Abstract

Penelitian pembuatan karbon aktif berbasis sagu sebagai elektroda superkapasitor telah berhasil dilakukan. Tahap pertama produksi karbon aktif dimulai dengan mengeringkan limbah ampas sagu dibawah sinar matahari dan dilanjutkan dengan pengeringan oven, prakarbonisasi, penggilingan, pengayakan, aktivasi kimia dengan larutan KOH konsentrasi 0,2 M, pencetakan pelet, karbonisasi pada 600 °C diikuti aktivasi fisika pada suhu 850 °C dan pemolesan pelet. Sampel yang dikeringkan dalam oven dilakukan pada suhu 110 °C dan prakarbonisasi dilakukan pada suhu 100 °C sampai 250 °C selama 2 jam. Sampel digiling dengan menggunakan penggilingan mortar dan ball milling. Aktivator 0,2 M KOH digunakan untuk meningkatkan luas permukaan elektroda. Aktivasi fisika menggunakan H2O selama 1,5 jam. Karakterisasi sifat fisis dilakukan dengan pengukuran densitas, stabilitas termal (TGA) dan SEM dan sifat elektrokimia dilakukan dengan metode voltametri siklik dengan variasi scan rate 1, 2 dan 5 mV/s. Hasil kapasitansi spesifik optimum karbon aktif berbasis sagu untuk superkapasitor ditemukan pada scan rate 1 mV/s sebesar 74,85 F/g.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan fabrikasi dan pengukuran sel surya fotoelektrokimia dengan menggunakan nanopartikel platinumpada elektroda counter. Nanopartikel platinum ditumbuhkan di atas permukaan substrat padat (ITO) dengan metodein-situ growth (penumbuhan langsung) pada suhu 50 °C dengan variasi penumbuhan berulang (1 lapisan, 2 lapisan,dan 3 lapisan). Sel surya dibentuk seperti susunan sandwich yang menghubungkan antara elektroda counter(nanopartikel platinum) dan elektroda kerja (nanopartikel ZnO), dengan elektroda kerja diberi perlakuan variasikonsentrasi dan penambahan amoniak. Nanopartikel platinum tumbuh yang memberikan respon baik pada uji seladalah pada penumbuhan 1 lapisan. Hasil pengujian sel di bawah pencahayaan lampu halogen 100 watt, daerah aktifsel 1 cm x 1 cm memperlihatkan karakteristik I-V dengan parameter keluaran, tegangan rangkaian terbuka (V oc ) 274mV, arus rangkaian pendek (I sc ) 0,21 mA, fill factor (FF) 0,96 (96%), daya maksimum (Pmax) 0,056 mW untukvariasi konsentrasi. Sedangkan untuk variasi penambahan amoniak menghasilkan output tegangan rangkaian terbuka(V oc ) 119 mV, arus rangkaian pendek (I sc ) 0,1225 mA, fill factor (FF) 0,76 (76%), daya maksimum (P max ) 0,011 mW.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai trace matriks berpangkat. Tepatnya trace matriks 3x3berbentuk khusus berpangkat bilangan bulat positif. Mendapatkan nilai trace matriksberpangkat tersebut, maka harus didapatkan terlebih dahulu bentuk umumperpangkatan dari matriks 3x3 berbentuk khusus ini. Bentuk umum perpangkatanmatriks 3x3 yang berbentuk khusus diperoleh dengan memulai memangkatkanmatriks dari sampai , selanjutnya dapat dugaan bentuk umumnya danterakhir dibuktikan dengan induksi matematika. Dan nilai trace matriks 3x3berpangkat bilangan bulat positif diperoleh dari bentuk umum perpangkatanmatriksnya dengan menggunakan definisi trace matriks.

Abstract

The performance of activated carbon monoliths from rubber wood has been enhanced by modifying the surface through the addition of Zinc Oxide (ZnO) bydip coating method with immersion 30 minutes. The sample activated by combination of physical-chemical activation were named as E F and Carbon sample that had been grown nanoparticle ZnO were name as EK F. The physical properties, density crystalline, surface morphology and content element of the sample have been tested and analyzed. Density of E F was obtained 0,379 g.cm-3 and density value for sample EK F was obtained 0,390 g.cm-3. The measurement of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) showed the nanoparticle ZnO, and measurement of Energy Dispersive X-Ray (EDX) determines the atomic percentage of the element zinc, i.e 5,80%. Measurement of X-Ray Diffraction(XRD) showed the peaks of composite carbon electrode occurred at 2θ of 22,880 and 44,480 due to presence of carbon structure with their crystal orientation of (002) and (001). Electrochemical properties for carbon electrode cell and composite electrode carbon with the addition zinc oxide (ZnO) were analyzed using cyclic voltammetry. For carbon electrode without nanoparticle ZnO has specific capacitance of 53,90 F.g-1 and the specific capacitance for composite carbon electrode with immersing 30 minutes is 63,53 F.g-1. The result of the overall study showed that the modification carbon electrode with addition ofnanoparticle ZnO increased the values of specific capacitance electrode carbon for supercapacitor applications.

Abstract

In this study, the electrode material was successfully made from activated carbon based on lime leaf biomass with variations in physical activation temperature of 800 ˚C, 850 ˚C, and 900 ˚C for supercapacitor applications. Porous carbon was synthesized through pre-carbonization steps, chemical activation using ZnCl2 activator, carbonization using N2 gas at a temperature of 600 ˚C, and physical activation using CO2. Density analysis confirmed the potential for the DJN-850 sample to have a high shrinkage of 52.24%. X-ray diffraction shows an amorphous structure of carbon characterized by broading peaks at 2θ=22° and 24°. Scanning electron microscopy analysis performed that the optimized sample possessed rich meso-,macropores followed by a high carbon content of 90.25%. The Fourier spectroscopic transformation test results identified the presence of functional groups O-H, C-O, C-H, C=C, and C≡C in the sample. The precursor activated at 850 C possessed a specific surface area of 675.129 m2 g-1 with adjusting micro-mesopore. Furthermore, the electrochemical properties of the samples were measured using cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge with specific capacitances of 144.14 F g-1 and 189 F g-1, respectively.. Keywords: biomass precursor; Citrus aurentifolia S., carbon porous, electrode material, supercapacitor

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a plan that allows a company to optimize the use of its resources to achieve marketing and company goals. Tongla Coffee is a place for young people to hang out. But there are still some areas in Pekanbaru that don't know about Tongla coffee, therefore Tongla coffee needs better promotion using social media (Instagram) and distributing browsers to all people both in Pekanbaru city and outside. Based on the sales graph from 2022, sales at Coffee Tongla experience fluctuations, namely sales experience ups and downs or are erratic every month. Customer data on consumers in January the sales target reached IDR 4,542,000, then decreased in February to reach IDR 3,375,000 and so on. This research must be able to answer the company's external and internal factors to achieve its goals, namely using the SWOT method. The SWOT method is needed as a first step in identifying and formulating several alternative company strategies based on the realities experienced by the company. The application of the Internal-External Matrix was carried out to carry out a detailed position analysis on Coffee Tongla, as well as to determine the right strategy. The results of this matrix are obtained from the IFE and EFE Matrix scores. Based on the results of score processing, the IFE Matrix obtained a score of 3.056 and the EFE Matrix obtained a score of 2.99. Using the IE Matrix, Tongla Coffee is in quadrant IV.

Abstract

This research discusses a company engaged in printing newspapers or newspapers. There are 3 main ingredients in making newspapers, namely stencil paper, plate cleaning liquid and plate. The problem faced by the company is that the supply of the main ingredients has weaknesses, including delays in fulfilling the demand for the main ingredients with the uncertainty of the company's demand with the supplier of the main ingredients for making newspapers. The purpose of this research is to determine the number of main raw material stocks in newspaper production using the probabilistic economic order quantity (EOQ) method so as to minimize the total inventory cost. Mapping of the main material requirements using forecasting, calculation of economic order quantity (EOQ) probabilistic and calculation of inventory costs and the difference in savings in total inventory costs. The results of the probabilistic economic order quantity (EOQ) are 1 roll of stencil paper, 1 jug of plate cleaning liquid and 16 boxes of plates with a difference in cost savings of Rp. 108,867,156.

Abstract

Implementing a maintenance system in production has a strategic role in maintaining machine performance and preventing bottlenecks. This research focuses on pulp pump machine maintenance problems in paper mills, which cause time delays and decreased performance. The Pulp Pump Machine consists of three machines, including the 924 U 404 Pulp Machine Pump Unit, the 825 M 576 Pulp Machine Pump Unit, and the 825 M 550 Pulp Machine Pump Unit. Lack of intensive maintenance results in component damage such as leaking mechanical seals, oil seals that often leak, loose bearings, and impeller wear. As a result, the machine does not operate optimally, produces defective products, and is detrimental to the company. This research aims to identify critical components and recommend actions using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach. Pump Unit 924 U 404 Pulp Machine showed the largest contribution to damage, reaching a total of 33 incidents (50%). Pulp pump machine components include bearings, mechanical seals, wear rings, shafts, vanes and impellers. From the FMEA calculations, the highest ranking results were obtained, namely the Shaft component with an RPN value of 240, then Bearings with an RPN value of 200, Vane with an RPN value of 192. From the LTA (Logic Tree Analysis) analysis there are 3 critical components, namely shaft, bearing, and vane. The selected distribution uses a normal distribution with the recommended action selected, namely Time Directed (TD).

Abstract

A three-dimensional pore structure on activated carbon derived from hierarchically bamboo stem was synthesized in the monolithic form for increased applicability as a supercapacitor electrode. The preparation involved two step carbonizations, using a chemical activation at different concentrations. Subsequently, the morphology, chemical content, specific surface area and pore size distribution, as well as crystalline degree were evaluated with scanning electron microscopy, energy X-ray (EDX), N2 sorption and X-ray diffraction, respectively. Therefore, cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used to assess the electrochemical performance, in a two electrode system. The result shows the significant impact of the three-dimensional structure on electrochemical performance, and the optimized sample exhibited specific capacitance of 168.8 F g-1, energy density of 23.44 Wh kg-1, and power density of 84.46 W kg-1.

Abstract

In this study, the activated carbon with enriched nanofiber obtained from free-binder materials. It was conducted tofu dregs carbon nanofiber as electrode material for supercapacitor without the addition of pVdF/PTFE. The chemical impregnation of NaOH, ZnCl2 and H3PO4 at high-temperature pyrolysis in an N2-CO2 environment converted the tofu dregs into carbon coin. Subsequently, the physical properties including, microcrystalline, morphology, element analysis, and electrochemical properties of specific capacitance were investigated. The morphological structure of activated carbon showed high nanofiber density and was decorated by sponge-like pores. In addition, the nanofiber contains oxygen content of 12.70% which can act as self-doping due to the pseudo-capacitance properties. Furthermore, the two-electrode system obtained a specific capacitance of 163 F g-1 in 1 M H2SO4 electrolyte. The results showed that tofu dregs-based activated carbon coins are sustainable and efficient to obtain high-dense nanofiber structure as electrode materials for energy storage applications.
