Abstract

Introduction: Microenterprises play a significant role in the Indonesian economy. However, they often face obstacles, including limited capital, market access, and management skills. In this context, zakat institutions such as the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) become very relevant in supporting their development. Objective: This study discusses micro-businesses' problems in the Bondowoso District, including the lack of capital. Bondowoso Regency has limitations in capital, so the Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) meets the need for productive zakat assistance. Method: The research used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Result: The results show that the program's distribution process, including data verification, feasibility surveys, and monitoring, has positively impacted mustahik businesses, increasing turnover, profits, production capacity, and customer base, though full development has yet to be achieved. Implication: This article emphasises the important role of institutions in easing the burden on micro-entrepreneurs; such support can alleviate poverty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze marketing strategies to increase product sales at TokoOzie Sejahtera in Jember (Viewed from the Perspective of Islamic Economics). In this study, the informants were the owner, employees, and several consumers of Toko Ozie Sejahtera.The research method used in this research is qualitative by conducting interviews and making observations at the Ozie Sejahtera Shop. Field research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of data from interviews and written data from the owners, employees and consumers of Toko Ozie Sejahtera.The results of this study stated that the strategy carried out by Toko Ozie Sejahtera was an Islamic marketing mix which contained 9 (nine) elements, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, promise, and patience; The most effective marketing strategies in increasing sales by Toko Ozie Sejahtera are product and location strategies. The products provided are many choices, many models and always follow current trends. A strategic location that makes it easier for the public to find the existence of Toko Ozie Sejahtera; and the strategy implemented by Toko Ozie Sejahtera is in accordance with sharia marketing which has 9 (nine) elements and also by applying the characteristics of the Islamic marketing mix, namely with the characteristics of rabbaniyyah, akhlaqiyyah, waqi'iyyah and insaniyyah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the decisions of traders to save at the Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPS) Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Sidogiri Silo Branch (Case Study of Sempolan Market, Silo District, Jember Regency). This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. Using participant observation methods, interview methods and documentation. The research results show that decision making at BMT Sidogiri is influenced by Islamic principles such as the absence of ribawi elements which are considered as the basis for saving decisions. For affordable locations along highways or cities, it will be easy for customers to find them to save. Speed and accuracy of service carried out in a friendly, fair, fast, precise and ethical manner so as to meet customer needs and satisfaction. For traders, the pick-up system is very important because it allows consumers to pay quickly and easily, making this system more valuable and different from other systems.

Abstract

This study aims to examine human resources and practices that affect employee performance from the perspective of Islamic human resources. Employees of the Pasuruan City DPRD are the subject of research. The research method used is a qualitative approach and with a descriptive method, data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observations, and documentation. Employee performance analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, data analysis, data verification, data preparation, conclusion drawn, validity check, and result reporting. The results of the study show that the strategy to improve employee performance in the secretariat consists of three main components. The first is Islamic-Based Training which includes religious activities such as Qur'an recitation and routine recitation every Friday, as well as the Friday Blessing program where employees are invited to give alms voluntarily. Second, Professionalism Development which includes training at Lemhanas, analysis of laws and regulations, and budget analysis. These programs are designed to improve employees' competencies and skills in various aspects of their careers, such as understanding of public policy, law, and financial management. Third, an Islamic Work Environment consisting of a Culture of Helping, in an Islamic work environment, the attitude of mutual assistance between employees is strongly emphasized. This culture creates a high sense of solidarity and care, increases productivity, and builds trust.

Abstract

The factor of culture in connection with job satisfaction appears prominent nowadays. Thisstudy attempts to determine the direct influence of culture on the job performance of CivilServants. It also determines the direct effect of job satisfaction on the performance of CivilServants as well as to determine the indirect influence of culture on job performance throughjob satisfaction of Civil Servants. This research was conducted at the Office of Tourism andCulture Jember district for 60 days by giving questionnaires to the existing Civil Servant inthe Office of Tourism and Culture Jember district using census techniques where the sampleis all of the existing Civil Servants in the Office of Tourism and Culture Jember regency consistingof 22 people. Research method used explanatory research to explain the influenceamong the variables. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results show that there isa direct influence of culture on job performance by 72.5%, on job satisfaction performanceby 35.6%, and there is no direct link between culture and job performance through job satisfactionof 20.9%.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important element in any scope, whether organizational, private, government and others. The roles and functions of human resources equally support the progress of the organization and the company that houses it. This research was motivated by the concern that several employees' performance was starting to decline. Apart from that, there are differences in communication patterns that occur among employees and some organizational cultures are starting to disappear. The population in the study was 303 partners. The sample that will be used in this research is 115 respondents. The method used is Stratified Random Sampling. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of direct questionnaires. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with primary data sources taken from respondents' answers to statements in the questionnaire that has been distributed. The analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with IBM SPSS 25 as the analysis tool. The research results show that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, and communication can strengthen the influence of motivation, organizational culture and leadership on partner performance at PT Kangzen Kenko Indonesia Jember Branch. This research can be used as a reference for PT Kangzen Kenko Indonesia Branch in conducting evaluations to improve partner performance, especially in the marketing department. Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of leadership, motivation, and communication that employees have on the performance of CV employees. Mitra Dunia Palletindo. This research is included in the category of explanatory research because it aims to explain the causal relationship (cause-effect) between variables by testing the hypotheses that have been formulated. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling or census, namely the determination of the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. So the total sample is 50 employees. The type of data used in this research is quantitative qualitative data. Quantitative data is data in the form of numbers or numbers obtained from scores of respondents' answers.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid is one of the organizations engaged in general education and Islamic education. The aim of the organization is to provide general and Islamic education to students. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of charismatic leadership, recruitment, and organizational culture on the performance of the employees of the Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that charismatic leadership, recruitment, and organizational culture had a positive and significant impact on the performance of the employees of the Pondok Pesantrem Nurul Jadid Paiton. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that charismatic leadership, recruitment, and organizational culture can affect the performance of the employees of Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton.
