Abstract

The phenomenon of exploitation of child buskers is one of the social problems that must be resolved by all groups, both the government and society. This exploitation of children is even carried out by their own parents. The focus of this research study is how the form of legal protection from child exploitation should children get education but only in the market. This study aims to determine the forms of child labor exploitation, the factors that influence working children, and to determine the negative impacts arising from child exploitation. In this study, normative research on written law was examined from various aspects such as aspects of theory, philosophy, comparison, structure/composition, consistency, general explanation. This method is considered suitable by researchers to be used in describing the problem of child exploitation in the Gorontalo district market. Based on the results of this study, biological parents are involved in the form of exploitation of children in the market. Factors that influence children to work in the market are economic factors, family factors, and environmental factors. And the negative impact arising from the exploitation of children in the market is the disruption of children's health, loss of desire to go to school, the emergence of psychological traumas in children. and the emergence of unrest in the community around the red light as well as the community around where the child workers themselves live.

Abstract

Currently, many criminal acts are often committed, such as violence. Violence is an arbitrary act committed by someone with the aim of causing physical or psychological harm. Parents have an important role to protect and protect, but instead acts of violence against children are carried out by those closest to them, such as parents. Child Victims of violence who are part of a society whose development is immature both physically and psychologically require special assistance in handling it. This study aims to determine the emergence of factors that cause victims of physical violence against children in the Gorontalo region to reduce the number of victims of acts of violence against children. Which examines the existence of violence perpetrated against children. Data collection was done by interview technique. So a way is needed so that acts of violence against children are not continuously carried out and strict action must be given by the government to the perpetrators who commit violence. So it is deemed necessary to emphasize the regulations that have been implemented in the government, especially Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection

Abstract

to ensure that the holding of general elections is not polluted by disgraceful acts, so that in addition to upholding the rule of law and raising the dignity of society from the habit of committing acts of money politics towards holding honest and fair general elections. The aim of the research is to determine the role of Bawaslu in preventing money politics in the 2019 legislative elections in Gorontalo City. This research uses normative legal research (normative law study) using normative case studies in the form of legal behavior products. The main point of study is law which is conceptualized as a norm or rule that is merely in society and becomes a reference for everyone's behavior. Bawaslu's role in the 2019 regional elections was carried out in accordance with Law No. 15 of 2011 concerning the Implementation of General Elections. Similar to what has been proven by the money politics violations that occurred in Gorontalo City in 2019, there were acts of promising and/or giving money or other materials to influence the holding of elections and/or elections in a structured, systematic and massive manner. Awareness about money politics must be based on shared awareness. Public Knowledge about Politics, of course, candidate pairs and the public must be able to change thought patterns that have an impact on social culture. Both candidate pairs and society must change their perspective. Not only giving, but also changing thought patterns which will later have a permissive impact.

Abstract

Violence against women and children is worrying enough. There is a lot of violence against women and children in the domestic (household) environment. Violence against women and children is an act that is contrary to the basic principles of humanity. Because acts of violence against women are violations of human rights, a national legal instrument is needed to eliminate violence against women and children in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out the legal protection efforts given to women and children as victims of domestic violence. data analysis The description used in this study is a qualitative type of qualitative research that aims to find facts, conditions, changes in phenomena, conditions during the research and what is presented. The results of this study indicate that there are efforts to protect themselves from the law. In Indonesian law, such as: Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence Reform Forms of direct legal protection from existing institutions such as: Integrated service centers and legal support offices.
