Abstract

Access to global information online is essential for an institution or group. Users who use web-based apps from their homes or other locations may meet their requirements without traveling to the designated institution. This study aims to determine if stakeholders' demands can be met by the web-based application for tuition fee management at the Islamic boarding school "Bilal Bin Rabah" in Sukoharjo. Both documentation and UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling techniques were employed in this study. The purpose of this application is to make it simpler for administrative staff to handle information on student fee payments and to evaluate financial information for associated parties. Three people may use this application's payment system: the administrator, the head of the Islamic boarding school, and a parent of a student. The administrator may handle student information, and payment information, charge the student’s parents, and print the necessary reports for the Islamic Boarding School. The school's headmaster has access to student data and may generate reports and examine student invoices. The invoices and transaction history of payments that have been made are visible to parents/guardians of students. The website will continue to be developed to support the mobile platform, allowing users to access the school fee management system via mobile more conveniently. Based on the test results, users of the SPP payment system application are quite satisfied.

Abstract

The Clee Ltd prioritizes comfort, speed and customer satisfaction and has a high commitment and professionalism in providing services at relatively affordable prices. The website can reach a wider range of customers and make it easier for customers to find information about products and choose the best offers provided by the company, as well as being a promotion. Business websites require good back-end system support to help create a website as a behind-the-scenes system that processes databases and servers. Design a property website system that has 2 users, namely User and Admin. User as website visitor and Admin as website manager. Users can only access 2 pages, namely the "Login" and "View" pages. Admins can access the "Login", "Manage Email ", "Manage Phone Number ", "Manage Buying Data", "Manage Selling Data", and "Manage Rental Data" pages. Design a back-end website property system by implementing Flask which is a framework that has simplicity, where this trait facilitates the design of the website system and produces an optimal website properly. The implementation of the Flask Framework on the system can be done using the Flask. The Flask route function is a decorator where the URL will be called by the system. Flash serves to display messages. The use of the Flask Framework makes it easier by users to implement the website. The Flask functions used in this system are “login” and “dashboard”. The server can deliver users to do “Buying”, “Selling”, and “Rental” pages. The user can choose one of these systems to move to the selected view.

Abstract

Almost every home has a Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) internet connection, and it is normal practice to safeguard internet access to prevent unauthorized use and to make sure that internet usage does not exceed costs. Using WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access) protection is one method of securing internet access over Wi-Fi. However, some people are still attempting to crack WPA2 in order to obtain unrestricted, free, and unauthorized access to the internet. The purpose of this study is to identify the ways in which AeroWPA can be utilized to mitigate the problem of obtaining WiFi access without a password. AeroWPA and Wi-Fi Deauther are used in the keamanan access control procedure, with the Router Nirkabel Totolink N300RT serving as the subject of the investigation in order to identify any kind of anomaly. The study's findings indicate that the process of changing a password in an AeroWPA script is hindered by password cracking, which causes a connected phone to freeze twice. Additionally, SSID security is compromised by using a password that is obtained from a logged-in user and the script itself employs Social Engineering.

Abstract

Aplikasi Pinjam Ruang adalah aplikasi yang dikembangkan untuk mempermudah proses peminjaman ruang di Pemerintah Kota Salatiga. Kendala dalam proses pengembangan dan pengelelolaanya antara lain, ada beberapa ruang belum terintegrasi belum dilakukannya pengujian keamanan aplikasi sehingga diperlukan audit aplikasi Pinjam Ruang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif kuantitatif dengan jenis data primer berupa hasil observasi, wawancara dan mengajukan kuesioner kepada stakeholder dan jenis data sekunder berupa hasil studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil audit dari penelitian menggunakan framework COBIT 2019, menghasilkan level kapabilitas, analisa kesenjangan (gap) dan rekomendasi level. Level kapabilitas aplikasi Pinjam Ruang saat ini DSS05 (Managed Security Services) berada di level kapabilitas 3 dan MEA03 (Managed Compliance With External Requirements ) berada di level kapabilitas 2. Tata kelola aplikasi Pinjam Ruang sudah dapat diterapkan dengan baik di Diskominfo Salatiga dengan beberapa rekomendasi untuk perbaikan tata kelola aplikasi Pinjam Ruang agar berjalan lebih maksimal.

Abstract

Persediaan adalah bentuk aktiva yang dapat diubah menjadi uang dalam bentuk barang yang diperoleh, disimpan, dan disalurkan untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional dalam konteks lingkungan pemerintahan. Barang-barang ini dapat ditujukan untuk dijual atau diserahkan sebagai bagian dari pelayanan umum kepada masyarakat. Saat ini Kantor Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kabupaten Semarang mempunyai kendala pada proses pengelolaan administrasi persediaan barang habis pakai secara kurang efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini membuat aplikasi berbasis website untuk persediaan barang habis pakai berbasis web yang mempermudah proses pemantauan dan pelaporan persediaan barang habis pakai secara efektif dan efisien. Metode waterfall adalah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan framework CodeIgniter. Teknik dan proses pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil analisis sistem didapati dua alur utama yaitu transaksi masuk dan keluar serta dua kebutuhan pengguna. Pada perancangan sistem menghasilan usercase diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, component diagram, dan deployment diagram. Implementasi sistem meliputi back-end untuk admin dan front-end untuk pegawai. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan interface testing dengan scenario dari masing-masing menu serta fungsi sistem, dan didapati hasil yang sesuai. Pengujian juga dilakukan menggunakan metode user acceptance test dengan responden pegawai Kecamatan Kaliwungu dan didapati hasil akhir 88,18% dengan arti sistem telah berfungsi dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

In order to get the characteristics of excellent service, the academic services at Sahid University Surakarta carried out by academic staff need to be improved through a training. This training was held with the aim of improving the competence and ability of academic staff in utilizing digital technology and improving office application skills to improve the quality of academic services. The method of service applied is the method of mentoring. Participants are trained directly and assisted in carrying out their work. The results of this community service activity are an increase in participants' understanding and skills in utilizing digital technology to support academic services, the ability of participants to successfully install and configure computer devices needed to support academic services, and awareness of the importance of improving skills in managing digital technology can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of academic services.

Abstract

Sushi merupakan makanan khas Jepang, dan relatif baru diperkenalkan di Indonesia. Karena kebaruannya ini, maka daya serap masyarakat terhadap jenis kuliner ini relatif masih rendah, sehingga hanya jenis-jenis tertentu saya yang populer. Pengetahuan tentang sushi belum dapat tersebar dengan baik di Indonesia. Anak muda dengan rentang usia 10 – 25 tahun akan menjadi objek utama dalam penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan game sebagai media promosi atau marketing yang lebih menarik dan interaktif. Pembuatan Game 2D Find a Sushi menggunakan Construct 3 dan pemodelan yang digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan adalah GDLC (game development life cycle). GDLC adalah suatu proses pengembangan sebuah game yang dimana merupakan sebuah pendekatan yang terdiri dari 6 tahap atara lain pengembangan dari fase inisialisasi/pembuatan konsep, preproduction, production, testing, beta dan realease. Metode Pengumpulan Data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Wawancara, Studi Pustaka. Metode pengujian menggunakan blackbox dan pengujian beta, berdasarkan hasil pengujian blackbox secara keseluruhan baik dari segi pengujian sistem seperti halaman menu utama dan juga scene gameplay, maka secara keseluruhuan game ini telah berhasil dibuat dan tidak ditemukan kendala. Hasil analisis pengujian kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan hasil pengujian beta mendapat nilai skor 1275 dari nilai yang diharapkan 1500 dan nilai presentase 83,8% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan pengguna merasa game Game find a sushi sangat setuju baik dalam segi materi maupun sistem.

Abstract

It is hoped that this Shepherd and Sheep Game can provide insight and knowledge about the depiction of God's love through the parable of sheep and shepherds and help Christian youths learn and understand Christianity. The making of this game uses the Unity 3D game engine and uses the C# programming language. This research uses the waterfall method as a system development method. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, interviews, and literature study. In the Shepherd and the Lost Sheep Game, there are four levels which have missions that must be completed by the player. The testing method uses Blackbox and Beta Testing. Based on the results of blackbox testing, overall this game has been successfully created and functions well. Based on the results of beta testing using a questionnaire distributed to 30 users, a score of 951 was obtained with a percentage value of 79.25%. It can be concluded that overall users feel satisfied after playing the Shepherd and the Lost Sheep game both in terms of system and material, and users feel quite helped in understanding Christian spiritual material by playing this game.

Abstract

The trains have become one of the most popular modes of transportation in Indonesia. In line with technological advancements, PT KAI launched an application called "Access by KAI," which has received various ratings on the Google Play Store. This research aims to analyze user sentiment towards the "Access by KAI" application. The study employs the SEMMA methodology (Sample, Explore, Modify, Model, and Assess) as a framework, utilizing a combination of machine learning algorithms and lexicon-based approaches. Data collection was conducted through web scraping user reviews from the Google Play Store from January to June 2024, resulting in 9,124 reviews. The best model for sentiment classification in this study is Logistic Regression, achieving an accuracy of 84%, followed by the Random Forest algorithm with an accuracy of 78%, and Naive Bayes with an accuracy of 73%. The results indicate that negative sentiment predominates, suggesting that the "Access by KAI" application requires improvements, particularly in areas that have generated user complaints. Words such as "difficult," "login," "wrong," "payment," and "failed" reflect user frustration related to the login and payment processes, leading to user dissatisfaction. This research is expected to provide insights into user opinions regarding the "Access by KAI" application.
