research to describe the symptoms, phenomena, or facts studied by describing the independent variables, without intending to connect or compare. Data collection techniques using a Google Form questionnaire. The population in this study were students who were taking Interactive Multimedia courses totaling 167 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using a descriptive percentage technique. The results of this study indicate that a very good attitude of responsibility in online interactive multimedia learning is related to aspects of punctuality in collecting assignments and knowing the lecture schedule, aspects of revising work and doing all assignments independently, aspects of using original ideas, and do not do plagiarism works. While the attitude of responsibility that is still lacking in online interactive multimedia learning is related to aspects of participation in online class forum discussions and providing suggestions or input on the work of colleagues, aspects of using illustrations/drawings themselves. So that we get the results that there are aspects of the attitude of responsibility related to social responsibility that is still lacking, while individual responsibility is quite good.

Abstract

Research Problems: The only way to master swimming skills is to practice dominated by practice. As a result, the duration of practice in swimming courses takes up time to learn theory. The development of teaching materials based on the Learning Management System (LMS) is the right choice for assisting students in practising practice. Research Objectives: This development research aims to test the effectiveness of using LMS-based teaching materials called sinau digital unesa to improve students' knowledge of swimming material. Methods: The ADDIE development model was completed at each stage. Testing of the development results was carried out on 97 first-semester students who took swimming courses. The feasibility of the development product was validated by material experts and learning media. The implementation of teaching materials was tested for effectiveness using a one-group pretest-post-test design. The research instrument used a knowledge test. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and t-tests. Results: The product feasibility test by experts on the development results showed that the feasibility value of the lecture plan (RPS) was 95% (very feasible), the learning content was 95% (very feasible), the media in the LMS was 95% (very feasible), and the LMS teaching materials based on the material were 94.4% (very feasible). The results of the implementation of the development product show that the results of the development of teaching materials can significantly increase student knowledge (t = 3.19, p = 0.002) by 6.54%. Conclusion: It is concluded that LMS-based teaching materials can help students improve their knowledge of swimming material.

Abstract

Challenges facing higher education in photography remain the perennial difficulty of ensuring that the students deeply understand the technical and aesthetic concepts. Prior studies have found that many students still do not grasp the ideas of lighting techniques, composition, and camera operation. The problems directly affect the quality of their photographic products. An innovative learning medium that is highly visually attractive and can actively engage students in the learning process is required to rectify this situation. This study, therefore, designs an interactive multimedia-based instructional medium whose development is integrated with a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) approach to improve photography education at the higher education level. The model used for development is the Lee & Owens model, consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The choice of this model was based on its relevance to multimedia development, which highlights structured content and real-world outcomes. The developed media underwent validation by media experts and content experts and through individual checks in small groups and field testing. Results of the validation placed it at very good and feasible for use, affirming the proposition that integrating interactive multimedia and PjBL effectively supports photography learning, increases student engagement, and produces meaningful and contextual educational experiences.

Abstract

Abstract

This research investigated the impact of the Meta Virtual Project-based Networked Learning (Meta VPNL) model on student performance within a virtual learning environment (VLE) in the subject of The Development of Audio/Radio Media at the State University. The study aimed to address the problem of low student engagement and practical skills development in traditional VLEs. By integrating meta-learning, project-based learning (PjBL), and networked learning, the Meta VPNL model sought to enhance student engagement, collaboration, practical skills, and self-regulation. Qualitative data were collected through reflective journals, focus groups, and observations. The findings indicated that the Meta VPNL model significantly increased student engagement and motivation due to its hands-on, real-world projects. Students developed better collaboration and communication skills, with many reporting improved teamwork and problem-solving abilities. Practical skills related to the subject also showed marked improvement, demonstrating the model's effectiveness in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. Furthermore, students exhibited increased self-regulation and meta-learning skills, becoming more autonomous learners. Despite these positive outcomes, challenges in time management and balancing coursework were noted, highlighting the need for additional support. The study suggests practical actions for educators, institutions, and students to enhance the learning experience. Integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into the Meta VPNL model could offer personalized learning experiences and facilitate effective collaboration, presenting an exciting opportunity for future improvement. The Meta VPNL model proved a practical approach for enhancing student performance in VLEs.

Abstract

This study evaluates learning in training activities on applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in formative assessment for Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) teachers, especially at MTs NU Trate Gresik. The training evaluation used the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model approach to identify the learning effectiveness at each training stage. The findings show that in the context aspect, there is a significant gap between conventional evaluation practices and the need for technology-based assessments. The input aspect shows that the training has been designed contextually with expert support and technology such as Quizizz AI Generator and adaptive Google Forms. The interactive training process involved high participation despite facing technical obstacles that were successfully overcome through intensive mentoring. The product aspect shows a fundamental transformation in learning evaluation in the classroom, marked by increased teachers’ abilities in designing and implementing AI-based assessments. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a significant increase in teacher evaluation competency, from an average score of 60.98 to 83.98 in the post-test (p=0.000). This finding indicates that the training improves conceptual knowledge and facilitates changes in assessment practices towards a more diagnostic, adaptive, and reflective approach. Thus, this training strengthens teacher capacity in supporting the digital transformation of education in the madrasah.
