Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisi efektifitas jalan sementara sebagai solusi akses transportasi pascabencana tanah longsor di Jalan Sentolo-Nanggulan, Kulon Progo. Kondisi geografis Indonesia yang rawan bencana, seperti tanah longsor di Kulon Progo, sering kali merusak infrastruktur jalan, termasuk Jalan Sentolo-Nanggulan yang krusial bagi aktivitas masyarakat setempat. Keruskan ini mengganggu aktivitas ekonomi dan menghambat aksesibilitas, memaksa pengguna jalan menempuh rute yang lebih jauh dan memicu penyusutan aktivitas perekonomian. Pembangunan jalan sementara menjadi solusi cepat untuk memulihkan akses transportasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (Mixed Method) yang merupakan gabungan antara metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif. Dengan pendekatan Concurrent Embedded Strategy yang merupakan jenis pendekatan pengumpulan data dan analisis metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif yang dilakukan secara bersamaan. Mengintegrasikan data kuantitatif dari survei dan observasi berupa data angka dan statistik, serta data kualitatif berupa narasi deskripsi dari wawancara. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer yang bersumber dari lapangan dengan mengumpulkan data kuesioner yang ditujukan pada pengguna jalan maupun warga sekitar lokasi dan wawancara terhadap pelaku ekonomi dan relawan yang terlibat. Dan data sekunder berupa data statistic frekuensi dan dampak bencana yang bersumber resmi yang memiliki akredibilitas tinggi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan positif yang kuat anttara aksesibilitas dan efektifitas (koefisien korelasi 0,837), dengan 70,1% variasi ektifitas dapat dijelaskan oleh peningkatan aksesibilitas. Jalan sementara ini berhasil mengurangi waktu tempuh hingga 15-30 menit dan menekan biaya bahan bakar, memberikan dampak positif pada perekonomian local. Persepsi masyarakat umumnya positif, melihat jalan sementara sebagai solusi mobilitas dan wujud kepedulian kolektif, dengan partsipasi aktif warga dan relawan memperkuat rasa kepemilikan.

Abstract

Background: This research is motivated by the problems faced by grade XI DPIB students at SMK Negeri 3 Boyolangu, namely the lack of availability of learning media and students' difficulties in determining the basic formula for calculating the volume of building construction. The purpose of this research and development is to produce flipbook-based e-module media on class XI Construction Cost Estimation Subjects; to find out its feasibility and practicality based on experts and students; and to find out the effectiveness of using flipbook-based e-modules in learning.Methods: The method used is research and development (R&D) by applying the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data collection instruments using preliminary instruments (interviews and observations), validation questionnaires include media experts and material experts, student response questionnaires, and cognitive test questions (pre-test and post-test).Results: (1) The results of flipbook-based e-module products have advantages in ease of use and a variety of features, including: interactive buttons, backsound for flipping, image pop-ups, youtube video pop-ups, web hyperlinks, and quiz games, so as to be able to present a clearer visualization of the material and encourage student enthusiasm for learning. (2) Media eligibility obtained a score from media experts of 96% and from material experts of 93%, this score is included in the category of very feasible. While the practicality of the media was obtained from the user response questionnaire, obtaining an average percentage of 88% with very practical criteria. (3) The effectiveness of the use of media in learning obtained an N-Gain Score of 0.63 with the criterion "moderate".Conclusion: Based on the test results, it is concluded that the developed flipbook-based e-module media is effectively used to improve student understanding.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi berdampak terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Hal tersebut disebabkan saat proses pembelajaran memerlukan media penunjang untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran, namun proses pembelajaran masih tergolong monoton dan kurangnya bahan ajar yang disediakan dari pihak sekolah. Sehingga dengan berbagai masalah tersebut mengakibatkan siswa kurang aktif dan pembelajaran menjadi kurang efektif. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan dan menguji coba kelayakan Media Pembelajaran E-Modul berbasis Flip PDF Professional sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D yang menerapkan model Borg & Gall (1983), karena memiliki 10 tahapan yang mudah diikuti langkah-langkahnya dan dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peneliti. Hasil akhir produk berupa Media Pembelajaran E- Modul Berbasis Flip PDF Professional Pada Mata Pelajaran Konstruksi Jalan Dan Jembatan yang telah diuji validitas. Didapatkan hasil validasi dari kedua ahli materi sebesar 89,35%, ahli media sebesar 98.7%, uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 86.46% dan kelompok besar sebesar 84.2%, berdasarkan hasil uji dari beberapa validator tersebut termasuk kategori sangat valid yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai A pada tabel interpretasi kelayakan yang berarti sudah layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the appropriateness of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) cost allocation in the Ngantang Sub-District Office Renovation Project, Malang Regency, against the provisions of Minister of PUPR Regulation No. 10 of 2021. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a desk study approach to analyze the Engineer's Estimate (EE) documents of the project valued at IDR 199.732.000.00. Risk analysis results indicate the presence of "High" to "Extreme" hazard categories, particularly the risks of workers not using personal protective equipment (PPE), being struck by materials, and work areas not separated from public activities. Although the SMKK budget allocation of IDR 1.974.715.38 has been provided, the evaluation found that several components such as Work Protective Equipment (APK), PPE specifications, and the qualifications of OHS personnel are still not in compliance with regulatory standards and the risk levels of renovation work. This study recommends budget adjustments for technical protection items and competent supervision to ensure the effectiveness of risk control in the field.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of microlearning delivered via a short-form video platform in improving AutoCAD learning outcomes among vocational students. Although digital learning has been widely adopted, research on the role of social media-based microlearning in the context of technical and procedural learning remains limited. This study employed a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group involving 63 students from a vocational high school. Data were collected through cognitive tests, practical performance assessments, and affective observations. Statistical analyses included the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test, the Mann–Whitney U Test, and calculations of effectiveness using N-Gain. The results indicate that students who participated in microlearning demonstrated significantly better performance compared to the control group, with higher post-test scores and N-Gain values in the moderate category. This intervention effectively reduced cognitive load and improved visual-procedural understanding. This study contributes to digital pedagogy by demonstrating that short-form video platforms can be effectively integrated into vocational education to enhance technical competencies.
