Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that must be fulfilled by every Muslim who meets specific conditions. Linguistically, zakat means “clean,” “pure,” “fertile,” and “blessed,” while in Islamic terminology, zakat refers to a specific portion of wealth that must be given to those who are entitled to receive it according to Islamic law. Zakat serves both social and spiritual purposes, namely purifying wealth and the soul, as well as reducing social inequality within society. There are various types of zakat, such as zakat al-fitr and zakat on wealth (zakat al-mal). Through the proper implementation of zakat, it is hoped that economic justice, social solidarity, and the overall welfare of the Muslim community can be achieved.

Abstract

Islamic family law is one of the crucial fields within Islamic law in the lives of Muslims, as it regulates family relationships, such as marriage, divorce, maintenance, child custody, inheritance, and guardianship. In the dynamics of Muslim life, family law is not only about matters of worship and social ethics but also related to justice and the protection of individual rights within the family sphere. Thus, a comprehensive approach is needed in the study of Islamic family law that is not only based on textual evidence but also on fiqh principles that can serve as a foundation in establishing Islamic law. The purpose of this research is to examine the specific fiqh principles in the field of Islamic family law, which include concepts, application examples, and the role of these fiqh principles in the context of Islamic family law. This research uses normative legal methods in qualitative form, with data obtained through library studies followed by content analysis to draw research conclusions. The research findings indicate that specific fiqh principles in the field of Islamic family law play an important role in establishing laws and resolving various issues within the family context.

Abstract

Wondr by BNI is a mobile banking application in Indonesia designed to support systematic financial management through three main concepts: Insight, Transaction, and Growth. Despite offering advanced features, many users complain about issues such as failed transactions, login difficulties, and slow application response times. This study evaluates the user experience of the Wondr app by combining the UEQ and SUS methods. The UEQ evaluation results show an average score of: attractiveness 1.12; clarity 1.06; efficiency 1.05; accuracy 1.07; stimulation 0.71; and novelty 0.77. Meanwhile, the SUS score of 64.6 falls into category D, “OK” on the adjective scale, and “Marginally Acceptable” on the usability scale—indicating that the app's usability is slightly below the average standard. Overall, users gave positive ratings for clarity, efficiency, accuracy, and stimulation, but attractiveness and novelty still need improvement. To date, no studies have specifically evaluated the UX of the Wondr app by combining the UEQ and SUS methods. This research contributes new scientific insights by demonstrating the app's UX performance and areas requiring improvement.
