Abstract

The Phala Dara ritual is unique, it only occurs in the Brambang Traditional Village, so it is very interesting to research. This research wants to find the meaning, procession and family education values ​​contained in the phala dara ritual. To achieve this goal, a qualitative research model was used, the method for determining research subjects was purposive and snowball sampling. Data was collected by in-depth interviews, involved observation and document recording. To dissect the existence/meaning of the phala dara ritual, the theory of existentialism is used, to dissect the phala dara ritual procession, religious and ritual theory is used, and to explore the values ​​of family education in the phala dara ritual, the educational theories of naturalism, emperism and convergence are used. After the data were collected, it was analyzed using categorization, taxonomic, cultural themes and focus group discussion techniques. The results of the research can be concluded as follows: (1) The meaning of the phala dara ritual is to make an agreement between the bride and groom to be loyal, share joys and sorrows together, work together harmoniously to form a prosperous and happy family witnessed by three witnesses, namely: Dewa saksi (Dewa witnesses), manusa saksi (human being witnesses), and bhuta saksi (Lower energy witnesses). (2) The phala dara ritual procession in marriage includes: (1) Arranging the piuning (offering with complete ceremonies to get a witness from God, (2) Making agreement between the bride and groom, the parents of the man and woman, the traditional leader (Manggala Desa Adat), and the Village Service as human witnesses, and (3) Offering for lower energy (bhuta kala) in the form of lower energy offering (Segehan Agung) to get bhuta witnesses.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine (1) the influence of price on online fashion purchasing decisions (2) the influence of product quality on online fashion purchasing decisions (3) the influence of trust on online fashion purchasing decisions, (4) the influence of price, product quality and confidence in online fashion purchasing decisions. The type of research used is causal research. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The population of this research is Economics Education Students Class of 2021 and 2022, with a sample size of 122. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and is analyzed using multiple linear regression, which includes the t test (T-test). The research results show that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of price on online fashion purchasing decisions partially, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) there is a positive and significant effect of product quality on online fashion purchasing decisions partially, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) there is a positive and significant influence of trust on online fashion purchasing decisions partially, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between price, product quality and trust on online fashion purchasing decisions simultaneously, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The magnitude of the influence of price, product quality and trust on purchasing decisions is equal to 25.9%, evidenced by a coefficient of determination of 0.259.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image variables and product quality on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products for students of the Faculty of Economics, Ganesha University of Education. The population in this study were all undergraduate and D4 students of the Faculty of Economics. The number of samples used in this study was 100 using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with the data analysis method, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using the t test and F test processed with the help of SPSS 26 for Windows. The results of this study suggest that: (1) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening products with a t value above the t table value, namely 8.149> t table value 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000<0.05 (2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening products with a t value above the t table value, namely 7, 770> t table value 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and (3) Brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening products with a calculated F value greater than the F table, namely the calculated F value of 44.386> F table 3.09 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of (1) online consumer reviews on purchasing decisions via the TikTok application; (2) Influencers on purchasing decisions through the TikTok application; and (3) Online consumer reviews and influencers on purchasing decisions through the TikTok application. This research uses a causal quantitative research design. The population in this study was 2425 students from the class of 2019 at Ganesha Education University. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people. The data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that (1) Online Consumer Reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions via the TikTok application; (2) Influencers have a significant influence on purchasing decisions through the TikTok application; and (3) Online Consumer Reviews and Influencers have a significant influence on purchasing decisions via the TikTok application

Abstract

Many students have high intellectual intelligence, but only a few have good spiritual and emotional intelligence. This is because the learning process that is carried out only focuses on applying conventional learning models. This study aims to determine the effect of panel discussions based on "spiritual tours" on spiritual and emotional intelligence. This research belongs to the type of quasi-experimental research design in the form of a posttest-only control design. The population in the study amounted to 105 students. Samples were taken by random sampling technique, amounting to 66 students. The data collection method used is standardized tests, both spiritual and emotional intelligence tests. The analysis technique uses MANOVA with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the analysis of the Pilae Trace, Wilks' Lambda Hotelling's Trace, and Roy's Largest Root showed that the F coefficient was 9535.67b with a value of Sig. 0.00. Analysis of Tests of Between-Subjects Effects shows an F value of 5.79 with Sig. 0.02, smaller than 0.05, indicates an effect of learning with a spiritual tour-based panel discussion learning model on spiritual intelligence. Moreover, the Tests of Between-Subjects Effects analysis results show an F value of 2.53 with Sig. 0.02, which is smaller than 0.05. It shows a big influence between learning with the spiritual tour-based panel discussion learning model on emotional intelligence. Based on these results, the panel discussion learning model based on spiritual tours simultaneously or partially impacts spiritual and emotional intelligence.

Abstract

This study refers to the problem background, namely (1) Hindu religious and cultural education in a formal school is very minimal, (2) the quality of young Hindu human resources is low, (3) there is no market-based Hindu religious and cultural education in traditional villages (4) the lack of government attention in the implementation of Hindu religious and cultural education. This study aimed (1) to find solutions to the limitations of obtaining Hindu religious and cultural education in a formal school, (2) to find out how important the role of Hindu religious and cultural education based on pasraman in Customary villages is to improve the quality of young Balinese Hindu human resources, (3) to find out how the implementation of pasraman-based Hindu religious and cultural education in Customary villages, (4) to find out the role of the Balinese government in organizing Hindu religious and cultural education based on pasraman in Customary villages. This study used qualitative research. Data collection used observation and interview methods. The analysis results showed that Hindu religious and cultural education based on pasraman in customary villages had a crucial role in improving the quality of young Hindu human resources to maintain Bali’s constancy. The study concluded that implementing Hindu religious and cultural education based on pasraman in customary villages could embody the character of young Hindu human resources who were virtuous and loved their culture. Therefore, Bali would be maintained its sustainable culture.

Abstract

Information and communication technology use in learning is a demand for the development and progress of today's increasingly modern era. Education in Indonesia must continue to improve and adjust to the rapid development of globalization. Teachers, as agents of renewal and spearheads in realizing national education goals, must continue to develop all their abilities and competencies in designing and implementing exciting learning for students. Teachers in Indonesia today must continue to try their best to create creative, innovative, and competitive students. For this reason, a strategy for implementing 21st-century learning is needed, and it is expected to be able to explore and improve the 4C skills of students. This study aims to provide an overview of the challenges and appropriate strategies used in applying 21st-century learning to Hindu religious education and ethics subjects at UPT SD Negeri 5 Amparita. This qualitative research uses data collection techniques that involve conducting in-depth observations and interviews. The results showed that (1) there are challenges in the application of 21st-century learning both internally and externally, and (2) to overcome these challenges, the right strategy is needed in efforts to implement 21st-century learning at UPT SD Negeri 5 Amparita. 21st-century learning is very important to be applied at UPT SD Negeri 5 Amparita because, in addition to being a demand from developments in the era of globalization, it is also because it is in line with the vision and mission of the school in creating students who are communicative, creative and innovative, think critically, and can work together.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the use of audio-visual media on the ability of fraction calculation operations of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Amparita. The main problem studied is whether there is a positive influence of audio-visual media on the ability of fraction calculation operations of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Amparita. This study is an experimental research that aims to determine whether there is a positive effect of audiovisual media on the ability of fraction calculation operations of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Amparita Sidrap on the material of addition and subtraction of fractions. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study consists of two variables, namely audiovisual media and conventional models as independent variables and students' fraction calculation operation skills as the dependent variable, using the Randomized Subject Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design. The population in this study were all 4th grade students of SD Negeri 4 Amparita consisting of 1 class with a total sample of 42 people. The research sample of class IVA as an experimental class with 21 students and Class IVB with 21 students who were selected by Random Class. The data obtained were analyzed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the average value of fraction calculation ability of experimental class students was 75.71 and the average value of fraction calculation ability of control class students was 60.48. The learning completeness of experimental class students was 85.95% while the learning completeness of control class students was 47.61%. Inferential statistical analysis to test the hypothesis through Independent Sample T-tests obtained the value of -t count < - t table (-3.678 < -2.021) or t count > t table (3.678 > 2.021) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. In this case, audio-visual media has a positive effect on the ability of fraction calculation operations of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Amparita Sidrap.

Abstract

Ritual mungkah sari adalah unik, langka, dan sarat akan nilai-nilai Pendidikan. Apa saja nilai-nilai Pendidikan yang terkandung di dalamnya, diteliti secara ilmiah dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Penentuan informannya melalui purposive snow ball sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan interview mendalam, observasi terlibat dan pencatatan dokumen. Setelah data terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik analisis: kategorisasi, domain, taxonomic dan tema budaya. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh nilai-nilai Pendidikan agama Hindu yang terkandung dalam ritual Mungkah Sari adalah sebagai berikut: (1). Tubuh manusia (bhuana alit) dan alam semesta (bhuana agung) harus terus diharmonikan dan dilestarikan. (2) Manusia hendaknya selalu bersyukur atas rakhmat Tuhan karena sudah dikaruniai alam semesta beserta isinya sebagai wahana hidup seluruh mahluk hidup. (3) Umat Hindu diwajibkan untuk belajar filsafat, Etika dan Ritual Agama Hindu karena adu telor dipakai sebagai inti ritual Mungkah Sari. Makna terdalam dari ritual ini adalah adu filsafat/tattwa, adu etika/Susila yang berhubungan dengan moral, dan adu ritual yang mengarah pada etika dan filsafat. Disarankan ritual Mungkah Sari ini terus dilestarikan, dimaknai secara filosofis, etika dan makna ritual yang sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman.
