Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of (1) online consumer reviews on purchasing decisions via the TikTok application; (2) Influencers on purchasing decisions through the TikTok application; and (3) Online consumer reviews and influencers on purchasing decisions through the TikTok application. This research uses a causal quantitative research design. The population in this study was 2425 students from the class of 2019 at Ganesha Education University. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people. The data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that (1) Online Consumer Reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions via the TikTok application; (2) Influencers have a significant influence on purchasing decisions through the TikTok application; and (3) Online Consumer Reviews and Influencers have a significant influence on purchasing decisions via the TikTok application

Abstract

The Tiga Bulanan Bayi ritual is unique, rare, and rich in character educational values. What character educational values are contained within it, have been scientifically researched using a qualitative research approach. The determination of informants was done through purposive snowball sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document recording. After the data was collected, it was analyzed using analysis techniques: categorization, domain, taxonomic, and cultural themes. From the analysis results, the values of Hindu religious education contained in the Tiga Bulanan Bayi ritual are as follows: (1). The human body (bhuana alit) and the universe (bhuana agung) must continuously be harmonized and preserved. (2) Humans should always be grateful for God's grace because they have been granted the universe and its contents as a means of life for all living beings. (3) Hindus are required to study philosophy, ethics, and Hindu religious rituals because the egg duel is used as the core of the Tiga Bulanan Bayi ritual. The deepest meaning of this ritual is the contest of philosophy/tattwa, the contest of ethics/Susila related to morality, and the contest of rituals thatlead to ethics and philosophy. It is recommended that the Tiga Bulanan Bayi ritual be continuously preserved.

Abstract

Kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran tematik anak usia dini berdampak pada kurang efektifnya proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengembangkan video animasi berbasis inkuiri terbimbing tema diriku sub tema tubuhku untuk anak usia dini. Penelitian ini tergolong kedalam jenis penelitian pengembangan yang dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yakni ahli materi pembelajaran, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli media pembelajaran pada uji validitas produk, 3 orang anak kelompok B pada uji coba perorangan, dan 5 orang anak kelompok B pada uji coba kelompok kecil. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kuisioner dengan menggunakan instrument uji validitas produk. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji ahli materi pembelajaran memperoleh persentase 85,00% dengan kualifikasi baik, uji ahli desain pembelajaran memperoleh persentase 80,00% dengan kualifikasi baik, uji ahli media pembelajaran memperoleh persentase 82,50% dengan kualifikasi baik, uji coba perorangan memperoleh persentase 92,50% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, dan uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh persentase 95,00% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Disimpulkan bahwa media video animasi berbasis inkuiri terbimbing layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran anak usia dini pada proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

LPD is the micro finance institution which aims to develop the economy of the rural communities, especially in Bali. This micro finance institution has been built in some places in Bali such as in Desa Adat Penatahan and Desa Adat Tangkas. However, there are some hindrances faced by those institutions, such as; (1) Unavailability of the computer infrastructure to support the financial operations, (2) Unavailability of qualified system/software in the transaction and financial management, and (3) The administrative and financial management skills of the officer are low.Based on the analysis of the situation and the problem above, the proposer's team offer some solutions: (1) Implementing hardware and Software SIMPeDe to support LPD financial transaction process. (2) Implementing SIMPeDe hardware and Software to support LPD financial transaction process. (3) Implementing SIMPeDe hardware and Software to support LPD financial transaction process.This training program is divided into several processes, namely: (1) Planning and preparation process which includes software installation. (2) The training for operating SIMPeDe. (3) Implementation of application to the customer and socialization to the community. (4) The evaluation process includes the evaluation of LPD performance and response of the community as a customer.

Abstract

Many Hindu Education experts in Bali and even in Indonesia do not know about the Gurukula Education system, therefore this literature study research was carried out. The problems of the Gurukula Education system that want to be expressed are: understanding, philosophical foundation, learning model and curriculum used. The research methods used are: Systematic literature study to identify, select, and analyze relevant literature with pre-established criteria. Meanwhile, the data analysis is through: meta-analysis, narrative synthesis, content analysis, framework synthesis, and realistic synthesis. The results of the research and discussion are: (1) the gurukula education system is a dormitory/ pasraman/pesantren education model, between teachers and students living together in a situation such as in a family with complete teachers, there is a school building, there are learning facilities and infrastructure, the curriculum follows modern schools, there is an educational level, and has a clear educational purpose, has a clear vision and mission, only the curriculum is dominated by Hindu religious material. (2) the philosophical foundations of the Gurukula education system are: Vedanta and Upanishads, the main goal of education is to attain spiritual wisdom and self-liberation (moksha), The education is holistic and focuses not only on the academic aspect but also on the formation of character, morality, and understanding of life as a whole, Integration with daily life, Students in the Gurukula system learn through direct experience, including daily tasks that help them understand responsibility and discipline, Simplicity and proximity to nature. (3) In the Gurukula education system, there are several learning models, namely: Observation-based learning and imitation, Personal learning and mentorship, Contextual learning, Spiritual learning and meditation, Discussion-based learning and dialogue. (4) Curriculum in the Gurukula education system: (a) Multi-disciplinary learning, (b) Character education, in addition to science, students are also taught moral values such as honesty, discipline, and respect for teachers and others, (c) Observation and imitation methods, students learn by observing and imitating the behavior of teachers and more experienced individuals, (d) Physical and mental integration, curriculum includes yoga practice, meditation, and physical activity for balance of body and mind, (e) Life-based learning, students not only learn theory but also engage in daily tasks, such as helping in community life.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektivitas strategi komunikasi dalam pendidikan untuk pemilih yang terdaftar dalam Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT) di Desa Munduk Bestala pada perhelatan demokrasi lima tahunan yaitu Pemilihan Kepala Daerah tahun 2024. Fokus dari penelitian ini mencakup tingkat partisipasi pemilih, strategi komunikasi yang digunakan, alasan memilih strategi, serta hambatan dan tantangan dalam implementasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif etnografi dan studi kasus dengan teknik perekaman data dalam bentuk wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumen. Para informan terdiri dari penyelenggara Pilkada, tokoh masyarakat dan Masyarakat yang telah memiliki hak pilih. Hasil penelitian dari paduan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi pemilih masih tergolong rendah, baik rendah secara pkuantitas maupun kualitas, hal dipengaruhi oleh literasi politik yang rendah, dominasi pola komunikasi berbasis keluarga, dan kurangnya pemahaman penting tentang demokrasi. Strategi komunikasi yang digunakan sebagian besar prosedural dan sekali pakai, dan secara teknis tidak banyak menyentuh aspek nilai -nilai demokratis hanya pada kultur lokal. Potensi tokoh sebagai agen sosialisasi kurang dilibatkan dan masih mempromosikan pola komunikasi ikonik. Singkatnya, strategi yang efektif untuk strategi komunikasi dalam pendidikan pemilih harus didasarkan pada konteks utuk demokrasi dikolaborasikan dengan kultur lokal utamanya pendekatan persuasif yang etis. Inklusi aktif tokoh masyarakat dan mengadaptasi pesan dengan norma -norma sosial lokal adalah kunci untuk meningkatkan partisipasi warga negara dan kesadaran politik. Strategi komunikasi yang baik tidak hanya menyampaikan informasi teknis, tetapi juga nilai -nilai demokrasi yang berkelanjutan dengan etika partisipatif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Talking Stick method with learning video media to increase the creativity and learning achievement of grade VIII students of Mutiara Singaraja Junior High School in the subject of Hindu Religious Education and Ethics for the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The Talking Stick method provides space for students to participate in the learning process by taking turns using a stick when expressing opinions or answering questions. This technique fosters confidence, as well as the ability to work between students. The use of learning video media as a tool to display material audio-visually that can help students understand thoroughly and is fun. The combination of the Talking Stick method and learning videos is able to create a learning environment that encourages more comprehensive student engagement, which has an impact on increased creativity and learning achievement. This research uses a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 31 grade VIII students. The results of the study showed a significant improvement. Students' creativity increased from 65.87% in the pre-action, then increased in the first cycle to 71.6% but it was not achieved in the first cycle, so the research continued to the second cycle and obtained a creativity result of 84.8%. The average learning achievement score increased from 61.7 with 61.7% absorption and classical completeness of 29% in pre-action, to 76.4 with 76.4% absorption and 41.93% learning completeness in the first cycle, and in the second cycle there was an increase where the average score was 84.81 with 84.81% absorption and learning completeness was 90.3%. Thus, this method has been proven to be effective in increasing student participation, creativity, and learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price discounts, product quality, and promotions on TikTok Shop with a case study of active users in Buleleng Regency. The growing phenomenon of online shopping, especially through TikTok Shop, has given rise to spontaneous or impulsive buying behavior. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The independent variables in this study are price discounts, product quality, and promotions, while the dependent variable is impulsive buying. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that price discounts, product quality, and promotions simultaneously have a significant effect on impulsive buying. Partially, these three variables also prove to have a significant positive effect. Price discounts are the most dominant factor in driving spontaneous purchasing decisions, followed by promotions and product quality. This indicates that consumers are more likely to make unplanned purchases when exposed to attractive, urgent offers, especially on interactive platforms such as TikTok Shop. The conclusion of this study is that marketing strategies that combine price discounts, product quality, and attractive and interactive promotions can increase the tendency for impulsive buying. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for businesses in designing attractive marketing strategies to increase the appeal of impulsive buying.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kompleksitas tugas terhadap kinerja panureksa, (2) pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja panureksa, (3) pengaruh kompleksitas tugas dan locus of control terhadap kinerja panureksa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah panureksa LPD di Kecamatan Abang dengan sampel sebanyak 35 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang di analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompleksitas tugas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja panureksa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung=2,867>ttabel=2,035 (2) locus of control berpengaruh terhadap kinerja panureksa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung=6,955>ttabel=2,035 (3) kompleksitas tugas dan locus of control berpengaruh terhadap kinerja panureksa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung=33,570>Ftabel=3,28.
