Abstract

In the midst of a pluralistic community life as problems occur that require legal resolution, so that the settlement has certainty. The complexity of legal issues becomes very dilemmatic. Even the law lags far behind when compared to the current incidence of crimes and offenses. However, amid the complexity of violations and crimes today, the law must provide legal certainty and a sense of security in society. One of the violations that concerns violations of technical requirements and roadworthiness is the use of exhaust racing / not stanfdar which directly shows an attitude of not having traffic ethics, where the use of "exhaust racing" violates Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Transport Traffic.  By conducting raids on the control of two-wheeled motorized vehicles with noise, it is hoped that there will be legal awareness of the public to return to using standard knalopt so that it can reduce pollution that arises and can realize the comfort of fellow road users.

Abstract

Customer trust and company image are the main factors that can increase customer loyalty.  To determine the effect of customer trust and company image on customer loyalty is the purpose of this study.  This research data is a customer of the warehousing department of PT Agung Raya with a population of 300 customers. The sampling technique in this study used a sample size web.raosoft.com with an error rate of 10% so that a sample of 75 respondents was obtained. Disseminating questionnaires is a method of data collection. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis as its analysis method. The results showed that customer trust and company image positively affected customer loyalty, and the effect was 76.8% while 23.2% was influenced by other variables. The variable that has a dominant influence is the company's image, with an influence of 68.7%. The contribution of this study is to expand marketing management literature related to customer trust and corporate image in the context of organizations.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has become one of the most unexpected problems, and has had a significant impact on all sectors. Not only the health sector, but also education. The pandemic is forcing all parties to change the pattern and method of education, as well as forcing them to adapt quickly. Various learning process activities are carried out online, but various research results show the weaknesses of this method. Starting from the effectiveness of the learning process, dependence on communication devices (cell phones and laptops), to various legal problems faced by teachers, students, and parents of students. This service program aims to provide reinforcement in terms of protection for teachers and students during the pandemic by involving multi-sectors (Universities-Legal Aid Institutions-Teachers' Union). The partner in this activity is the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) in Mirit District, Kebumen Regency, Central Java. The implementation method in this service uses several things, namely: (1) socialization, (2) education, (3) legal assistance, (4) partner networks. Through this service program, it is hoped that in addition to realizing collaboration between institutions: the Faculty of Law UNNES-LBH-PGRI, it is also hoped that this activity can provide encouragement for teachers in increasing the capacity of legal assistance.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a touch sensor-based motorcycle safety system that integrates microcontroller technology and fingerprint sensors. The background of the research is based on the high rate of motorcycle theft in Indonesia, as well as the weak conventional security system that is easy to break into. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) which includes the design, design validation, product manufacturing, and performance test stages. The development process includes problem identification, literature study, design design (electronic and mechanical), design validation and revision, product manufacturing, product validation and revision, system performance test, and data analysis. The system is designed using Arduino Nano and R503 fingerprint sensors, with the aim of restricting vehicle access to only verified users. The results of the study show that the developed safety system is able to limit vehicle access only to users whose fingerprints have been verified. Based on the feasibility test by experts and users, the system obtained a score of 90% on the design and feasibility aspects, and 85% on the performance test. These results show that the system is feasible to use and functions optimally. It was concluded that this fingerprint sensor-based motorcycle safety system is effective as an additional safety alternative to prevent theft. Further development can be done by adding features such as alarms, GPS tracking, and mobile app integration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak bullying sebagai faktor risiko gangguan kesehatan mental dan penurunan prestasi belajar pada mahasiswa. Bullying di lingkungan perguruan tinggi tidak hanya terjadi dalam bentuk fisik, tetapi juga verbal, sosial, dan digital (cyberbullying). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur kualitatif, dengan meninjau berbagai jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku bullying berdampak signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental mahasiswa, ditandai dengan munculnya stres, kecemasan, depresi, dan rendahnya rasa percaya diri. Gangguan psikologis tersebut kemudian berpengaruh langsung terhadap penurunan konsentrasi, motivasi belajar, dan performa akademik. Tekanan emosional yang terus menerus dialami korban menyebabkan mereka sulit fokus, enggan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan perkuliahan, bahkan berisiko mengalami kelelahan mental (mental fatigue). Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peran aktif perguruan tinggi dalam mencegah dan menangani kasus bullying melalui edukasi, pembinaan karakter, serta penyediaan layanan konseling yang mendukung kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Dengan terciptanya lingkungan akademik yang aman dan positif, diharapkan mahasiswa dapat berkembang secara optimal baik secara psikologis maupun akademik.
