Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stunting adalah suatu kondisi tubuh yang pendek. Stunting pada balita akan berdampak buruk apabila tidak ditanggulangi segera. Dampak jangka pendek yang dapat ditimbulkan akibat stunting meliputi kenaikan angka kesakitan serta kematian. Sehingga diperlukan untuk mencari tahu hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dengan perilaku pencegahan stunting pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mensiku Kecamatan Binjai Hulu Kabupaten Sintang. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dengan perilaku pencegahan stunting pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mensiku Kecamatan Binjai Hulu Kabupaten Sintang. Metode: Jenis penelitian bersifat korelasi analitik jenis rancangan yaitu cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan mengunakan 69 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat yaitu menjelaskan berdisribusi frekuensi data dan analisis bivariat menganalisis variabel dengan uji statistik Chi Square. Hasil: Setelah dilakukan penelitian maka data yang didapatkan karakteristik berumur dewasa yaitu 26-45 tahun 49 orang. Mayoritas reponden bekerja yaitu IRT 48 orang. Mayoritas reponden berpendidikan menengah yaitu SMA/SMK/MA 44 orang. Mayoritas reponden memiliki pengetahuan cukup 41 orang. Mayoritas reponden memiliki sikap dengan kategorik mendukung 45 orang. Mayoritas reponden memiliki perilaku pencegahan stunting dengan kategori baik sebanyak 47 orang. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (p value = 0,000) dan sikap ibu (p value = 0,018) dengan perilaku pencegahan stunting pada Balita. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dengan perilaku pencegahan stunting pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mensiku Kecamatan Binjai Hulu Kabupaten Sintang. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangankan penelitian kualitatif dengan menambah variabel seperti jarak, sarana, dan prasarana.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Zakat Funds and Tax on Business Capitales on Economic Growth. The population in this study is the data of the Province of West Java from 2010 to 2017 where the economic growth report, Tax on Business Capital report and zakat fund distribution report are used.   The sample taken by the author in this study is the Zakat Fund Distribution Data, Tax on Business Capital Data and the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) data of West Java Province from 2010 to 2017. Researchers used multiple statistical analysis and correlation methods. To obtain more accurate results in multiple regression analysis, classic assumption testing is executed so that the results obtained are regression equations. The results of the study show that the Zakat Fund Distribution and Tax on Business Capital data have a significant effect on economic growth. Based on data processing, it shows that the distribution of zakat funds and local taxes simultaneously in providing an influence on economic growth variables of 76%. While the rest of 100% - 76% = another 24%  is the influence of other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : Zakat Funds; Tax on Business Capital; Economic Growth

Abstract

The increase in the number of elderly people in Indonesia is related to increasing health problems, including a decline in cognitive function due to the aging process. One of the disorders that occur in the elderly is dementia, which is characterized by a decrease in memory, thinking, and the ability to carry out daily activities. To prevent cognitive decline, one of the non-pharmacological interventions that can be applied is brain exercises. This study aims to determine the effect of brain gymnastics on improving cognitive function in the elderly. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research using a pre-experimental research design using a one group pretest and posttest design approach with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling with a sample of 25 elderly respondents living in Graha Werdha Marie Joseph Pontianak. The data collection technique that will be used is the MMSE questionnaire. The intervention lasted for two weeks by providing nursing actions in the form of brain exercises for 15 minutes a day, after which an evaluation was carried out on the respondents. Data analysis using paired tests. The results showed that there was an effect of brain gymnastics on improving cognitive function in the elderly (p value 0.000). Brain exercises can be done regularly as a form of intervention in improving cognitive function in the elderly.

Abstract

During adolescence, significant physical and sexual changes occur so that sexual attraction to the opposite sex is quite large and sexual drive also develops. The results of the Indonesian Population and Family Planning Program survey in 2013 showed that more than 60% of teenagers in Indonesia had had premarital sex. Around 53% of women aged 10-19 years had sexual relations during adolescence, while the number of men who had sexual relations was more than double that of women. The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between teenagers' knowledge of unmarried sexual behavior in Makassar State High Schools. The research methodology used in this research is an observational analytical design with a cross sectional research design with a sample size of around 79 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is simple random sampling. The data collection instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. The conclusion is that data analysis uses the Chi Square test. The statistical test results obtained a significance value of 0.004 (p <0.05), so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected (there is a significant relationship between teenagers' knowledge of unmarried sexual behavior in Makassar State High School.

Abstract

Perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) mengalami kemajuan yang sangat cepat. Untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan UMKM di Pertubuhan Ibu Tunggal (single parent) Kebangsaan Malaysia Kuala Selangor perlu menggali potensi dan kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk memberikan bantuan dan pendampingan kepada para wanita yang tergabung dalam UMKM. Tujuannya adalah agar mereka dapat memahami dan mengetahui cara melakukan pengemasan serta mengelola keuangan dengan baik dana keluarga tidak menggabungkan dengan pendapatan usaha. Permasalahan yang dialami antara lain : 1). Masalah modal yang terbatas ; 2). Masalah packaging (kemasan) yang kurang menarik ; dan 3). Masalah penjualan (keuntungan) yang masih bercampur dengan uang keluarga. Terkait permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan solusi, berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan agar modal yang dimiliki dapat dialoksasikan sesuai kebutuhan, penjelasan tentang bagaimana cara mengemas suatu produk agar menarik dan penjelasan konsep pengelolaan keuangan serta pelaporan keuangan agar tertib administrasi. Dalam pelaksanaan proses ini menggunakan metode berupa pelatihan yang fokus pada pengelolaan modal yang dimiliki agar dapat dialokasikan secara optimal, menawarkan barang dengan kemasan yang menarik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan usaha serta manajemen keuangan UMKM, lengkap dengan contoh perencanaan untuk pengeluaran keuangan sebuah UMKM. Selain itu, ada pelatihan untuk memberdayakan pengusaha dengan memberikan panduan pengelolaan keuangan melalui pemahaman akuntansi dasar. Diharapkan luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, telah dihasilkan sebuah artikel ilmiah yang dikirim dan dipublikasikan di jurnal yang memiliki nomor ISSN terindeks sinta 4, artikel di media cetak/elektronik, Haki dan kemajuan  penerapan Iptek di masyarakat melalui alokasi modal, pengemasan yang menarik dan perbaikan pengelolaan keuangan.

Abstract

Early marriage remains a major reproductive health issue in Indonesia, leading to various obstetric risks such as pregnancy complications, premature delivery, and increased maternal mortality among young women. This community service activity aimed to improve adolescent girls’ knowledge about obstetric risks due to early marriage through participatory health education. The program was conducted at junior and senior high schools under the working area of Puskesmas X, Kota Y, in August 2025, involving 40 adolescent girls aged 13–17 years. The implementation methods included interactive lectures, group discussions, educational video screenings, and distribution of information leaflets. Evaluation was performed using pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results showed an increase in average knowledge scores from 56.3 (moderate) to 87.4 (good), with an improvement rate of 55%. Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm and were able to identify at least three obstetric risks associated with early marriage, such as anemia, bleeding, and preterm delivery. The activity successfully raised awareness among adolescent girls about the importance of delaying marriage until an ideal age and strengthened collaboration between academics, health workers, and schools in preventing early marriage.

Abstract

Public service agencies in the industrial services sector, also known as BLUs, play a crucial role in supporting national industrial growth. However, there are discrepancies in the level of non-tax state revenue (PNBP) among BLUs, which require further analysis. This study aims to compare the PNBP of four BLUs, selected based on their organizational age groups, using nonparametric statistical methods. Specifically, Welch’s ANOVA and the Kruskal-Wallis test were employed to examine revenue differences among the entities, followed by Dunn’s Post Hoc-Test to identify entity pairs with significant differences. The results of Welch’s ANOVA and the Kruskal-Wallis test indicated significant variations in revenue among the entities. Dunn’s Post-Hoc Test revealed that older entities had significantly higher revenue compared to newly established entities. However, no significant differences were observed among entities established in the same year. This finding suggests that older entities tend to have higher revenue, which can be attributed to the organizational life cycle theory, economies of scale, and industrial reputation. Institutions with longer operational histories are likely to have greater operational stability and industry trust, leading to higher revenue.

Abstract

Antibiotic resistance is a global problem in the health sector. The level of antibiotic resistance that occurs can be caused by several influencing factors, including 6 isolates of rhizosphere bacteria that were successfully isolated from the rhizosphere of the Avicenia marina plant. The purpose of this study was to isolate and determine the best minimum inhibitory concentration of rhizosphere bacteria of the A. marina plant and its effectiveness in inhibiting pathogenic bacteria S. aureus. This study is a quantitative research method using the isolation and characterization of rhizosphere bacteria, antagonistic test of rhizosphere bacteria and test of the results of the extraction of filtrate of rhizosphere bacteria culture of A. marina plants. The results of this study were (1) five of the isolates of bacteria that were successfully isolated were included in the Bacilus type and 1 isolate of bacteria included in the Cocobasil type; (2) there were 3 of the 6 isolates that could inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria S. aureus with an inhibition range of 10.04-4.42 mm; (3) Rhizosphere bacterial isolate (TN 1) is an isolate with the best inhibition diameter and is categorized as strong, namely 10.04 mm; (4) ethyl acetate extract of Rhizosphere bacterial isolate culture filtrate (TN 1), has a minimum inhibitory concentration of 0.50% against pathogenic bacteria S.aureus with an inhibition diameter of 7.18 mm which is better when compared to the positive control using chloramphenicol.

Abstract

Standar Operasional Prosedur memasang selang infus yang digunakan oleh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia adalah cuci tangan, dekatkan alat, jelaskan kepada klien tentang prosedur dan sensasi yang akan dirasakan selama pemasangan infus, atur posisi pasien berbaring, siapkan cairan dengan menyambung botol cairan dengan selang infus dan gantungkan pada standar infus, menentukan area vena yang akan ditusuk, pasang alas, pasang tourniket pembendung ± 15 cm diatas vena yang akan ditusuk, pakai sarung tangan, desinfeksi area yang akan ditusuk dengan diameter 5-10 cm, tusukan intra vena catheter ke vena dengan jarum menghadap ke jantung, pastikan jarum intra vena masuk ke vena, sambungkan jarum intra vena dengan selang infus, lakukan fiksasi ujung jarum intra vena ditempat insersi, tutup area insersi dengan kasa kering kemudian plester, atur tetesan infus sesuai program medis, lepas sarung tangan, pasang label pelaksanaan tindakan yang berisi : nama pelaksana, tanggal dan jam pelaksanaan, bereskan alat, cuci tangan, dan observasi dan evaluasi respon pasien, catat pada dokumentasi keperawatan Pemasangan infus atau terapi intravena yang dilakukan secara terus menerus dan dalam jangka waktu yang lama, tentunya akan meningkatkan terjadinya komplikasi dari pemasangan infus, salah satunya adalah flebitis. Pemasangan infus adalah salah satu cara atau bagian dari pengobatan untuk memasukkan obat atau vitamin ke dalam tubuh pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang Tingkat Kepatuhan Perawat Dalam Melaksanakan Standar Operasional Prosedur Pemasangan Infus Di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit di Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan Case Study Research. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu panduan wawancara dan panduan observasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkankan bahwa sikap perawat sudah mulai ramah terhadap pasien, sebelum memasang infus perawat terlebih dahulu mempersiapkan alat, dan perawat sudah melakukan tindakan sesuai Standar Operasional Prosedur. Hasil observasi peneliti didapatkan perawat melakukan tindakan tidak semuanya sesuai Standar Operasional Prosedur , sebagian perawat tidak mencuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah tindakan. Hasil penelitian memberikan informasi kepada tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat terkait dengan Tingkat Kepatuhan Perawat Dalam Melaksanakan Standar Operasional Prosedur.

Abstract

This study focuses on cash flow, sales growth and net income as the main aspects investigated to determine how the three aspects impact stock prices within the studied companies. Based on this point, this paper sought to determine the impact of cash flow, sales growth, and net profit on stock prices in the Coal Mining Companies listed on Indonesia’s Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2017. The study used an analytical method, applying a descriptive analysis approach to verify the results. The population in this study were five coal mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from a list of those considered real coal mining companies. The data considered was for six years, ranging from 2012 to 2017. The sample used was purposive sampling, considering certain criteria required to establish an appropriate sample for the study. The authors later used the analytical method of multiple linear regression for data analysis. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that: changes in cash flow have a significant positive effect on stock prices, changes in sales growth have a significant positive influence on stock prices, and changes in net income have a significant positive effect on the stock price in the coal mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
