Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) sikap guru SMK N 3 Surakarta terhadap penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pembelajaran, dan (2) persepsi guru terhadap integrasi AI dalam proses belajar mengajar.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terbatasnya kajian yang secara spesifik membahas persepsi guru sekolah menengah kejuruan terhadap penggunaan AI dalam konteks pembelajaran. Menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan desain explanatory sequential, data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui angket kepada 73 guru, sedangkan data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi untuk memperdalam hasil kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru bersikap positif terhadap penggunaan AI karena mendukung efisiensi dan personalisasi pembelajaran. Namun, kekhawatiran juga muncul terkait pemahaman teknologi, keterbatasan pelatihan, dan potensi tergantikannya peran guru. AI dipandang sebagai alat bantu, bukan pengganti guru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan berkelanjutan, penguatan literasi AI, serta kebijakan implementasi yang bertahap dan etis untuk mendukung pemanfaatan AI secara optimal di sekolah kejuruan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa gambaran empiris mengenai kesiapan guru SMK dalam mengadopsi AI sebagai bagian dari transformasi digital pendidikan.Kata kunci : Artificial Intelligence; persepsi guru; sikap guru; pembelajaran digital  AbstractThis study aimed to investigate: (1) the attitudes of teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta toward the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in learning, and (2) teachers' perceptions regarding the integration of AI in the teaching and learning process. The study was motivated by the limited body of research specifically addressing vocational secondary school teachers' perceptions of AI use in educational contexts. A mixed-methods approach with an explanatory sequential design was employed; quantitative data were collected through questionnaires administered to 73 teachers, while qualitative data were gathered through structured interviews, direct classroom observations, and document analysis to extend and deepen the quantitative findings. Results indicated that the majority of teachers held positive attitudes toward AI, perceiving it as a tool that enhances learning efficiency and enables personalized instruction. Nonetheless, concerns were expressed regarding students' potential over-reliance on technology, diminished direct teacher-student interaction, and data privacy risks. Teachers consistently framed AI as a pedagogical aid rather than a substitute for the teaching profession. The study recommends sustained AI literacy training, the establishment of evidence-based and ethically grounded implementation policies, and the development of institutional support structures to facilitate the responsible and optimal integration of AI in vocational school settings. These findings contribute an empirical account of vocational school teachers' readiness to adopt AI as a component of broader digital transformation in education.Keywords: Artificial Intelligence; teacher perception; teacher attitude; digital learning; vocational school

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: penerapan keterampilan abad 21 (6C), kendala penerapan keterampilan abad 21 (6C), dan solusi kendala penerapan keterampilan abad 21 (6C) dalam pembelajaran daring pada Simulasi Bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh dari informan, tempat, peristiwa, dan dokumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Validasi data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan dimulai dengan pembuatan RPS; (2) kegiatan diskusi kelompok, pembuatan video peluncuran produk baru, kerja sama dalam praktik expo dan grand launching, dan lain-lain; dan (3) evaluasi dilakukan melalui penilaian sejawat dan pemantauan laporan kemajuan. Kendalanya adalah: (a) rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa; (b) miskomunikasi yang menimbulkan kebingungan; (c) kurangnya kerjasama dan tanggung jawab antar individu dalam kelompok; dan (d) kurangnya kontrol dari dosen. Solusi untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah: (a) penugasan observasi foto dan video pembelajaran; (b) diskusi offline rutin; (c) saling berkolaborasi dan meningkatkan hubungan profesional; dan (d) penerapan pengendalian berkala.Kata Kunci: kecakapan abad 21, pembelajaran online, kualitatifAbstract: This study aims to find out: the implementation of 21st-century skills (6C), obstacles in implementing 21st-century skills (6C), and solutions to the obstacles in implementing 21st-century skills (6C) in online learning at Business Simulation. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Research data was obtained from informants, places, events, and documents. The sampling techniques used were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data validation was done through source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model. The research's findings demonstrate that: (1) planning starts with the creation of the RPS; (2) group discussion activities, making new product launching videos, working together on expo and grand launching practices, etc.; and (3) evaluation takes place through peer assessments and monitoring progress reports. The obstacles were: (a) a lack of critical thinking skills in students; (b) miscommunication that causes confusion; (c) a lack of cooperation and responsibility between individuals in the group; and (d) a lack of control from lecturers. Solutions to overcome the obstacles were: (a) the assignment of observing photos and learning videos; (b) regular offline discussions; (c) collaborating with each other and improving professional relationships; and (d) implementing periodic control. Keywords: 21st century skills (6C), online learning, qualitative

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the management of dynamic archives at the BMN UNS office; (2) Problems that arise; and (3) Efforts are made to overcome the problems that arise. This research is a case study qualitative research, with primary data sources from observations and interviews with BMN office employees, for secondary data from field documentation. The sample uses the snowball sampling technique that the researcher assigns one of the BMN employees as a key informant then asks for advice from other informants related to research. Data analysis used in this research interactive data analysis techniques in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show (1) the management of dynamic archives at the BMN office includes the creation of archives, the use of archives, maintenance and security of archives, shrinkage and destruction of archives; (2) Obstacles in the form of the absence of experts in the field of archives, lack of understanding of archives, lack of socialization of the archive management system, and the classification of types of letters that are still lacking in detail; (3) Efforts to overcome these obstacles include appointing a special employee who handles archives, attends training, socializes the results of the training, and if no appropriate letter classification is found, the closest classification is entered.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pengalaman organisasi terhadap kemampuan public speaking. (2) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kemampuan public speaking, (3) pengaruh pengalaman organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kemampuan public speaking. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni 109 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan stratified random sampling yaitu sampling strata. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi logistik multinomial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pengalaman organisasi terhadap kemampuan public speaking (sign 0,000), (2) terdapat pengaruh secara simultan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kemampuan public speaking (sign 0,003), dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengalaman organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kemampuan public speaking (sign 0,000). Koefisien determinasi R Square sebesar 0,407 yang berarti bahwa 40,7% kemampuan public speaking (Y) dipengaruhi oleh variabel pengalaman organisasi (X1), dan sisanya sebanyak 59,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Kata kunci: keaktifan berorganisasi; kemampuan berbicara; mengelola emosiAbstract: This study examined: (1) the influence of organizational experience on public speaking skills, (2) the influence of emotional intelligence on public speaking skills, and (3) the combined influence of organizational experience and emotional intelligence on public speaking skills. We employed a quantitative approach with causal associative design using primary data. The population consisted of 109 individuals, with stratified random sampling used for sample selection. Data were collected through questionnaire surveys and analyzed using multinomial logistic regression. Results indicated that: (1) organizational experience had a significant influence on public speaking skills (p < .001), (2) emotional intelligence had a significant influence on public speaking skills (p = .003), and (3) organizational experience and emotional intelligence together had a significant influence on public speaking skills (p < .001). The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.407, indicating that 40.7% of public speaking skills variance was explained by organizational experience and emotional intelligence variables, while the remaining 59.3% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: managing emotions; organizational involvement; speaking skills

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan pergaulan dan motivasi diri terhadap perilaku belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel berjumlah 170 mahasiswa aktif dari angkatan 2021 hingga 2023 yang diambil dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket tertutup menggunakan skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan pergaulan dan motivasi diri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku belajar mahasiswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan pergaulan dan motivasi diri bepengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku belajar mahasiswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Secara parsial, lingkungan pergaulan (X1) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku belajar dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,959 dan signifikansi 0,004 (< 0,05), sedangkan motivasi diri (X2) juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan t hitung sebesar 2,130 dan signifikansi 0,035 (< 0,05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel bebas tersebut memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku belajar mahasiswa dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 8,715, signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05), dan nilai R Square sebesar 0,095, yang berarti 9,5% perubahan perilaku belajar mahasiswa dapat dijelaskan oleh lingkungan pergaulan dan motivasi diri. Dari kontribusi relatif, lingkungan pergaulan memberikan pengaruh lebih besar yaitu sebesar 62,82%, sementara motivasi diri sebesar 37,18%. Kata kunci: interaksi sosial; kinerja akademik; mahasiswa sarjana; pendidikan tinggi; regresi linier bergandaAbstract: This study examines the influence of peer environment and self-motivation on the learning behavior of students in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sebelas Maret. A quantitative approach was employed using survey methodology and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample comprised 170 active students from the 2021 to 2023 cohorts, selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a validated and reliable closed-ended questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. The results demonstrate that both peer environment and self-motivation exert positive and significant influences on students' learning behavior, both individually and collectively. Partial analysis revealed that peer environment (X1) significantly influences learning behavior (t = 2.959, p = .004), while self-motivation (X2) also demonstrates significant influence (t = 2.130, p = .035). Simultaneous analysis indicated that both independent variables significantly affect learning behavior (F = 8.715, p < .001). The coefficient of determination (R² = .095) indicates that 9.5% of the variance in learning behavior can be explained by peer environment and self-motivation. Regarding relative contribution, peer environment accounts for a larger proportion of influence (62.82%), while self-motivation contributes 37.18%. Keywords: academic performance; higher education; multiple linear regression; social interaction; undergraduate students

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar di Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah informan, tempat dan peristiwa, serta dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Validitas data yang digunakan adalah validitas internal dan validitas eksternal. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian: (1) Pengelolaan surat di Sekretariat Daerah Kota Surakarta berlangsung efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel melalui pembagian tugas yang jelas, dukungan regulasi, penerapan sistem digital, serta mekanisme disposisi berjenjang yang mencerminkan prinsip good governance, (2) Kendala yang dirasakan di Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Surakarta adalah kurangnya pemahaman Masyarakat terhadap alur dan kewenangan antar bagian, (3) Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Surakarta perlu menerapkan strategi komprehensif berbasis sosialisasi, digitalisasi, dan evaluasi berkala untuk membangun layanan persuratan yang efisien, transparan, dan responsif.    Kata Kunci: administrasi; pelayanan; pemerintahAbstract: This study aimed to examine the procedures for managing incoming and outgoing mail in the General Affairs Division of the Surakarta City Regional Secretariat. A qualitative descriptive research design was employed. Data sources included key informants, direct observation of events and locations, and relevant documentation. Purposive sampling was utilized to select participants. Data collection techniques comprised interviews, observation, and document analysis. Internal and external validity assessments ensured data credibility. The interactive analysis model guided data analysis. The findings revealed that: (1) Mail management at the Surakarta City Regional Secretariat operates effectively, efficiently, and accountably through clear task distribution, regulatory support, digital system implementation, and a tiered disposition mechanism reflecting good governance principles; (2) The primary obstacle identified was the public's insufficient understanding of mail routing procedures and jurisdictional boundaries between divisions; and (3) The General Affairs Division should implement a comprehensive strategy incorporating public outreach, digitalization, and periodic evaluation to establish efficient, transparent, and responsive mail services. Keywords: administration; government; services

Abstract

Abstrak Rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi mahasiswa merupakan salah satu permasalahan penting, mengingat kompetensi komunikasi merupakan keterampilan esensial dalam dunia akademik maupun kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan diri dan kecerdasan sosial terhadap kemampuan komunikasi mahasiswa program studi pendidikan administrasi perkantoran FKIP UNS Angkatan 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini ditetapkan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh sebanyak 98 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert 1-4. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 27. Uji prasyarat penelitian ini meliputi uji normalitas, linearitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Temuan penelitian menggambarkan: (1) kepercayaan diri berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial terhadap kemampuan komunikasi, t(95) = 6,095, p = < 0,001; (2) kecerdasan sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi, t(95) = 4,666, p = < 0,001; dan (3) keduanya secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi, F(2, 95) = 104,944, p = < 0,001. Persamaan regresi ialah Ŷ = 4,733 + 0,409 X1 + 0,266X2, dengan R2 = 0,688. Sumbangan efektif kepercayaan diri dan kecerdasan sosial adalah 39,7% dan 29,1%, dengan sumbangan relatif masing-masing sebesar 57,7% dan 42,3%. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pengembangan pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi perlu diarahkan pada peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan kecerdasan sosial mahasiswa sebagai upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi mereka. Kata kunci: interaksi sosial; kecerdasan interpersonal; percaya diri; perguruan tinggi Abstract The low level of communication skills among students is a significant issue, given that communication competence is an essential skill in both academic and professional settings. This study aims to examine the influence of self-confidence and social intelligence on the communication skills of students in the Office Administration Education program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, UNS, Class of 2022. This study employs a quantitative method with a causal-associative approach. The study population and sample were determined using a saturated sampling technique, comprising 98 students. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of a closed-ended questionnaire using a 1–4 Likert scale. Data analysis in this study utilized multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS version 27. The prerequisite tests for this study included tests for normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The research findings indicate: (1) self-confidence has a significant positive partial effect on communication skills, t(95) = 6.095, p < 0.001; (2) social intelligence has a significant positive effect on communication skills, t(95) = 4.666, p < 0.001; and (3) both variables simultaneously have a significant positive effect on communication skills, F(2, 95) = 104.944, p < 0.001. The regression equation is Ŷ = 4.733 + 0.409 X1 + 0.266 X2, with R² = 0.688. The effective contributions of self-confidence and social intelligence are 39.7% and 29.1%, with relative contributions of 57.7% and 42.3%, respectively. The findings of this study imply that the development of learning in higher education needs to be directed toward improving students’ self-confidence and social intelligence as a strategic effort to enhance their communication skills. Keywords: higher education; interpersonal intelligence;  self confidence; social interaction

Abstract

AbstrakTransformasi digital di bidang pendidikan menuntut guru untuk memiliki kemampuan literasi digital guru dalam mendukung pembelajaran. Namun, pada praktiknya masih ditemukan perbedaan kemampuan literasi digital guru yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal, seperti motivasi belajar serta faktor eksternal seperti dukungan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan dukungan organisasi terhadap literasi digital guru SMKN 3 Surakarta baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif kausal, dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel 75 guru melalui teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket tertutup berskala Likert yang telah melewati uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics versi 27. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap literasi digital guru dengan kontribusi efektif sebesar 48,1%. (2) dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap literasi digital guru dengan kontribusi efektif sebesar 16,4%. (3) motivasi belajar dan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap literasi digital guru secara simultan dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,645 menunjukkan bahwa 64,5% variabel literasi digital guru dipengaruhi oleh motivasi belajar dan dukungan organisasi, sementara sisanya 35,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: dukungan organisasi; literasi digital guru; motivasi belajar; guru, sekolah kejuruan AbstractDigital transformation in education requires teachers to possess digital literacy competencies in order to support effective learning. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the aid of IBM SPSS Statistics software, version 27. The findings revealed that (1) learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on teachers' digital literacy, with an effective contribution of 48.1%; (2) organizational support has a positive and significant effect on teachers' digital literacy, with an effective contribution of 16.4%; and (3) learning motivation and organizational support simultaneously exert a positive and significant effect on teachers' digital literacy, with an R-square value of 0.645, indicating that 64.5% of the variance in teachers' digital literacy is explained by learning motivation and organizational support, while the remaining 35.5% is attributable to other variables outside the scope of this study.Keywords:  organizational support; teacher digital literacy; learning motivation; teachers; vocational school

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh self-awareness terhadap disiplin belajar siswa kelas XI MPLB di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta; (2) mengetahui pengaruh sikap guru terhadap disiplin belajar; (3) mengetahui pengaruh self-awareness dan sikap guru secara bersama-sama terhadap disiplin belajar. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan populasi 106 siswa dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan divalidasi untuk memastikan keandalan data. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner tertutup menggunakan skala Likert 1–4. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan self-awareness terhadap disiplin belajar siswa kelas XI MPLB di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta (  3,630  >   1,983); (2) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan sikap guru terhadap disiplin belajar siswa kelas XI MPLB di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta ( 5,441 >  1,983); (3) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan self-awareness dan sikap guru terhadap disiplin belajar siswa kelas XI MPLB di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta ( 34,607 >  3,08). Temuan lain menunjukkan sumbangan efektif self-awareness sebesar 14,5% dan sikap guru sebesar 25,7% terhadap disiplin belajar. Kata kunci: pendekatan kuantitatif; perilaku siswa; sekolah menengah kejuruan Abstract: This study examined the influence of self-awareness and teacher attitudes on learning discipline among eleventh-grade Management of Office and Business Services (MPLB) students at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Employing a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, the research utilized a saturated sampling technique encompassing all 106 students in the target population. Data collection was conducted through validated questionnaires using a 4-point Likert scale, with subsequent analysis performed using IBM SPSS version 26. The findings revealed significant positive effects: (1) self-awareness demonstrated a significant influence on learning discipline (tcount = 3.630 > ttable = 1.983); (2) teacher attitudes showed a significant impact on learning discipline (tcount = 5.441 > ttable = 1.983); and (3) the combined effect of both variables was statistically significant (Fcount = 34.607 > Ftable = 3.08). The effective contribution analysis indicated that self-awareness contributed 14.5% and teacher attitudes contributed 25.7% to student learning discipline, with a total variance explanation of 40.2%. These results provide empirical evidence for the importance of developing student self-awareness and fostering positive teacher attitudes in enhancing learning discipline within vocational education settings. Keywords: quantitative approach; student behaviour; vocational high school

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui penataan tata ruang kantor Kecamatan Mojolaban, (2) mengetahui persepsi pegawai terhadap penataan ruang kantor Kecamatan Mojolaban, (3) mengetahui hal-hal yang diperlukan untuk memperbaiki tata ruang kantor di kantor Kecamatan Mojolaban. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan deskripsi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian ini meliputi camat mojolaban, Kasubag Umum dan Kepegawaian, Kasubag Keuangan, pegawai dukcapil, serta mengambil data dari arsip atau dokumen. Teknik pengambilan informan yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik uji validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa (1) Penataan ruang kantor di Kecamatan Mojolaban secara keseluruhan kurang optimal karena terbatasnya lahan  sehingga terdapat beberapa ruang yang luasnya kurang sesuai dengan jumlah karyawan. Kondisi ruang kerja kantor berdasarkan asas mengenai jarak terpendek terpenuhi karena setiap ruangan saling berdekatan dan ruang camat berada di tengah kantor; (2) Persepsi karyawan mengenai penataan ruangan mengeluh mengenai luas kantor yang sempit, kurangnya peralatan, dan dekorasi yang minim (3) Hal yang diperlukan untuk mendukung penataan ruang kantor adalah penambahan peralatan untuk menunjang aktivitas(2) karyawan, meningkatkan utilitas kantor dan memperluas sirkulasi gerak. Kata kunci : kantor; kecamatan mojolaban; perspektif karyawan; tata ruangAbstract: This study aims to (1) determine the layout of the Mojolaban sub-district office, (2) knowing perceptions of the layout of the Mojolaban sub-district office, (3) determine the support needed to implement office layout in the Mojolaban sub-district office. This type of research is a qualitative with a case study approach. The data sources for this study include informants, places and events, and archives or documents. The informant selection technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation. The data validity test techniques used were source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique used was an interactive analysis model. From the results of this study, it was concluded that (1) The layout of the office space in Mojolaban Sub-district as a whole is not good because the land is limited so that there are several rooms whose size does not match the number of employees. The condition of the office workspace is based on the principle of the shortest distance, each room is close to each other and the sub-district room is in the middle of the office; (2) Employee perceptions regarding the layout of the room complain about the narrow office space, lack of equipment, and minimal decoration (3) Things needed to support the layout of the office space are the addition of equipment to support employee activities, increase office utilities, and expand circulation. Keywords: office; mojolaban district; employee perspective; spatial planning
