Abstract

Sudagaran Village is one of the villages that has implemented Information Technology (IT) to support business processes and village government operations. One of the business processes that utilize IT is a letter request service, using the SMARD application. However, in the business process for the letter application, the community must come to the Village Hall to collect the required documents and fill out the letter application form. This process is considered less effective. So that the village government expects the planning and development of a better and more effective information system, which can be accessed by the community starting from collecting files, filling out forms to receiving/downloading letters without having to go to the Village Hall. An enterprise architecture is needed for the design of the Sudagaran Village information system, which is focused on the business processes of 5 types of mail services, namely Letter of Introduction, Certificate of Population Move, Cover Letter of SKCK, Certificate of Underprivileged, and Business Certificate using TOGAF ADM. This study uses 6 stages of TOGAF ADM, namely the Preliminary Phase to Phase E – Opportunities & Solutions because it focuses on planning. This study resulted in an EA document containing business artifacts, data, applications, and technology made using Sparx, which can be used as a guide for Sudagaran Village to support the smart village concept in Banyumas Regency.

Abstract

Emotion Detection is the process of human emotions recognition, it extracting emotions such as happy, sad, and angry, which are obtained from human natural language. Linguistic Style has a wide range, emotional representations occur to millions of people and makes it difficult to infer a person's emotion in a concrete way. Multilabel datasets are also a challenge to deal in emotion detection. Therefore, an in-depth study of the appropriate method for emotional detection is needed. This study performs a comparative analysis between machine learning methods and deep learning methods. The machine learning methods used are Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, SVM, Gradient Boosting and Logistic Regression. The deep learning methods used in this study include LSTM, CNN, MLP, GRU and RNN. This research discovered that Deep learning has a better performance than machine learning, it seen from the accuracy values ​​of LSTM, CNN, MLP, GRU and RNN which exceed the accuracy values ​​of Naïve Bayes, SVM, Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting and Random Forest.

Abstract

The level of competition and complexity of sales problems at retail companies, requires each retail company to be able to compete with other companies. One thing that can be done is through making decisions regarding sales that are more appropriate and effective. The amount of transactional data on retail company sales can be extracted useful information. The method that can be used to gather information is through the application of association rule mining. Association Rule Mining is a data mining method that focuses on transaction patterns by extracting associations or relationships of events. The market basket in a computerized retail company is the best way to provide scientific decision support support by determining the relationship between items purchased simultaneously in each transaction. FP-growth algorithm is used to determine the set of datasets that most often appear (frequent itemset) in a group of data. This research resulted in a minimum support value of 0.1% and a minimum value of 60% confidence in the number of rules produced amounted to 116457, a minimum value of 70% confidence in the number of rules produced amounted to 84086, and a minimum value of 80% confidence in the number of rules generated amounted to 48623 from the data processed in a number 22191. The results of this rule can be used for product marketing strategies. The minimum value of support is 0.1% where the greater the minimum value of confidence will result in fewer rules.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic encourages almost every institution to optimize the use of information and communication technology to maintain consistency and competitive advantage. One of the efforts made by Higher education is developing and optimizing online-based learning (e-learning) models. E-learning plays an important role in the success of achieving learning objectives at Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto (ITTP), which is conducted between lecturers and students. The problem faced in optimizing e-learning system at ITTP is related to usability. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability level of the ITTP e-learning system using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. Based on the testing of questionnaire instruments using SPSS software, it was obtained the result that the questionnaire used for the study was valid, and the reliability rate was 0.758. Based on the results of system tests to 100 respondents or users, it is known that the SUS score is 55.3. The value indicates that the acceptability ranges are in the Marginal Low range. It can be seen from the adjective rating, SUS score from the ITTP e-learning system is in the CATEGORY OK and according to Curved Grade Scale (CGS) is in grade D. Based on Net Promoter Scale (NPS), the score 55.3 indicates that the ITTP e-learning system users tend to be in the Detractor category.

Abstract

Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto (ITTP) is one of the universities that always strives to improve the quality of services to stakeholders. One of the services provided is an online learning system known as e-learning. Currently, ITTP does not have an obvious measurement to determine the level of user satisfaction of the e-learning system. System user satisfaction is determined by the quality of the system. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to determine the user satisfaction of the ITTP e-learning system by referring to the attributes of the success information system model developed by DeLone & McLean. Attributes used include the Ease of use, Response time, Reliability, Flexibility, and Security. Respondent data related to the assessment of the e-learning system were further classified by applying the C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm. Based on the results of calculations and tests using Rapid Miner software, it is known that the classification of users who have the SATISFIED classification is 46 respondents and 27 respondents are DISSATISFIED. Also, it is known that the flexibility of the ITTP e-learning system is the main determinant indicator of user satisfaction followed by response time.

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan permasalahan yang semestinya dipandang sebagai suatu masalah sosial yang kompleks (multidimensional). Berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik, presentase kemiskinan nasional pada Maret 2019 sebesar 9,41 persen. Sementara, Provinsi Jawa Tengah memiliki tingkat kemiskinan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan tingkat kemiskinan nasional yakni sebesar 10,8 persen. Tingginya tingkat kemiskinan dapat menyebabkan tindak kriminal, tingginya angka pengangguran, kekacauan sosial, politik dan lain sebagainya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kemiskinan dengan menentukan model yang tepat yang selanjutnya dapat digunakan untuk melakukan prediksi tingkat kemiskinan menurut kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Tengah dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2019 yang terdiri dari data Laju Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, dan Tingkat Kemiskinan menurut kabupaten/kota. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Backpropagation. Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Backpropagation memiliki kinerja yang baik dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan, salah satunya masalah prediksi. Berdasarkan model arsitektur terbaik yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini, yaitu model arsitektur 3-35-1 dapat dihasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 95,2% menggunakan MSE pada proses pengujian menggunakan data pengujian. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Backpropagation dengan menerapkan model yang tepat dapat menghasilkan tingkat akurasi yang baik yang selanjutnya dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk melakukan prediksi tingkat kemiskinan menurut kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah di masa mendatang. Abstract

Abstract

Seperti halnya internet, yang merupakan suatu jaringan global yang dapat mengkomunikasikan satu komputer dengan komputer yang lain, di manapun lokasi komputer tersebut berada, maka dapat diaplikasikan suatu proses pengendalian jarak jauh, dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler, sedemikian hingga objek yang bergerak mencurigakan dapat dimonitor oleh webcam, yang dapat digerakkan secara dinamis oleh pengguna. Hal ini diaplikasikan dalam sistem keamanan di dalam rumah pada saat rumah ditinggal jauh oleh pemiliknya. Untuk menunjang sistem keamanan, perlu adanya pemantauan yang dilakukan demi menghindari kasus pencurian. Pengguna dapat melihat tampilan camera dari software yang terintegrasi dengan webcam, selain itu pengguna dapat mengendalikan pergerakan kamera dengan tombol-tombol yang tersedia pada tampilan website yang berbasis HTML. Abstract

Penyebaran penyakit bersifat laten dan merupakan permasalahan yang harus diantisipasi pencegahannya sedini mungkin. Salah satu jenis penyakit yang endemis di Indonesia adalah penyakit demam berdarah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk rancang bangun sistem informasi untuk penyebaran penyakit berbasis GUI Matlab. Untuk studi kasusnya adalah penyakit demam berdarah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode ANN Backpropagation untuk mengetahui tingkat penyebaran dengan menggunakan variabel yang mempengaruhi penyebaran penyakit demam berdarah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi suhu rata – rata, curah hujan, jumlah hujan (dalam hari), kepadatan penduduk, ketinggian wilayah dan % ABJ. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode skuensial linier. Dalam penelitian ini juga akan dipredikasi tingkat endemisitas dari penyebaran penyakit demam berdarah yang meliputi bebas, potensial, sporadis, dan endemis berdasarkan ada tidaknya kasus demam berdarah dua tahun yang lalu. Dari hasil pengamatan diperoleh hasil bahwa sistem dapat  melakukan prediksi dengan baik. Dari hasil pengamatan diperoleh hasil tingkat validasi sistem sebesar 94,12%.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi sangat membantu kinerja dan proses bisnis organisasi. Perkembanganya harus menghasilkan manfaat bagi organisasi dalam memperoleh informasi, serta membantu organisasi dalam menjalankan proses bisnis yang dibutuhkan sehingga membantu pengelola organisasi mengambil keputusan. Perubahan bentuk proses bisnis yang digunakan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi diharapkan mampu mendorong organisasi untuk memiliki pengelolaan yang lebih baik. Salah satu proses bisnis yang terjadi pada Sekolah Tingggi Teknologi Telematika Telkom (ST3 TELKOM) Purwkerto adalah pengelolaan kegiatan praktek kerja lapangan (PKL). Pengelolaan kegiatan Praktek Kerja Lapangan di institusi ini masih menggunakan cara manual di sebagian proses bisnisnya, sehingga manfaat dari perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi tidak sepenuhnya terpakai. Peneliti bermaksud dan memandang perlu untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi Praktek Kerja Lapangan yang menggunakan metida Waterfall. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan proses bisnis Praktek Kerja Lapangan dengan mudah tanpa harus menggunakan cara manual seperti registrasi untuk mengikuti PKL, menampilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan PKL, memanipulasi data yang digunakan yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan PKL.
