Abstract

This research is entitled "The Role of the Barokatul Musthofa Ta'lim Council as Non-Formal Islamic Education in Improving Religious Understanding in the Community in Cangkrang Village". This study aims to determine the role of the Barokatul Musthofa ta'lim assembly in an effort to increase religious understanding in the community in Cangkrang Village, Cikarawang Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, while the data collection tools include; interviews, observations and documentation. From the results of research conducted by researchers on the Barokatul Musthofa ta'lim assembly, it can be seen that the Barokatul Musthofa ta'lim assembly as a non-formal Islamic educational institution located in the midst of society has contributed significantly to the development of religious understanding in the community in Cangkrang Village, Cikarawang Village. In terms of worship, we can see from the narratives of the members of the congregation that the role of the Barokatul Musthofa ta'lim assembly made the members of the congregation more diligent and obedient in worship, then in terms of faith, the Barokatul Musthofa ta'lim assembly also had a positive impact on the congregation, such as making them more stable in faith and get peace of mind. Abstract

In Islam, proselytizing can be interpreted as inviting or calling people to the way of Allah in accordance with Islamic law. The istagram account si_bedil, is an account that conveys proselytizing in the form of it on social media on Instagram. The purpose of this study was to find out the proselytizing messages contained on the si_bedil Instagram account during the period from January 2021 to January 2022. In this study, the research method used was qualitative research. Denzin and Lincoln. revealed that qualitative research is research that uses a natural background to make interpretations of phenomena that occur and involve various existing methods. The results of this study found that in the posts of si_bedil isntagram accounts during the period from January 2021 to January 2022, totaling 65 posts, there were proselytizing messages, 12 uploads of akidah messages, 20 sharia messages and 33 moral messages. In the ungahan also found as many as 32 themes and two methods of proselytizing, namely the method of al-mauidzah hasanah and al- hikmah and in the delivery of the message were found elements of microstructure, setting, detail, presupposition, expression and coherence. Abstract

This thesis aims to determine (1) the implementation of the Three Magic Words in the Character Building of Students at SDIT Al-Azhhar Bogor. (2) The Impact of the Implementation of Three Magic Words in the Character Building of Students at SDIT Al-Azhhar Bogor. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive of the type of field research. It was carried out from September 21, 2022 to September 29, 2022. The research location was at SDIT Al-Azhhar Bogor. In the data collection procedure the author uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, in data analysis, researchers used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study found that (1) The implementation of the habituation of three magic words in the formation of students' character at SDIT Al-Azhhar Bogor is the way to apply them, among others, the habit of saying three magic words (sorry, please and thank you) the teacher tells the importance of the three magic words and makes notifications which is like an appeal pamphlet, other than that it provides examples and reminds each other. (2) The impact of the implementation of the habituation of three magic words in the formation of students' character at SDIT Al-Azhhar Bogor, namely, Obedience to God, namely students have morality towards teachers by applying the three magic words (sorry, please and thank you). Patience is being able to control emotions when fighting so that they can forgive each other. Unselfish in word and deed. Can reach out to help each other. And give thanks in every gift. Abstract

The urgency of talent development is to enable each individual who is unique within him or her, to recognize and wisely utilize their potential to fulfill their mission as Caliph on Earth. The task of the Khilafah is to guide all of God's creation, both animate and inanimate, to the purpose of its creation. When a person is born into this world, Allah gives them a series of fitrah to accompany them. Part of the nature that people have from birth is the nature of talent. In Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, the objectives and functions of education are stated in accordance with the purpose of human creation, namely education aims so that the potential possessed by students can be developed and become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, have noble character. , healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become a democratic and responsible citizen. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of talent development at the high school level at AB Home and how to apply talent development at the high school level at AB Home. This study adopted a qualitative approach. The findings obtained from the results of this study indicate that the application of the concept of developing talent at AB Home has existed since 2015 when AB Home was founded. In practice, talent development is carried out through talent-based projects. Therefore, AB Home's academic portion is 40% less than the project activity portion of 60%. Projects undertaken are divided into three categories: personal projects, projects units, and organizational projects. The obstacles usually occur because children do not understand themselves, parents' lack of understanding of the concept of developing talent, and children's acceptance of their talents can lead to a lack of effectiveness in developing natural talents. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to provide the necessary facilities and infrastructure in the process of continuing learning, following educational developments and developing various talents. In addition, the solution is also done by communicating with parents and not forgetting to communicate with children. Keywords: Talent Managament, fitrah, talent
