Abstract

UMKM memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Walaupun UMKM telah melakukan ekspor berbasis e-commerce, UMKM masih mengalami berbagai kendala akibat minimnya kompetensi SDM, yaitu belum dapat memasarkan produk dengan maksimal. Oleh karena itu, pemasaran produk saat ini merupakan kendala bagi pelaku usaha UMKM. Peningkatan kompetensi bagi para technopreneur UMKM Kota Bandung diperlukan agar memiliki keterampilan yang terhubung satu dengan lainnya untuk dilatih dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut sehingga mampu menghasilkan kinerja ekspor terbaik dalam mengelola usahanya berbasis e-commerce. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang berupa pemaparan materi mengenai bisnis pasar global dilaksanakan pada 29 Mei 2022. Sebanyak 40 mitra UMKM KADIN Kota Bandung yang menghadiri kegiatan ini memiliki usaha di bidang kuliner, fashion, jasa dan perdagangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan materi pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kerja. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini adalah diperlukannya program keberlanjutan dengan bantuan dosen Program Pascasarjana Magister Manajemen Universitas Widyatama dan KADIN Kota Bandung untuk membangun technopreneurship dan kebersamaan antar komunitas UMKM melalui Forum Informasi/ Komunikasi media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan stres kerja terhadap counterproductive work behavior dengan leader member exchange sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel penelitian adalah 118 karyawan ID Express area Cirebon-Indramayu. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 26 untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap CWB dengan kontribusi 18.8%. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap CWB dengan kontribusi 39.1%. Setelah dimoderasi LMX, keadilan organisasi meningkat menjadi 43.8%, sedangkan stres kerja justru menurun menjadi 14,2%. LMX terbukti memiliki efek strengthening moderation pada keadilan organisasi dan buffering moderation pada stres kerja, menunjukkan peran penting kualitas hubungan pemimpin-karyawan dalam menekan perilaku kontraproduktif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Time Dynamic, Timing Dynamic, dan Place Dynamic terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Ketiga variabel tersebut penting dalam manajemen dinamis, khususnya dalam pengelolaan waktu, penjadwalan, dan pemilihan lokasi pelaksanaan program kesehatan. Time Dynamic mencakup fleksibilitas serta efektivitas pengelolaan waktu untuk mendukung kegiatan organisasi. Timing Dynamic menitikberatkan pada penentuan waktu yang tepat untuk aktivitas guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Sementara itu, Place Dynamic menyoroti pentingnya lokasi strategis dalam pelaksanaan program. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Barat dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Time Dynamic, Timing Dynamic, dan Place Dynamic berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dari ketiganya, Time Dynamic memiliki pengaruh terbesar, disusul Timing Dynamic dan Place Dynamic. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan waktu yang efektif, penjadwalan yang akurat, dan pemilihan lokasi strategis sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya perhatian lebih terhadap aspek-aspek dinamis tersebut dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program kesehatan. Selain itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam pengembangan teori manajemen dinamis dan praktik manajemen di sektor kesehatan.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on "The Influence of Interpersonal Communication, Work Environment, and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance at the Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel". The results of this study can be used as a contribution of thought for companies in an effort to improve employee performance through improving interpersonal communication, work environment, and self-efficacy. The research method used is descriptive and verification analysis. Data collection used is interviews using questionnaires accompanied by observation techniques, sampling techniques using saturated samples or censuses totaling 200 people. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, and the coefficient of determination partially or simultaneously. The results of the study show that simultaneously interpersonal communication, work environment, and self-efficacy have an influence of 55.1% on employee performance at the Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel. Partially, interpersonal communication has an influence of 23.5% on performance, and the work environment has an influence of 22.5% on employee performance. The more comfortable the work environment will improve employee performance at the Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel. Partially self self-efficacy has an influence of 8.8% on employee performance.

Abstract

It is challenging to envision a situation where the level of grit among industrial company workers remains unidentified and unmeasured especially considering that these individuals belong to the millennial generation, which is widely regarded as difficult to manage. Moreover, it remains unclear whether grit influences job-hopping behavior or vice versa. In this sector, job-hopping appears to be both a reflection and a determinant of worker grit. A strong association exists between employee grit and job-hopping, which in turn is linked to improvements in management outcomes. This study employed a quantitative method, distributing 100 questionnaires among a population of 328,673 workers in the industrial sector located in Purwakarta Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The findings suggest that higher grit levels among workers contribute to increased job-hopping behavior, and there is a significant correlation between grit and positive developments in job-hopping patterns. It is recommended that company management adopt a persuasive policy approach to strategically manage worker grit, ensuring that job-hopping remains under control. One of the biggest challenges for management is to handle the constantly shifting work behavior of millennial employees an inconsistency that is likely to persist due to the unique characteristics of this generation in the workplace.

Abstract

Organizational culture, leadership, and the use of digital technology are key factors that influence the success of organizational change. When managed properly, these aspects can have a positive impact on improving both organizational and individual performance. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, leadership, and digital skills on employee performance in the Polyester Division of PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk, Purwakarta. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study consisted of all employees, totaling 1,580 individuals, with a sample of 319 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that, partially, the variables of organizational culture and leadership have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, digital skills have a negative and significant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Digital skills contribute the most to employee performance, followed by organizational culture and leadership. This study recommends the need for targeted and adaptive improvement of employees' digital capabilities, as well as strengthening organizational culture and leadership styles that support productivity in order to enhance employee performance optimally.
