Abstract

House price predictions are an important thing in the property industry and are useful for buyers in making decisions. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Random Forest (RF) methods were used for accuracy analysis in predicting housing prices. Purpose of this research is to measure the accuracy of both methods also to compare RF method optimized with PCA and the one that has not been optimized. The data used is house prices in Karanganyar city based on data scraping results on the rumah123.com site. The analysis reveals that Jaten has the highest number of house sales, and sales of houses with land ownership certificates are also the highest. Of the 10 variables used, land area and buildings have the most influence on selling prices. The model training results show that the RF and PCA methods combination has more optimal value than only using the RF method. The error rate of the PCA method is smaller, averaging 0.0257, making its value more consistent than using only the RF method, which has a larger error value with an average of 0.0332. The model training time using PCA is faster (5005.75) than only using the RF method (6099.25)

Abstract

The Government of Indonesia is continuously striving to improve its education quality with the provision of scholarship programs, one of which is the Smart Indonesia Program (SIP). Students' interest in obtaining SIPs is increasing, but the selection process still relies on conventional methods. Without adequate IT support, the selection process for SIP scholarship candidates will be complex, less objective, and somewhat unfair. State Vocational High School (SVHS) 5 Surakarta was selected as a case study for this research to establish the selection process and the data collection methods used in previous years. The research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) to assist in nominating students deemed eligible for SIP scholarship recommendations. The applied methods include Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA). Four criteria have been set in this DSS: card ownership status, total parental income, household income, and number of siblings. Each of which is further broken down into several sub-criteria and assigned a value for use in the AHP process. Upon comparing data from 2021 to 2023, it was found that the accuracy in 2021 was 92.9%, in 2022 it reached 94.7%, and in 2023 it recorded 92.3%. Based on the results of this system accuracy test, it can be concluded that the AHP and MOORA methods can be used to objectively produce recommendations for students eligible for SIP scholarships, based on the input criteria.

Abstract

Persaingan ketat layanan Over The Top (OTT) di Indonesia menuntut pemahaman terkait kepuasan pengguna sebagai kunci retensi pelanggan. Ulasan Google Play Store menjadi sumber data penting untuk klasifikasi sentimen. Meskipun metode SVM dan Naive Bayes populer untuk klasifikasi, tetapi perbandingan keduanya untuk klasifikasi sentimen layanan OTT masih terbatas. Penelitian ini membandingkan kinerja keduanya untuk klasifikasi ulasan Aplikasi OTT berbahasa Indonesia. Selain itu, dilakukan validasi eksternal terhadap rating Aplikasi untuk mengidentifikasi metode dan rasio data optimal, serta menganalisis korelasi antara kinerja sentimen positif dengan rating tersebut. Tahapan perbandingan dilakukan melalui metode KDD meliputi pengumpulan data, text preprocessing, transformasi data, hingga klasifikasi dengan pengujian pembagian data training dan testing (70:30, 80:20, dan 90:10) untuk mendapatkan model yang optimal. Klasifikasi diuji menggunakan berbagai matrik evaluasi yaitu Akurasi, Presisi, Recall, dan F1-Score. Model optimal kemudian divalidasi menggunakan koefisien korelasi Pearson antara F1-Score sentimen positif dan rating Aplikasi. Hasil kesimpulan dari perbandingan kedua metode menunjukkan bahwa SVM secara konsisten mengungguli Naive Bayes di seluruh skenario pengujian. Model SVM dengan rasio 90:10 adalah model optimal dengan akurasi rata-rata 75%. Model ini kuat pada sentimen negatif (F1-Score=0,91) namun menunjukkan kegagalan kritis pada sentimen netral (F1-Score=0,00). Analisis korelasi Pearson menghasilkan nilai r = 0,538, mengindikasikan adanya korelasi positif sedang antara sentimen positif dengan popularitas aplikasi. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah model optimal ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat Business Intelligence meskipun perlu pengembangan lanjutan untuk mengatasi imbalance data pada kelas netral.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi penyandang disabilitas di Perkumpulan Penyandang Disabilitas Klaten (PPDK) melalui digitalisasi UMKM disabilitas dan penguatan kewirausahaan. Permasalahan utama mitra meliputi keterbatasan keterampilan digital marketing, rendahnya kualitas visual produk, serta minimnya pemanfaatan media digital sebagai sarana pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dengan pendekatan partisipatif berupa pelatihan, pendampingan, diskusi interaktif, serta praktik langsung pemasaran digital menggunakan media sosial dan marketplace. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 15 orang penyandang disabilitas pelaku UMKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 90% peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan digital marketing, terjadi peningkatan penggunaan media promosi khususnya TikTok dan Facebook, serta peningkatan motivasi kewirausahaan. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan daya saing produk UMKM disabilitas dan membuka peluang pengembangan usaha secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas, khususnya anak-anak dengan autisme di Kabupaten Klaten, menghadapi keterbatasan akses terhadap ruang ekspresi seni dan publikasi karya. Yayasan Sanggar Insan Harapan (SIH) sebagai komunitas binaan Perkumpulan Penyandang Disabilitas Klaten (PPDK) memiliki potensi besar untuk mengembangkan seni inklusif, namun memerlukan pendampingan dalam aspek kurasi, publikasi, dan identitas sosial. Program Inovasi Seni Nusantara menjadi bagian dari upaya penguatan peran difabel dalam ekosistem seni melalui inovasi berbasis seni, desain, dan media. Program ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat identitas sosial difabel melalui penyelenggaraan Festival Seni dan Budaya Disabilitas Klaten 2025, serta meningkatkan kapasitas mitra dalam manajemen, kurasi, dan publikasi karya seni difabel secara berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui dua tahap awal, yaitu: a) Sosialisasi program, guna memperkenalkan tujuan, tahapan kegiatan, dan peran masing-masing pihak (SIH, PPDK, dan tim pelaksana).b) Kurasi awal karya seni, untuk menyeleksi dan mengelompokkan karya anak-anak difabel berdasarkan tema, teknik, dan potensi pameran. Hasil tahap awal menunjukkan meningkatnya pemahaman mitra terhadap tujuan program, serta lahirnya panduan kurasi awal sebagai acuan dalam menyiapkan pameran. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan kurasi awal berhasil membangun kesadaran dan komitmen awal mitra dalam mengembangkan seni inklusif. Tahapan selanjutnya akan diarahkan pada pelatihan peningkatan keterampilan, penataan ruang pamer, dan penerapan inovasi digital melalui website dan festival seni.

Abstract

The development of information system technology makes everyone need presentation of information quickly and efficiently. The Taruna Vocational High School (SMK) under the foundation of Tholobin Roudlotut / Ma'arif NU Institution are still manually processing correspondence data both in letter filing and mailing. This can makes frequent errors in mail data storing and searching. In solving the problem, a latter data processing system is needed to support the success in data collection and storage of correspondence. System Information processing correspondence is discussed about processing and archiving mail. The objective of this system is to build a web-based mail management information system at Taruna Balen Vocational High School, Bojonegoro. Data collection method used interview method, observation and literature review. The method used Waterfall Method. The programming language was PHP and HTML and database used MySQL. Furthermore, tools and editors used XAMPP 3.6, Windows 10 Pro, Firefox, Adobe Photoshop CS3 and Ms. Office Visio 2010. Whereas, system testing used Alpha Testing with the Black Box method. The results of all tests on the login menu, the mail data and report menu have been successful. All systems have run quite well, safe in feasibility, easily understood in the appearance and the results obtained are appropriate to expectation. Thus, it can be concluded that the information system processing of correspondence are appropriate to expectation in processing letters data. It can be seen from the processing of letter data in inputting correspondence, the letter searching process, and also can speed up the performance of the administration staff.

Abstract

Warung sate kambing Mbak Wid memiliki luas ruangan 3m x 5m dengan 1 kipas angin di dalam ruangannya. Kipas angin di warung sate kambing Mbak Wid cara pengoperasiannya masih manual dengan cara memutar potensiometer jika ada pembeli dan suhu di dalam ruangan tersebut panas, jika tidak ada pembeli kipas angin akan dimatikan. Pengoperasian kipas angin yang manual dapat merepotkan pegawai dan pemilik sate kambing Mbak Wid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengaturan kipas angin otomatis menggunakan sensor LM35 berbasis arduino di warung sate kambing Mbak Wid. Perancangan sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, literatur, eksperimen, dan dokumentasi. Pengaturan kipas angin otomatis menggunakan software Arduino IDE untuk memasukkan perintah dan Processing IDE digunakan untuk mengolah nilai suhu. Sensor LM35 mampu mendeteksi suhu ruangan dengan akurat pada jarak 1,5m - 2,5m. Pada jarak 3m sensor masih bisa mendeteksi suhu tetapi kurang akurat, sedangkan pada jarak 3,5 meter sensor akan mendeteksi suhu loncat tidak beraturan. Hasil dari penelitian ini pengaturan kipas angin otomatis dapat menyalakan dan mematikan kipas angin secara otomatis. Pengaturan kipas angin otomatis dapat menyalakan kipas angin secara otomatis pada suhu ≥ 270C dan dapat mematikan kipas angin secara otomatis pada suhu < 270C. Kipas angin dapat menyala dan mati secara otomatis pada pukul 09.00 - 10.00. Hal ini disebabkan karena pada pukul 09.00 - 10.00 terdapat suhu < 270C dan ≥ 270C. Pada pukul 11.00 - 16.00 kipas angin akan terus menyala, karena pada pukul 11.00 - 16.00 suhu selalu ≥ 270C. Mati dan menyala kipas angin belum stabil. Deteksi perubahan suhu dan waktu aktif berubah - ubah secara signifikan.

Abstract

The election process for the BEM president at Sahid Surakarta University previously used a website and log in using a username and password. The implementation of the election has several problems, such as multiple voting rights and an unregistered NIM. Therefore it is necessary to increase security by using applications and fingerprints for login. This study aims to build an application for the presidential BEM election system. The use of fingerprints to improve security in elections and avoid fraud during general elections. This research is software development using the waterfall method. The data collection is divided into three, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. In building the system, it uses the Embarcadero Delphi XE8. The database used by PostgreSQL and the fingerprint used by the Live 20R fingerprint. The system was tested using the Five View method. The fingerprint recording test used three different materials. The fingerprint recognition test used eight different finger conditions. The last test was the application delay time in the fingerprint response and the response to opening the menu. This research is the application of the presidential BEM election system for Sahid Surakarta University using fingerprint. The results of the tests carried out give 100% of the application running functionally. Meanwhile, fingerprint testing results show that the fingerprint machine only reads the fingerprints, while the fingerprint photos and the skin on the elbow cannot be read and stored by the machine. Fingerprint recognition testing using a fingerprint machine can read fingerprints in all conditions (wet fingers, oily fingers, inked fingers, pen crossed fingers, and sanitized fingers). However, fingerprints cannot read if the finger pattern is closed or blocked; namely, fingers closed one hand, fingers dusty, and fingers tied with thread. The time delay test produces an average time for fingerprint reading of 1.05 seconds, while the average time needed for menu opening is 0.25 seconds.
