Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance mechanisms on financial performance in infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. The GCG mechanism in question includes institutional ownership, board of directors, board of commissioners, and audit committee. The company's financial performance is measured using the Return on Assets (ROA) indicator. This research approach uses quantitative methods with panel data regression analysis techniques. The population in this study consisted of all infrastructure companies listed on the IDX during the observation period, and purposive sampling technique was used to determine the sample in accordance with certain criteria. The test results show that partially, only the audit committee variable has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, the variables of institutional ownership, board of directors, and board of commissioners did not show a significant effect. These findings reinforce the importance of the audit committee's role in overseeing and ensuring effective governance to support the improvement of the company's financial performance.

Abstract

There are several common problems in the beauty industry related to these variables. In social media marketing, the level of competition is very high, with many brands vying for consumer attention. Small brands may struggle to stand out among the big brands. Products that don't suit a consumer's skin type or concerns can lead to negative experiences and damage a brand's reputation. Consumers' experiences influence their reviews and recommendations, which can have a positive or negative impact on the company (Susanti & Gunanto, 2022) .This research aims to identify the influence of social media marketing, product quality, and price perceptions on purchasing decisions for Somethingnc skincare. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were tested using the SPSS 23 tool. The results of this research show that social media marketing, product quality, and price perceptions have a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires students majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) to possess competencies in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UTP cable networks according to industry standards. This Community Service (PKM) activity is a follow-up to previous training at SMK Pembangunan Mranggen, which had not yet covered advanced practical sessions due to time and facility constraints. Utilizing project-based learning and teaching factory approaches, this training focuses on the hands-on practice of UTP cabling, IP address configuration in real network scenarios, and troubleshooting common network failures. This program aims to directly enhance students' technical skills, thereby supporting their readiness for the Vocational Competency Exam (UKK), Field Work Practices (PKL), and workplace demands as network technicians and IT support.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan semen yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014-2017 yang diukur dengan metode analisis DuPont System. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling Method. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perusahaan yang memiliki kinerja keuangan terbaik di tahun 2014 ialah PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero), Tbk dan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk memiliki kinerja keuangan terbaik di tahun 2015-2017, sedangkan perusahaan yang memiliki kinerja keuangan terburuk selama empat tahun periode penelitian ialah PT. Holcim Indonesia (persero), Tbk. Dan berdasarkan pergerakan kurva Trend Analisis, kinerja keuangan perusahaan semen dengan menggunakan metode Dupont System seluruhnya menunjukkan pergerakan yang menurun.Kata kunci : Trend Analisis, DuPont System, Kinerja KeuanganAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of cement companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2017 as measured by the DuPont System analysis method. The data used in this research is secondary data. The sample selection technique uses Purposive Sampling Method. The results of this study indicate that the company that has the best financial performance in 2014 is PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero), Tbk and PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk has the best financial performance in 2015-2017, while companies that have the worst financial performance during the four years of the study period are PT. Holcim Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Abstract

Parenting is a behavior or way that parents do in educating their children. Children are safe and it is the responsibility of parents to be educated and cared for as well as possible. It is parents who will determine the development and future of children later. Parents can imitate the parenting applied by the Prophet Muhammad. He is a messenger of Allah SWT, a role model and a concrete example in educating Islamic children. One of the books that examines the upbringing of the Prophet Muhammad is the book Educating with the Prophet Saw by Muhammad Nur Abdul Hafizh Suwaid. The purpose of this research is to reveal the upbringing of the Prophet Muhammad in the book Educating Children with the Prophet SAW Mendidik. The type of research that the author uses in this research is library research library research. In the process of data analysis techniques the author uses document analysis. The results showed that the method of educating children like Rasulullah SAW contained in the book Mendidik Bersama Nabi SAW by Muhammad Nur Abdul Hafizh Suwaid that can be followed includes good examples, the right time to provide guidance, Being fair and equal to children, Fulfilling rights Children, Pray for children, Buy children's toys, Help children to do good and obey, Do not criticize children.

Abstract

Keandalan jaringan komputer menjadi elemen penting dalam mendukung berbagai sektor di era digital. Failover, mekanisme pengalihan otomatis ke jalur cadangan saat jalur utama gagal, sangat bergantung pada kecepatan respons dan kemampuan protokol routing. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas Internal Border Gateway Protocol (I-BGP) dalam mempercepat waktu failover pada jaringan lokal berbasis Mikrotik yang terhubung melalui VPN. Performa I-BGP dibandingkan dengan OSPF, RIP, dan Static Routing melalui pengujian waktu failover, jumlah paket hilang, dan efisiensi bandwidth. Hasil menunjukkan I-BGP memiliki waktu failover tercepat (0,51 detik), kehilangan paket minimal (2 paket), dan utilisasi bandwidth tertinggi (95%). Uji ANOVA mengonfirmasi perbedaan signifikan antar protokol (F=776,898, p<0,001). Temuan ini menegaskan keunggulan I-BGP sebagai solusi optimal untuk failover cepat dan andal. Dimasa mendatang tantangan dan kompleksitas dari jaringan internet akan semakin besar, untuk itu perlu diadakan kajian komprehensif dan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang gangguan konektifitas yang berkaitan dengan faktor keamanan, dan solusi dengan penggunaan kecerdasan buatan.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi tantangan revolusi industri 4.0 SMK di harapkan dapat  menghasilkan lulusan-lulusan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri (Rosina et al., 2021). Dan diharapkan SMK menerapkan kurikulum yang berkaitan dengan dunia industri, sehingga penyerapan tenaga kerja khususnya di Indonesia bisa meningkat (Baitullah & Wagiran, 2019) Seiringan dengan hal tersebut diatas maka dengan kami sebagai tim PKM perupaya lewat pengabdian ini kami akan melakukan pelatihan dengan tema  IOT pada SMK walisongo yaitu "Pelatihan Pengelolaan Database firebase dengan menggunakan sensor DHT11 dan Nodemcu di SMK Walisongo Semarang , kami membuat pelatihan atau simulasi tentang alat pengukur suhu dan kelembaban untuk mengetahui berapa suhu didalam ruangan tersebut. Suhu ruangan dapat di monitor jika terlalu panas akan berbahaya dikarenakan suhu panas bisa bersumber dari api .Untuk mengecek suhu ruangan bisa di lakukan dari jarak jauh menggunakan smartphone dan internet Kata Kunci:  Internet of Things, Sensor DHT11, NodeMCU
