Abstract

This study aims to analyze and formulate the right digital marketing strategy to increase the competitiveness of creative economy actors, especially in the traditional woven cloth business "Bali Dewi" located in Buleleng Regency, Bali. The method used is a descriptive qualitative case study, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. Informants in this study consisted of business owners, related government agencies, and consumers. The results of the study show that the "Bali Dewi" business still relies on conventional marketing strategies such as word of mouth and participation in local exhibitions. Although it already has social media, its management is not optimal and is not integrated with digital sales systems such as marketplaces or websites. The inhibiting factors found include low digital literacy, limited human resources and infrastructure, minimal training, and the absence of an official online store. This makes it difficult for businesses to compete with competitors outside the region who have actively used digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze dominant factors affecting community welfare enhancement through tourism cooperative involvement in Buleleng Regency, with particular emphasis on education's moderating role. A quantitative approach employed structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0, analyzing data from 180 tourism cooperative members selected through stratified proportional random sampling across three tourism areas. The enhanced model demonstrates excellent fit. Access to capital emerged as the dominant factor, followed by human resource capacity and marketing networks. Education significantly moderates the relationships between access to capital and community welfare and between human resource capacity and community welfare. The moderation analysis revealed that higher education levels enhance the effectiveness of capital access and skill development interventions. The study establishes the "Cooperative-Mediated Community Welfare Model with Educational Enhancement" (CMCW-EE), demonstrating that education amplifies the effectiveness of resource-based interventions while having minimal impact on relational factors. These findings provide crucial insights for designing targeted interventions in community-based tourism development.

Abstract

During adolescence a person experiences puberty or the transition from childhood to adolescence. Puberty is also known as physical maturation, a rapid transition that mainly occurs in the early stages of adolescence and involves changes in the body and hormones. At this time, the opposite sex begins to be attracted. Many children today are familiar with the term dating. Dating can be defined as an effort to establish a relationship and cultivate a sense of love before entering a more serious level or marriage. Dating at elementary school age has a great risk because children are mentally unprepared or unstable and not mature enough to make decisions. Therefore, the importance of early education to avoid negative things. This research uses a type of qualitative research using a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that the importance of religious understanding must be given to children of today's young generation, in order to create a young Hindu generation with Suputra character. Hinduism does not regulate through prohibitions but teaches about true self-awareness. Hinduism recognizes the concept of Catur Asrama and Catur Purusa Artha. Basically, Catur Purusha Artha is a philosophy of life from Catur Asrama, namely the four stages of life in this world. Therefore, the younger generation, especially elementary school children, must be given assistance and understanding so that they can make good use of their childhood (Brahmacari) to learn and pursue achievements.
