Abstract

Sediaan transdermal merupakan sediaan yang diaplikasikan pada permukaan kulit dan dirancang untuk dapat mengantarkan obat melalui kulit ke sirkulasi sistemik. Untuk dapat memberikan efek terapeutik, suatu sediaan transdermal harus mampu menembus lapisan kulit. Penetrasi obat sediaan transdermal ke dalam kulit dapat ditingkatkan dengan menambahkan peningkat penetrasi. Asam lemak merupakan peningkat penetrasi kimia yang dapat meningkatkan permeasi obat hidrofilik dan lipofilik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review (SLR) dan membahas artikel penelitian selama 15 tahun terakhir yang membahas tentang penggunaan peningkat penetrasi golongan asam lemak dalam sediaan transdermal. Diperoleh hasil sebanyak 30 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa asam lemak terbukti dapat meningkatkan permeasi obat hidrofilik maupun lipofil pada sediaan transdermal. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan peningkatan penetrasi asam lemak diantaranya variasi asam lemak, konsentrasi asam lemak yang digunakan dan kombinasi asam lemak dengan peningkat penetrasi lain. Asam lemak tak jenuh lebih efektif meningkatkan permeasi dibandingkan dengan asam lemak jenuh dan asam lemak yang paling banyak digunakan untuk meningkatkan permeasi adalah asam oleat.

Abstract

1.4 benzodiazepine derivatives are the benzodiazepine class that is used most frequently in clinical as a sedation agent, anxiolytic, and antiepileptic. The high tense of benzodiazepine consumption can causes addiction and misappropriation. That matter causes benzodiazepine and its metabolites often find in toxicology clinical and forensic. This systematic review aimed to identify an efficient sample preparation procedure and an accurate analysis method to determine benzodiazepine existence in various biological matrices. According to the PRISMA flow diagram’s chart, twenty-four reviewed articles systematically pointed that plasma and urine utilization gave good accuracy results and recovery than other biological matrices. SBSE extraction method development using vinylpyrrolidone ethylene glycol dimethacrylate polymer gave efficient results with the amount of recovery 96%, and HPLC instrument utilization was still selective and sensitive with LOD until 12ng/ml and LOQ 36 ng/ml.

Abstract

Penelitian dampak pembangunan Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) terhadap pengeluaran rumah tangga di Indonesia masih belum banyak dijumpai. Di sisi lain, biaya yang digelontorkan dalam setiap PSN tergolong tidak sedikit. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak PSN, khususnya pembangunan Pelabuhan Internasional Kijing di Kabupaten Mempawah Kalimantan Barat terhadap pengeluaran makanan, nonmakanan, pengeluaran total, dan pengeluaran per kapita. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber pada survei sosial ekonomi nasional (susenas) tahun 2016-2021. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis difference-in-difference (DID). Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan proyek Pelabuhan Internasional Kijing secara rata-rata meningkatkan pengeluaran makanan (2021), non-makanan (2019-2021), pengeluaran total (2019-2021), dan pengeluaran per kapita (2020-2021).

Abstract

PT Akashi Wahana Indonesia is an automotive manufacturer that specializes in producing steering gear assemblies. The steering gear assembly process involves assembling the components of the steering gear into a single unit. A problem related to cycle time has been identified at a process position on the D74 steering gear assembly line. The cause of this issue is the manual shutter used to transfer assembly results between process positions, which requires manual intervention by operators, resulting in non-value-added time and unnecessary movement. The proposed solution to this problem is to design and development a PLC based semi-automatic reversible shutter conveyor. This shutter conveyor will serve as a material handling tool to change the transfer system between process positions. Operators can initiate the transfer to the next position by simply pressing the start button. The research methodology encompasses problem identification, literature review, design, production, and testing. The analysis includes calculations of stress and strain on the base slider, and percentage comparisons of material handling process time before and after improvement. Testing will be conducted through experiments on material handling process time. The result of this research is the implementation of a PLC-based semi-automatic reversible shutter conveyor in the D74 steering assembly line, which has achieved a 69.1% reduction in material handling process time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPAS pada siswa kelas 4 SD N Joho 02 dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dengan dua siklus dan masing-masing siklus terdapat dua kali pertemuan. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas 4 SD N Joho 02 yang berjumlah 3 siswa, terdiri dari 1 siswa laki-laki dan 2 siswa perempuan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa deskripsi presentase dari hasil belajar IPAS saat pra siklus dan setelah siklus. Hasil rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa dalam satu kelas sebelum dilakukan siklus adalah 43 dengan keterangan tidak ada yang nilainya mencapai ketuntasan minimum. Pada siklus I menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar dengan nilai rata-rata yaitu 60 dengan 1 siswa atau 33% yang mencapai KKM 75. Adapun pada siklus II semakin mengalami peningkatan dimana 2 siswa atau 67% tuntas belajar pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil karena mencapai indikator kinerja yaitu ≥ 67% dari seluruh siswa di kelas mencapai KKM ≥ 75. Model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPAS pada siswa kelas 4 SD N Joho 02 tahun pelajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

Numeracy literacy is important to improve the ability to think critically and make rational decisions. The employment prospects, mental, physical and economic health of individuals and countries are negatively affected by low numeracy skills. Therefore, teachers must focus on increasing students' numeracy literacy with effective strategies and activities. Therefore, the aim of this research is to test the effectiveness of the PBL model on the numeracy literacy abilities of class X students in trigonometry material. This research uses a quantitative approach, quasi-experimental method, with a sampling technique, namely total sampling, as well as a population and sample of class Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is effective on the numeracy literacy abilities of class score ≥ 75 (KKM). 2) The average numeracy literacy ability of students in the PBL model is higher than the average numeracy literacy ability of students in the conventional model. 3) The proportion of completeness of students' numeracy literacy test results in the PBL model is more than the proportion of completeness of students' numeracy literacy test results in the conventional model. Abstract

Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) mediates various physiological responses, including inflammation. In traditional medicine, the leaves of Hemigraphis alternata are commonly used to treat inflammation. The leaves have yielded 22 secondary metabolites that have been isolated. The computational analysis was conducted to identify the compounds with the greatest affinity for COX-2. The molecular docking procedure using DOCK 6.9 and molecular dynamics simulations using GROMACS 5.1.2 were used to screen test compounds. DOCK 6.9 assessed grid scores and ligand-receptor interactions, whereas GROMACS 5.1.2 examined the interactions, Root Mean Square Deviation (RMSD), Root Mean Square Fluctuation (RMSF), Molecular Mechanics-Poisson Boltzmann Surface Area (MM-PBSA), hydrogen bonds, and radius of gyration. The validation of the docking method resulted in an RMSD value of less than 2 Å, indicating that the docking protocols are suitable for screening potential ligands. Phytol exhibited the most attraction compared to the test and reference substances (diclofenac sodium), with a grid score of -32.85 kcal/mol. The MM-PBSA analysis revealed that phytol exhibited a greater affinity than the reference, as evidenced by binding free energy of -36.259 kcal/mol. These data suggest that phytol has the potential to be investigated as a possible source for the generation of COX-2 inhibitors.
