Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan proses transformasi perilaku, peningkatan pengetahuan, dan pengalaman hidup untuk membentuk peserta didik menjadi pribadi yang lebih matang dalam berpikir dan berperilaku. Pendidikan moral anak sekolah dasar sebagai fondasi utama menciptakan generasi berdaya saing dan memiliki ketahanan karakter, terutama dalam Konsep religi atau agama membawa aturan dan kewajiban sebagai pedoman hubungan dengan Tuhan, sesama manusia, dan lingkungan. Kondisi ini sejalan dengan pemikiran Prof. Dr. H.A.R. Tilaar, M.Sc. Ed, seorang pendidik Indonesia terkemuka, memiliki pandangan yang kuat terkait pendidikan anak usia sekolah dasar,terutama moral dan pembentukan karakter religi menghadapi problema tantangan teknologi di Indonesia dewasa ini. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan urgensi pendidikan moral di sekolah dasar sebagai landasan  moral dan spiritual yang kokoh Khususnya dalam menghadapi era digital.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) di pondok pesantren Al-Ishlah Gunungsari yang merupakan pesantren tradisional. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisa secara statistik efektifitas penerapan SIM di pesantren Al-Ishlah. Berdasarkan jenis datanya, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Mixed Method Research (MMR). Penggalian data kualitatif dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penggunaan SIM di ponpes Al-Ishlah. Adapun penggalian data kuantitatif digunakan untuk menguji efektifitas hasil antara sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, penggunaan SIM berbasis TIK yang diterapkan di pesantren Al-Ishlah adalah dalam ranah cara dan ranah teknis tanpa mengurangi tradisi lama yang menjadi ruh pesantren. Adapun dari uji Wilcoxon, didapatkan fakta output bahwa persepsi setelah diterapkan SIM berbasis TIK lebih memberikan manfaat dibandingkan SIM konvensional.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out a quantitative descriptive picture of the skills of PTKI lecturers in Indonesia and formulate strategies in dealing with the invasion of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in higher education. Based on the type of data, this research is mixed research (Mixed Method Research). The research framework chosen is a case study. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, Online Focus Group Discussion (OFGD), observation and documentation. From the results of data analysis, it is known that the majority of lecturers have a level of skill and readiness in facing AI invasion on a scale of 3 from 1 to 5. Furthermore, it is concluded from the comparison test that lecturers over 42 years old have a significantly lower level of skill and readiness than the next generation. . Meanwhile, from qualitative analysis it is concluded that AI can improve the quality and efficiency of learning systems if AI is positioned as a tool. If adaptation to the AI ​​era is not carried out, AI will actually become a new disruption in learning in higher education.

Abstract

This study discusses the optimisation of teaching and education personnel management in improving the quality of education in the digital era. The approach used is qualitative with a literature study method through analysis of various sources related to technology-based education management strategies, administrative automation, and the development of educators' digital competencies. The results of the study show that the use of digital technology in education management can increase work efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and support a more adaptive learning process through the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), digitisation of administrative services, and continuous training programmes for teachers and educational personnel. However, its implementation still faces challenges in the form of infrastructure limitations, variations in digital literacy levels, and resistance to change. Therefore, optimising management requires an integrated strategy through strengthening infrastructure, increasing human resource capacity, applying innovative learning methods, and utilising technology as a medium for communication and collaboration. This study emphasises that digital transformation is not only an option but a strategic necessity to achieve quality, professional, and sustainable education in the midst of changing times

Abstract

This study analyses educational planning models and methods from theoretical and implementative perspectives, taking into account the challenges and opportunities arising from the development of digital technology. A qualitative approach was used through a literature study, collecting data from scientific articles, books, policy reports, and official documents, which were then analysed using content analysis techniques to examine the main themes and patterns. The results of the study show that traditional planning models are still relevant, but need to be adapted to accommodate the use of real-time data, digital technology, and the dynamic needs of society. Technology-based planning methods, such as blended learning, LMS-based distance learning, and digital material development, are important strategies in the digital age. However, their implementation still faces obstacles in the form of infrastructure limitations, human resource competencies, and educational access gaps. These findings emphasise that digital transformation requires adaptive management, continuous training, and cross-sector collaboration so that technology can be effectively integrated into educational planning. Overall, this study concludes that the use of technology in educational planning and management has the potential to improve accuracy, transparency, and inclusiveness if supported by adequate infrastructure readiness and digital literacy.

Abstract

This study discusses a human resource management model based on Islamic organisational culture in educational institutions as an effort to realise effective, sustainable human resource management that is in line with Islamic values. The objectives of the study include understanding the application of Islamic values in the human resource management process, such as funding management, training, career development, and strengthening work commitment. The research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach through a review of primary and secondary sources selected purposively. Data analysis was conducted using decontextualisation and recontextualisation techniques to identify the main themes that form the Islamic organisational culture-based HR model. The results show that the application of this model can improve the competence, performance, and job satisfaction of educators and staff through the internalisation of Islamic values, which strengthens organisational commitment and builds a professional and spiritual work environment. These findings contribute to the development of a more holistic and contextual HR management paradigm in Islamic educational institutions. Thus, organisational culture transformation based on Islamic values is an important factor in successful HR management amid the dynamics of contemporary education.
