Abstract

The establishment of this company took place in 2011, and it currently has a workforce of 63 individuals. The company distributes goods exclusively to authorized agencies or pharmacies rather than the general public. Only entities with a valid business license can purchase drugs from this company. It should be noted that this company does not produce drugs but rather acquires them from suppliers for resale. There are still challenges in gathering reports on the inflow and outflow of medicine stock data during inventorying. These reports are still reliant on ledger records. Consequently, warehouse staff require considerable time to document reports regarding the arrival and departure of items. This study aims to examine and create a web-based system for managing drug inventory, which is essential for enterprises. Developing this system entails utilizing the Prototyping methodology as a system development approach and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modeling instrument. The activities implemented in this system encompass the management of goods data, incoming goods transactions, outgoing goods transactions, inventory management, goods stock reports, outgoing goods reports, incoming goods reports, and user administration. Based on this study, a web application was developed to address the drug supply system issues at Pharmaceutical Distribution Companies In Bandung.

Abstract

This study seeks to enhance the information system for resource management at Masjid Al-Qomar by implementing an application focused on financial and activity management. The applied research method is descriptive, applying an object-oriented system development approach (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, OOAD). The developed system focuses on two main aspects: recording and reporting donations, including zakat and other financial activities, and managing schedules and communication with congregants. The research findings demonstrate that the suggested information system streamlines financial recording and reporting processes, improves transparency in fund utilization, and aids in financial reporting. This technology enhances the mosque's administrative efficiency through features including automated recording, readily available financial reports, and integrated activity schedule management. Furthermore, it guarantees that activity information is available to all congregants, including those not regularly attend the mosque, via an integrated platform and efficient communication tools. This research concludes that the effective implementation of an information system can augment financial transparency, promote operational efficiency, and elevate congregant participation. This study advocates for the ongoing enhancement and upkeep of the system to guarantee its performance aligns with the mosque's and its users' requirements.

Abstract

The stock management process is essential for SMEs, as one SME in Bandung employs a manual approach that often requires considerable time and data collection.  The swift progression of technology facilitates the presentation of information with ease, speed, and efficiency.  Manual stock management can be converted into a computerised system referred to as stock management information systems.  A technology-driven stock management system will enhance efficiency by supplanting the manual system with a systematic approach.  This project aims to analyze and develop a web-based stock management information system suitable for a small to medium-sized enterprise in Bandung. The research conducted is descriptive and utilises a qualitative methodology.  The inventory management approach employed is FIFO (First In First Out), whereas the system development methodology adheres to the Waterfall SDLC model.  Flowcharts, entity relationship diagrams, and data flow diagrams underpin the design.  This stock management system is constructed with PHP as the programming language, Visual Studio Code as the code editor, XAMPP as the web server, and MySQL as the database.  The implementation of the FIFO approach in inventory management is expected to resolve problems associated with dim sum being stored for extended periods in the warehouse, resulting from the prior flow of items, thereby enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of stock management.  This research should be further developed into a mobile application to provide user access via cellphones.
