Abstract: This study aims to produce a product in the form of a web-based school climate information system. The design of this study uses a combination of research and development (R dan D) with design and development (D dan D). The development of a school climate information system involves various education stakeholders in Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Province, especially at the high school / vocational level and the equivalent. Based on the results of the trials conducted in two stages in two different schools in Gunungkidul Regency, the website-based school climate measurement information system is feasible to be used and applied especially at the high school and vocational level. The use of the school climate web can help school principals identify school situations and on the other hand school people are directly involved in the process of improving their schools by providing an assessment of their school climate. This system should be disseminated and disseminated to schools in a wider scope. However, there are special notes in terms of users, especially parents. Of all the elements of the user, parents have limited use of the website because of barriers to internet literacy and uneven access. Therefore, especially for parents, it is recommended that the use of this instrument be combined with manual instruments so that parents can still participate in measuring the school climate. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the PPL program and analyzing problems in the implementation in the field. The research was conducted using case studies in the implementation of the PPL program in the Education Management Study Program (MP) Yogyakarta State University (UNY). Data collection is done by observation, interview, and document study. The results of the study show that: The use of Nomenclature for Course Introduction in School Field (PLP) raises problems during the implementation of field experience practice programs, related to Siakad, and perceptions of institutions where MPs study practice. The practice patterns of MP Study Program activities are carried out continuously and are interrelated between Pre PPL, OLMP activities, Educational Internship activities, and Post PPL; Problems in conducting PPL programs are related to the absence of a formal PPL Program Guide; and Collaborative guidance has not yet been fully carried. Research recommendations, that Naming the nomenclature of field practice subjects that have been standardized in academic regulations to become an Introduction to School Field (PLP) needs to be reformulated by considering non teacher training programs, by not eliminating scientific substance; and Collaborative guidance needs to be carried out for the successful practice of field experience between study programs, DPLs, and civil service staff in practice institutions.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe learning leadership in building a culture of information technology and utilizing it to improve the quality of elementary school organizations based on digital developments in Indonesia. This article uses a qualitative approach with a multi-case study method. Data were obtained from key informants, elementary school documents and books, as well as journals and articles that support the research on learning leadership in building a culture of information technology in the digital era. The findings show that principal’s leadership plays a central role, not only by issuing policies but also by modeling, guiding teachers, and fostering collaboration that integrates technology into daily learning practices. This leadership focus transforms technology use into a sustainable school culture rather than a temporary response to the pandemic. The use of information technology is not only carried out in learning, but academic activities and school management have also begun to incorporate digital-based information technology. The learning leadership of school principals can be seen in their role in organizing the acculturation of information technology utilization through school policies and activity programs, especially in developing learning activities. Limitations include the fact that learning in the classroom is not fully digital-based, as elementary school learning still prioritizes face-to-face interactions between teachers and students. This study develops its setting and orientation by emphasizing leadership values in educational management. The study highlights the importance of the learning leadership of school principals in developing learning innovations at their schools, especially in the development of a digital-based information technology culture.

Abstract

This study examines the combined and individual influence of principals’ digital leadership and teacher empowerment training on the self-efficacy of elementary school teachers in Central Lombok Regency, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative ex post facto design, the research involved a purposive sample of 100 teachers who had participated in empowerment training. Data were collected through validated questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that: (1) principals’ digital leadership has a significant positive effect on teacher self-efficacy (p = 0.020, t = 2.359); (2) teacher empowerment training also exerts a significant positive effect (p = 0.000, t = 4.554); and (3) collectively, these two factors significantly contribute to teacher self-efficacy (p = 0.000, F = 22.066), explaining 31.3% (R² = 0.313) of its variance. These findings underscore the importance of developing school principals’ digital leadership competencies and implementing structured teacher empowerment programs as effective strategies to bolster teachers' belief in their professional capabilities. The study provides empirical evidence for educational policymakers and school administrators aiming to enhance teacher quality and instructional effectiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

This study investigates (1) the feasibility of a structural model using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) and (2) the relationships among teachers’ experiences in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile (P5), their readiness to apply Deep Learning (DL), and efforts to achieve School Well-Being (SWB). The participants were 99 public and private elementary and junior high school teachers from the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Central Java, and East Java, selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire with a four-point Likert scale. The instrument was developed using a formative approach, with content validity assessed by two experts, while construct validity and reliability were examined through the SEM-PLS outer model. The results show that the proposed structural model demonstrates an excellent goodness of fit (SRMR = 0.048). The model explains DL Readiness at a weak-to-moderate level (R² = 0.245) and SWB at a very strong level (R² = 0.753). Teachers’ experience in implementing P5 has a significant positive effect on their readiness to apply DL. In turn, DL Readiness has a very strong and significant effect on efforts to achieve SWB. However, teachers’ P5 implementation experience does not have a direct significant effect on SWB. Further analysis confirms a significant indirect effect, indicating full mediation through DL Readiness. Effect size analysis reinforces these findings, highlighting DL Readiness as the dominant predictor of SWB. Overall, the study suggests that SWB is primarily shaped by teachers’ readiness to implement DL practices rather than by P5 implementation experience only.

Abstract

Educational institutions increasingly face competitive pressures in attracting and maintaining student enrollment, particularly within the private school sector. This study examines educational marketing strategies implemented to increase student enrollment in Catholic private schools. The research focuses on two institutions, namely SMA Strada Santo Thomas Aquino and SMA Katolik Lia Stephanie, which demonstrate different enrollment trends and marketing approaches. A qualitative exploratory method was employed to understand institutional strategies and marketing practices in their natural contexts. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation conducted between August and December 2025. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation, while analysis followed the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that both schools implement educational marketing strategies based on the marketing mix framework (7P), including product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. SMA Strada Santo Thomas Aquino applies a community-relational approach that emphasizes Catholic values, alumni loyalty, school reputation, and word-of-mouth communication within community networks. SMA Katolik Lia Stephanie adopts a differentiation-professional approach by offering flagship academic programs, modern facilities, and structured promotional strategies coordinated by a dedicated marketing team. The effectiveness of these strategies is supported by church networks, alumni engagement, foundation support, and consistent educational service quality. Several challenges were identified, including limited marketing resources, insufficient digital marketing competence, and increasing competition among private schools. Strengthening adaptive and innovative marketing strategies is essential for maintaining institutional competitiveness and sustaining student enrollment in Catholic private educational institutions.
