Abstract

This research was motivated by the marketing of ornamental plants in Kendari City which faced several problems, namely the physical properties of perishable and bulky agriculture products, thus reducing their value and quality. Therefore, in marketing ornamental, traders can apply a marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion) that can be controlled to achieve marketing goals in meeting their target market. The research objective was to examine the relationship between the marketing mix and the revenue of ornamental plants in Kendari City. Data analysis using spearman correlation analysis. The result showed the relationship between each marketing mix with revenue from ornamental plants, each valued a) product = 0,625 (level of strong relationship), b) price = 0,667 (level of strong relationship), c) place = 0,586 (level of moderate relationship), d) promotion = 0,011 (very low level of relationship).

Abstract

Untuk meringankan masalah pada sekolah swasta yang mengalami masalah akibat kerusakan komponen-komponen mesin CNC diadakan 3 alternatif pembelian komponen, retrofit ataupun perbaikan dengan cara merubah dari pengoperasian sistem kendali dan motor servo menjadi berfungsi kembali. Penentuan alternative berdasarkan pada teori Bayes dan teori metode perbandingan eksponensial (MPE), kedua metode menghasilkan keputusan yang sama yakni retrofit. Mesin bubut CNC diretrofit dengan cara memodifikasi cara kerjanya dengan menggunakan perangkat kendali CNC HEADMAN 1000 TD. Perangkat Kendali tersebut terdiri dari komponen-komponen elektrik seperti CNC Controller, Drive untuk X dan Z Axis dan Servo Motor, serta komponen mekanik seperti X dan Z axis, Box Panel Electrica dan Tool Change Automatic. Otomatisasi mesin bubut CNC merek Siemens dengan kendali HEADMAN 1000 TD, dapat menumbuhkan kinerja mesin, baik dari segi efisiensi dan efektif pengoperasian ataupun dari segi tingkat keakuratan. Kata kunci: Mesin bubut CNC Zhejiang, Kontrol CNC Headman 1000 TD, Otomatisasi.

Abstract

Menyaksikan aksi tindakan perundungan atau yang dikenal bullying semakin marak tersebar melalui berbagai media sosial. Bahkan tidak jarang pelaku sendiri yang merekam dan menyebarkan perilakunya tersebut. tindakan ini tidak hanya terjadi di sekolah umum, dI Pesantren juga tidak kalah marak berita ini terdengar, bahkan paling ekstrim korbanya sampai terbunuh. Sebagai insan yang berkecimpung dalam dunia pendidikan kita tentu merasa miris dan tentunya ikut terpanggil untuk setidaknya memberikan kontribusi yang bernilai untuk turut serta mencegah perilaku tersebut agar tidak membudaya di lingkungan pendidikan. atas dasar hal tersebut dan sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat kami melaksanakan kegiatan PKM di SMA Riyadlul Jannah, sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang bersistem Asrama atau pesantren. bentuk kegiatan PKM berupa sosialisasi pencegahan perundungan yang disampaikan melalui metode ceramah secara langsung kepada santri dan santri wati SMA Riyaduk Jannah. di akhir kegiatan sosialisasi diberikan umpan balik, dengan tujuan memastikan bahwa apa yang kami sampaikan kepada peserta dapat di mengerti dan dipahami dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan platform e-commerce khusus untuk peralatan gaming, yaitu GearGeekHub, yang dilengkapi dengan fitur komunitas interaktif. GearGeekHub dirancang untuk tidak hanya memfasilitasi pembelian peralatan gaming, tetapi juga menyediakan ruang bagi pengguna untuk berbagi ulasan, rekomendasi, dan pengalaman terkait produk. Hal ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengurangi risiko pembelian yang tidak sesuai dan mendapatkan informasi yang lebih akurat dari pengalaman pengguna lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Scrum, pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang iteratif dan fleksibel, serta framework PHP Laravel untuk memastikan efisiensi dan keandalan sistem. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan platform e-commerce lainnya yang mengintegrasikan fitur komunitas guna meningkatkan interaksi dan loyalitas pengguna.

Abstract

Power flow analysis aims to determine the capacity of a generator to serve loads, to know the value of power losses in the electrical system, and to carry out a planning and development of the electric power system. Power flow analysis is carried out in order to find out the characteristics of the electric power system to be built or to be developed as desired. In this study, power flow analysis and short circuit analysis were carried out in the electrical system of Andalas University with 2 conditions, namely, when the conditions were normal or when the Distributed Generation was not added and when the conditions were added, the Distributed Generation (DG) Photovoltaic 300 kW. The results of this study indicate the largest system losses when normal conditions are on bus 1 to bus 2 amounting to 20.21 kW and 6.13 kVar, and when conditions add DG on bus 17 to bus 18 are 230.8 kW and 142.7 kVar. The results of the short circuit analysis of the two conditions are on bus 1 when the condition is experiencing the addition of DG with an increase in average current, namely 1 soil phase of 0.86 kA, 2 phases of 0.175 kA, 2 soil phases of 0.09609 kA, and 3 phases of 0.085273 kA from when the conditions were normal. Abstract

Earthquake hazard has high potential in West Bandung Regency, especially in the areas traversed by the Lembang fault (Lembang, Cisarua and Parongpong Districts). Therefore, disaster preparedness education is needed to reduce hazard, impacts, and increase the capacity of elementary school (SD). The purpose of this study was to determine the condition and level of preparedness of the elementary school in the three sub-districts in facing earthquakes based on implementation of disaster preparedness education. This study used a quantitative approach through a survey with a sample size of 118 students, 36 teachers, and 36 principals/representatives of SD in Lembang, Cisarua, and Parongpong Districts, West Bandung Regency. Measurement of preparedness is carried out by measuring the parameters of knowledge, policies and guidelines, emergency response plans, disaster warnings and resource mobilization in the elementary school then analyzed using index analysis which shows the level of preparedness of the elementary school  . The results showed that students’ preparedness falls into category prepared (index = 75.48), as well as teachers’ preparedness (index = 73.38), while the school preparedness falls into category not yet prepared (index = 31.9) and should improve its’ preparedness. These results indicate that students’ and teachers’ level of preparedness are very good although the infrastructure and the school preparedness implementation are not yet sustainable. The results also showed that the level of preparedness of the elementary school in the region falls into category of nearly prepared with an index value of 56.13. School as an institution and the whole school community should increase the level of preparedness through further study focusing in seismic study and structural or nonstructural study. Disaster preparedness in elementary school (SD) takes infrastructure support, education and institutionalization of preparedness that eventually allows the preparedness actions.

Abstract

Lahan gambut memiliki berbagai fungsi dalam kehidupan masyarakat di Desa Tanjung Leban Kecamatan Bandar Laksamana Kabupaten Bengkalis salah satunya adalaha sebagai Sumber Daya Alam berupa plasma nutfah dan komoditas kayu. Sebagai tempat makhluk hidup di lahan gambut juga sebagai gudang penyimpanan karbon sehingga ianya berperan sebagai penyeimbangan iklim. Disamping peranan lahan gambut, potensi yang dimiliki lahan gambut tersebut secara tidak langsung akan memberikan dampak pada sector pereknomian bagi masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini sebagai literature yang didasarkan pada data-data yang relevan dan akuntabel. Kemudian data tersebut akan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan hasil yang komprehensif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Growth, Open Unemployment Rate and HDI on poverty rate in Gorontalo Province. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). This study uses time series data for 20 years, from 2004 to 2023. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the three independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. Partially, the Economic Growth variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the poverty rate in Gorontalo Province. The Open Unemployment Rate variable has a positive and significant effect on the poverty rate. And the HDI variable has a negative and significant effect on the poverty rate in Gorontalo Province. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of how variables such as economic growth, unemployment, and HDI can interact in the context of poverty alleviation, especially at the provincial level and can provide policy recommendations to address poverty problems.

Abstract

Digital marketing of horticultural commodities can improve the economy and the welfare of the community, especially farmers. However, most farmers in South Halmahera Regency still rely on traditional marketing methods, such as direct sales to the local market or through middlemen. Therefore, service activities need to be held and packaged in a form of trainings, including training on the importance of digital marketing and also mentoring activities. The training participants in this activity were horticultural farmers who looked very enthusiastic about the training material provided, this can be seen from the beginning to the end of the activity all participants followed well. The expected output target is to increase the skills of horticultural farmers in South Halmahera Regency about digital technology in marketing their agricultural products and provide opportunities to increase the income of horticultural farmers in South Halmahera Regency

Abstract

Perdagangan internasional memiliki peran yang penting dalam sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kebijakan yang menjadi hambatan tarif dan non tarif terhadap perdagangan pertanian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis dari artikel yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2015-2025, mengevaluasi dampak hambatan tarif dan non tarif melalui protokol PRISMA 2020 (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses). Studi ini mensintesis temuan dari berbagai penelitian, menyoroti dampak kedua hambatan tersebut terhadap perdagangan pertanian yang mencakup ekspor dan impor. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa hambatan tarif masih belum banyak diimplementasikan dan memiliki dampak yang tidak signifikan terhadap ekspor, namun signifikan terhadap impor. Di sisi lain, hambatan non tarif memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap ekspor dan impor produk pertanian. Dampak hambatan tarif dan non tarif juga diperkuat oleh berbagai faktor seperti produksi, pemasaran, harga, digitalisasi, kelembagaan, keberlanjutan lingkungan, dan kondisi politik.
