Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilatarbelakangi atas dasar permasalahan peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menulis karangan. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif media gambar (picture and picture).Penelitian inimenggunakan metode  deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bersifat kolaboratif, karena merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research).Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan adanya kecenderungan terjadi peningkatan aktivitas belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Siklus I aktivitas fisik peserta didik sebesar 38,85% meningkat menjadi 77,7% disiklus II. Aktivitas mental peserta didik  dari siklus I sebesar 30,52% ke siklus II meningkat menjadi 52,72%. Aktivitas emosional peserta didik dari siklus I sebesar 36,07% ke siklus II meningkat menjadi 72,15%. Kata kunci: aktivitas belajar, model pembelajaran picture and picture, bahasa Indonesia. Abstract: Classroom action research is background of the base problem of students in Indonesia language who get difficulties in writing essay. Model of learning is used namely cooperative media of picture (picture and picture). This observation uses descriptive method by approach of observation class action as collaboratively, because of classroom action research. Result of research shows the tendency happened increasing activities of students in Indonesia learning process. Cycle I physics’ activity of students 38, 85% increases become 77, 7%. Cycle II metal’s activity of students from cycles I is 30, 52% to cycle II increases become 52, 72%. Activity of student's emotional from cycle I is 36, 07% to cycle II increases become 72, 15%.   Keyword: learning's activity, picture and picture learning model, Indonesia language.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah metode kerja kelompok dapat meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam pada peserta didik di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 04 Muara Pawan Ketapang. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode kerja kelompok dalam meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam tentang materi perubahan energi pada peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 04 Muara Pawan. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 21 orang. Teknik pengumpul data menggunakan tenik observasi langsung menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam menggunakan metode kerja kelompok selalu mengalami peningkatan pada tiap pelaksanaan siklus dengan hasil akhir yang mendapatkan skor 3,58. Kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam menggunakan metode kerja kelompok mengalami peningkatan pada tiap pelaksanaan siklus dengan hasil akhir yang mendapatkan skor 3,66. Aktivitas belajar peserta didik juga terus mengalami peningkatan dalam tiap pelaksanaan siklus. Peningkatan aktivitas fisik peserta didik mencapai 76,19%. Peningkatan aktivitas mental peserta didik mencapai 69,04%. Peningkatan aktivitas emosional peserta didik mencapai 78,57%.   Kata Kunci: Aktivitas belajar, Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Metode Kerja Kelompok   Abstract: The problem in this study is whether the method can improve the activity of the working group study Natural Sciences at the fourth grade students in 04 public elementary school Estuary Pawan Ketapang. The primary objective of this study is to describe the application of methods of group work in enhancing the activity of Natural Sciences learning about material changes in the energy learners Elementary School fourth grade Pawan 04 Estuary. The study uses a descriptive method in the form of classroom action research (CAR). Subjects numbered 21 people. Data collection techniques using direct observation tenik using the observation sheet. The results show the ability of the teacher in preparing learning implementation plan (RPP) Natural Sciences group work methods always increase at each execution cycle with the end result that get a score of 3.58. Ability of teachers to implement the Natural Sciences learning using working methods of each group experienced an increase in execution cycles with the end result that get a score of 3.66. Learners' learning activities also continued to increase in each execution cycle. Increased physical activity learners achieve 76.19%. Increased mental activity of learners reached 69.04%. Increased emotional activity learners achieve 78.57%.   Keywords: Learning Activities, Natural Sciences, Group Work Method

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how far the utilization of audio-visual media through PAILKEM strategy in science for material parts of plant and its function of the students' acquisition at SDN 1 Sungai Kakap, runs well. This research uses Qualitative and Quantitative research method or mixed research. Qualitative research is used to describe instructional design and implementation of learning while quantitative research is used to measure how far the acquisition of learning outcomes obtained by grade IV. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the research are (1) science learning design using audio visual media in grade IV SDN 1 Sungai Kakap is done by teacher through preparing tools, curriculum, syllabus, text book, and audio visual learning media, designed in lesson plan; (2) Implementation of science learning by using audio visual media in general can be done well, it can help teacher and students in learning, and it can create active, innovative, environmentally, creative, effective and interesting learning; (3) Students learning acquisition by using audio visual media more increased that is 90% or 25 students who get the score over KKM and only 10% or 3 students who get the score same as KKM, with an average 90. It shows that the utilization of audio visual media through PAILKEM strategy for the learning achievement of science for grade IV students at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Sungai Kakap, runs well, so the acquisition of student learning outcomes increases.Keywords: Utilization of audio visual media, PAILKEM strategy, learning acquisition.

Abstract

Performance of universities based on research ranking has become a trend to gauge the credibility and quality of the university. One of the parameters used to assess university ratings is the result of research in the form of papers, patents, copyrights. Therefore, universities in the world compete to publish research results in the form of journals or conferences and others. This paper discusses on performance of universities based on research output. The results of research index in developed countries shows that there is not much change from year to year, it may be said that it almost reaches a saturation point. On the other side of the earth, the increase in research results in ASEAN countries is still high, reaching 70-80 percent. More impressive, universities in Indonesia have tried very enthusiastically in the study as the percentage increase was 500%.

Abstract

The problem in this research is what components are the difficulties for high school physics teachers at Central Aceh in designing STEM-based learning tools? This study aims to determine the difficulties of high school physics teachers in Central Aceh in designing STEM-based learning tools. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach and descriptive type. The subjects of this study were all high school physics teachers in Central Aceh. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The questionnaire data was processed with a descriptive percentage. The conclusion in this study is that the difficulty level of teachers is the highest in designing STEM-based learning tools on the Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) component as many as 18,20 % of teachers, on the Content Knowledge (CK) component as many as 15,15 % of teachers and on the Technological Content Knowledge (TCK) component as many as 14,05 % of teachers. It is recommended for teachers to master mathematics/science in order to equip teachers knowledge in designing classroom learning tools and mastering technology to determine student needs in learning such as Twitter, blog, Facebook to support the teaching and learning process.
