Abstract

This study aims to find out the deep on the education in Madrasah Mu'allimaat Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta which covers: (1) education on spiritual quotient; (2) education on adversity quotient; and (3) the implication of the spiritual quotient and the adversity quotient education for the students. This research is qualitative research through descriptive qualitative. Research subjects taken as the sample are:a) Madrasah stakeholders; and b) Students. The results of this study shows: (1) the transformation of religiosity values; (2) the transformation of adversity quotient values:a) students be patient, that is refraining when facing the problems and trying to find solution; b) be optimistic and have a resilient spirit.

Abstract

Family resilience is very important for minority Muslim societies. The family and environmental factors become the main thing. The role of parent and community leaders is one of the keys to the success of strengthening religious aspects for minority Muslims. This research will seek to answer the questions about how to strengthen religious education for family security among minority Muslims. This research approach used a descriptive narrative. It related the life experience of a person or group which was important data of explaining the meaning of the phenomenon to be studied. The participants of this research were the parents and community leaders of Banjarasri Kulon Progo village of Yogyakarta which total were 12 persons. The data collection techniques used: (1) observation; (2) in-depth interviews. Data analysis used analytical coding, where this analysis described the story, chronologically the events that become a turning point with the stages of data organization, reading, describing data in codes and themes, classification of data, interpreting data, and presenting data. The research findings related to strengthening the values of religious education in Muslim minority families carried out in three ways, namely: (1) strengthening in the field of creed and morals; (2) strengthening in education, and (3) strengthening in economics.

Abstract

Manusia mempunyai sifat dasar kikir dan menyayangi apa yang menjadi miliknya. Saking kikirnya manusia, dia tetap tidak mau melepaskan barang miliknya walaupun barang tersebut tidak digunakan lagi. Artikel ini membahas cara untuk menumbuhkan rasa filantropi (peduli) kepada sesama melalui program shadaqah barang bekas. Sasaran utamanya adalah para jamaah dan santri Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) di Musholla Tombo Ati di Kelurahan Patangpuluhan, Kecamatan Wirobrajan, Kotamadya Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode mauidhatul hasanah yaitu berupa ajakan kepada kebaikan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah semua jamaah dan santri di TPA Musholla Tombo Ati ikut berpartisipasi dan merespon positif serta ikut berpartisipasi aktif dalam program ini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the values of religiosity in the novel “Bulan Terbelah di Langit di Amerika”  (BTDLA) and its  values of moral/character education contained of the novel.The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature review approach. This research is a library research, with the primary data source is the novel BTDLA by Hanum Salsabila Rais Rangga Almahendra, and the secondary data sources are books, articles relevant to religious values, and research journals related to the novel. The data was collected by using literary research techniques. The technique used in this study was critical reading and content analysis.The results of this study indicate that there are religious values in the BTDLA novel and its relevance to the values of character education (morals), namely: (1) there is a good relationship between humans and God, humans with humans, humans with the environment, and society; (2) the relationship between humans and God is good and also depends on how humans treat other humans; (3) Learn about the values of caring for others, respecting differences, and remaining peaceful and prosperous without any debate and upholding religious tolerance, without tarnishing one's own beliefs or those of others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine in depth the problems of this research, namely: (1) the pattern of character values education of students based on ISMUBA values at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bambannglipuro Bantul during the covid 19 pandemic; (2) the impact of education on student character values based on ISMUBA values of the transformation of student character values in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bambannglipuro Bantul during the covid 19 pandemic era.This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach, and the informants needed in this study include: (1) the Principal of the School I person; (2) Deputy Principal for student affairs 1 person; (3) ISMUBA teachers 3 people; (4) 5 students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bambang Lipura Bantul Yogyakarta; and (4) 1 Educational Personnel.Researchers of this study used qualitative data analysis with simultaneous data collection, interpretation of data and conclusions that had been obtained were continuously strengthened and verified until the end of the study in order to answer the problems in this study.The result of this study shows that after students received the pattern of character values education based on ISMUBA values of the Covid 19 pandemic era is useful for increasing the students' character values, namely: having faith, integrity, having resilience and being beneficial to oneself, family and others. Tujuan penelitian ini, adalah untuk mengkaji secara mendalam terhadap permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, yakni: (1) pola pendidikan nilai-nilai karakter siswa berbasis nilai-nilai  ISMUBA di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bambannglipuro Bantul pada masa pandemi covid 19;  (2)  tantangan dan manfaat pendidikan nilai-nilai karakter siswa berbasis nilai-nilai ISMUBA terhadap transformasi nilai-nilai karakter Peserta Didik di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bambannglipuro Bantul pada masa pandemi covid 19.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif kualitatif, dan informan yang diperlukan, dalam penelitian ini meliputi: (1) Kepala Sekolah Sekolah I orang; (2) Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang kesiswaan 1 orang; (3) Guru ISMUBA 3 orang; (4) Siswa SMK Muhammadiyah  1 Bambang Lipura Bantul Yogyakarta sebanyak 5 orang; dan (4) Karyawan/Tenaga Kependidikan 1 orang.Peneliti dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa data bersifat kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data secara serempak, interpretasi data dan simpulan-simpulan yang telah diperoleh diperkuat secara terus-menerus dan diverifikasi sampai dengan akhir penelitian guna menjawab permasalahan dalam penelitian ini.Hasil dari peneltian ini, menunjukkan bahwa setelah siswa menerima pola Pendidikan Nilai-nilai karakter berbasis nilai-nilai ISMUBA pada era pandemi Covid 19 bermanfaat terhadap peningkatan nilai-nilai karakter siswa, yakni: beriman, berintegritas, memiliki daya lenting (resiliensi) dan bermanfaat terhadap diri sendiri, keluarga dan orang lain

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out in-depth the education pattern of school cultural values to increase the students’ character values of Muhammadiyah School in Bangunjiwo Kasihan Bantul of the Covid 19 Pandemic era. This research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this research showed that: The Pattern of School Cultural Education in School of Muhammadiyah in Bangunjiwo Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta of the Covid 19 pandemic era covers: (1) Reading Culture the Qur'an and general science; (2) Dhuha qiyamul lail prayer; (3) Praying of Jama'ah, Dhuhur, and Asar to train students regularly in congregation in a mosque around the school or the students’ home that it becomes a habit. (4) Smile, Greetings, Greetings, Polite and Polite Habits, (5) fasting (Sunnah Monday-Thursday or fasting the obligatory Ramadhan.  After obtaining a regular school culture, students got the transformation of character values, namely: (1) the culture of reading Al-Qur'an sharpens faith and faith as well as general science which is useful for increasing religious values and scientific insight; (2) Dhuha prayer, the obligatory prayer 5 times in congregation and tahajud prayer increased the value of faith and piety; (3) fasting (Sunnah Monday-Thursday or fasting the obligatory Ramadhan increased the value of faith, morals, and self-control.

Abstract

This study examines the efforts to develop the Anwar Rasyid Al-Qur’an Education Park teacher, Gondokusuman District, Yogyakarta City in 2020. This study aims to analyze and describe the efforts to develop Anwar Rasyid Quran Education Park (TPA) teachers. The results showed that teacher development efforts at Anwar Rasyid TPA had been carried out with education and training including tahsin, public speaking, discussions between teachers, tahfidz boarding schools, syahadah exams and delegation of tasks. The supporting factors in the effort to develop Anwar Rasyid TPA teachers are teacher activity, clear division of work and authority, discipline from teachers and support from both the mosque takmir and santri guardians. The inhibiting factor is financial, especially funding problems and the absence of indigenous teachers who teach and manage Anwar Rasyid's TPA. The benefits of teacher development on the quality of education make teachers and students more disciplined, teachers can develop their potential through the KBM process, students have good quality reading of the Koran, students have memorized the Koran and also have akhlaqul kharimah. In addition, it also has an impact on the sense of ownership and responsibility for the mandate given.

Abstract

AbstrakSebagai negara yang memiliki latar belakang masyarakat keyakinan yang berbeda-beda sangat rentan akan terjadinya sebuah konflik yang disebabkan oleh sikap intoleransi. Akan tetapi berbeda dengan masyarakat yang tinggal di pedalaman seperti di kampung mboleng tempat SD Negeri Siru didirikan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaiamana peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai toleransi di SD Negeri Siru Manggarai Barat, dan penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui hasil dari upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap kesejahteraan siswa dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari di lingkungan SD Negeri Siru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informai secara faktual, sistematis, dan akurat terhadap objek yang diteliti. Yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah siswa SD Negeri Siru, subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengatakan peran guru Pendidikan Agama islam di SD Negeri Siru dalam upaya untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai toleransi kepada siswa, dampaknya sangat besar. Hal ini di sebabkan adanya sikap toleransi yang tinggi dan interaksi sosial yang tinggi dan tidak pernah terjadi sebuah konflik antara siswa yang disebabkan oleh sikap intoleransi. Bahkan dari mereka seringkali ditemukan adanya kerjasama antara kelompok agama satu dengan yang lainnya. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SD Negeri Siru ini dapat dijadikan sebagai contoh yang baik untuk sekolah-sekolah yang lainnya, untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan damai.Kata Kunci: Toleransi, Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam AbstractAs a country that has a community background of different beliefs, it is very vulnerable to a conflict caused by an attitude of intolerance. However, it is different from people who live in remote areas such as in the village of mboleng where SD Negeri Siru was established. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling the values of tolerance in SD Negeri Siru Manggarai Barat, and this research is also to knowing the results of the efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers on the welfare of students in living daily life in the SD Negeri Siru environment. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to obtain factual, systematic, and accurate information on the object under study. The object of this research is the students of SD Negeri Siru, the subject of this research is the teacher of Islamic Religious Education. The method used to obtain data in this study is to use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SD Negeri Siru in an effort to instill the values of tolerance in students has a very large impact. This is due to a high tolerance attitude and high social interaction and there has never been a conflict between students caused by intolerance. In fact, it is often found that there is cooperation between religious groups with one another. The efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers at SD Negeri Siru can be used as good examples for other schools, to create a safe and peaceful school environment.Keywords: Tolerance, Islamic Religious Education Teacher

Abstract

Penilitian ini di latar belakangi dengan persoalan santri dan santriwati Pondok Pesantren Syekh Burhanuddin Kuntu Darusslam bahwa pentingnya tentang persoalan menerapkan pendidikan akhlak terhadap santri dan satriwati terutama di masa pendemi covid ini. Bahwa permasalahan yang terjadi pada dunia pendidikan saat ini kurang nya dalam penerapan tentang pendidikan akhlak dan juga sampai pada hari ini di persulit lagi dengan keadaan pendemi Covid-19, disini peneliti menemukan bahwa pesantren adalah tempat yang tepat untuk menerapkan sistem pendidikan Akhlak dikarenakan pesantren merupakan salah satu sekolah yang dikenal tentang penerapan agama terhadap santri dan santriwati nya. Penelitian ini bertujuang untuk mengetahui sejauh mana santri dan santriwati menerapakan ajaran pendidikan akhlak yang sudah di berikan oleh para Abuya, kyai, ustadz dan ustadzah nya. Terutama di masa pendemi covit yang seluruh sekolah terkena dampak dalam memberikan pendidikan. Data yang dikumpulkan peneliti yaitu, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Penelitian ini melihat bahwa sulitnya dalam menerapkan pendidikan akhlak di masa pendemi ini lantaran terhalang nya santri dan santriwati untuk belajar tatap muka dengan para gurunya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : 1. Nilai nilai pendidikan karakter di dalam film animasi upin & ipin. 2. Penanaman pendidikan karakter didalam film animasi upin dan ipin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan kajian pustaka dengan mengumpulkan dari data-data penelitian yang pernah di lakukan. Kondisi pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini sangat memprihatinkan atau menghawatirkan terutama pendidikan karakter. Jika dilihat pendidikan karakter ini sangat penting bagi tumbuh kembang seseorang. Karena nantinya pendidikan karakter ini akan membentuk pribadi yang baik, dan memiliki akhlak yang baik. Jika dilihat saat ini dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang sangat canggih karakter sesorang itu akan terbentuk dengan sendirinya. Pendidikan karakter ini lebih baik dibentuk sedari kecil. Melalui film animasi ini anak-anak yakni film Upin-Ipin bisa mendapatkan pendidikan karakter yang baik, Karena dalam film animasi ini mengajarkan untuk selalu hormat kepada orang dewasa, rajin ibadah, saling membantu, dan lain sebagainya.
